La Piadineria alla scalinata In Santarcangelo di romagna

I'd say I found one of the best piadinas in Romagna: excellent in flavor, more than adequate in content, and the menu is full of unique flavors. I would have gladly returned on my way home from Rimini just to pick up the cassoni to take home. I think I'll be back sooner or later to try more.

The piadina dough is exceptional: you can immediately taste the use of high-quality products, with a process that makes it light and highly digestible. The ingredients are incredibly fresh and carefully selected, bringing out every flavor in a genuine way. Another great strength is undoubtedly the friendliness of the staff: welcoming, smiling, and always available, they made us feel at home. A truly pleasant experience in every way. A little gem right at the foot of the steps. Sitting at the outdoor tables and enjoying the view of the heart of the town is an experience not to be missed. Authentic piadina romagnola, thin as per local tradition and filled with the freshest ingredients. I highly recommend the one with squacquerone cheese, caramelized figs, and prosciutto. The atmosphere is magical, perfect for a quick stop before climbing up to the upper town. Fair prices and very friendly staff. A must-see in Santarcangelo!

Piadina workshop where you can enjoy piadinas, cassoni, and a selection of other dishes. All made fresh by them. You can sit inside at some of the tables or order takeout. Delicious fillings, friendly service, reasonable prices. A great selection, and I'd definitely return.
