04/03/2026: The piadinas are more similar to those found in the Forlì area, so they're not as thin as the ones from Rimini, but I personally find them excellent. The difference lies in the variety of fillings they offer. The atmosphere is lovely, but you need to be patient. The prices for the ingredients they use are reasonable. The owner is a real character, but once you get to know him and it's mutual, it's a pleasure to follow his advice.
02/03/2026: Unfortunately, they're too slow and disorganized. You can't wait two hours to eat a piadina made with a different dough, which is hard and dry. The motto can't be: patience is key! The location is very beautiful, but it's a waste of space when it comes to the essentials: service and quality. I'm sorry, but in 2026, we can't be this far behind.

31/01/2026: Piadina workshop where you can enjoy piadinas, cassoni, and a selection of other dishes.
All made fresh by them.
You can sit inside at some of the tables or order takeout.
Delicious fillings, friendly service, reasonable prices.
A great selection, and I'd definitely return.
04/01/2026: A small place with friendly and talented owners. The piadina is excellent, there are even gourmet options...the one with squacquerone cheese, figs, and walnuts is exquisite...my husband and kids even added a portion of pasticcio, which they said was special. Congratulations!

22/01/2026: A piadineria that would like to become a restaurant, excellent quality raw materials, fast service unfortunately penalized in winter by a small space, however during the summer it has an excellent outdoor space that can be used, you can also eat excellent first courses although the price is high for the location, flours, seasonings and quality ingredients all in the Romagna tradition, very popular during the lunch break by employees of the various companies nearby, highly recommended.
01/01/2026: Excellent food, from delicatessen to piadinas and cassoni. You have homemade first courses.

27/01/2026: A pleasant evening with friends. Both the cheese-filled cappelletti and the mutton were delicious. You have to return to Merlo every now and then.
25/01/2026: Good, homemade food, a very casual and pleasant atmosphere for those who prefer informal dining.
The portions aren't particularly large, which makes the prices a bit high.
I'd happily go back, though.

25/11/2025: The restaurant is always open for lunch, so they serve a lot of business lunches. The quality is excellent, with homemade pasta, delicious tagliatelle with ragù (I'd also like to try them with tomato and pea sauce), tender and delicious roast pork fillet and sirloin, mixed salad, and perfect side dishes. I'm truly satisfied, thank you.

17/03/2026: We ordered a half-meter pizza in three flavors. Delicious! Delicious dough, crispy, thick enough, and filled just the way I like it.
Really excellent.
The staff was also fast and friendly! It left me wanting to go back as soon as possible.

13/10/2025: A deli with a few seats. We had fabulous lasagna, and there was so much more to try. Everything was delicious. The staff was wonderfully kind, thank you.
08/09/2025: Very good food, the lady is very nice, and the space is a bit small, but that's okay. The problem is hygiene... Hmm... Well, I found a blue stain on my plate, and once a green one. The spoon was yellow, like cells in the handle. It takes a long time to eat, but that's okay. For a table that's taken right away, while the food takes 7 minutes.

09/11/2025: I don't usually write reviews, but I don't think an hour for two piadinas with prosciutto is possible. I understand the ongoing fair, I understand everything, but I arrive at 2:20 pm and you bring me two piadinas with prosciutto at 3:20 pm, something's wrong... overall, the piadina isn't bad, but the service is really, really poor... we definitely won't be back.
08/11/2025: The food is bland, salt is unknown... The piadina is like a clay brick. The prices are out of line, and the food doesn't reflect the cost. They also require payment on delivery, and they left us outside in 6°C heat... awful.

07/10/2023: Per la prima volta non ho guardato le recensioni di questo posto prima di andare, convinta della qualità visto che i proprietari hanno posti al top e stellati in città.
E ho sbagliato visto che convinti di fare ottima figura siamo andati con amici importanti e abbiamo fatto una pessima figuraccia.
Il locale è bellissimo e particolare, pochi tavoli all'ombra di un albero gigante, poche lucine e il centro di Santarcangelo a fare il resto.
Non si puo' prenotare, quindi si va e si aspetta...
Non c'era fila eppure un unico cameriere di una lentezza allucinante non riusciva a gestire tre tavoli in croce.
Lento, svogliato e senza alcuna competenza bighellona tra i tavoli vuoti senza sparecchiarli, alchè ho dovuto insistere per farne pulire uno e accomodarci, visto che una delle ospiti era incinta.
Finalmente ci fa sedere e ci porta i menu, altre tre ore per ordinare, veramente imbarazzante, per un prezzo cosi alto con zero servizio manco fossi al duomo di Milano.
Consiglio ai proprietari di rivedere la formula di questo posto.
