I really like the environment: tables and various plants even inside the room which give a nice sense of relaxation. The staff is friendly and patient. If you stop in this room you will certainly have a nice break in the center of Reggio

Per antipasto abbiamo preso guazzetto di cozze (il sugo inesistente, sembrava di fare la scarpetta nell’acqua) e antipasto misto (insipido e gambero kataifi crudo all’interno). Primi risotto (piuttosto buono direi) e scialatielli allo scoglio (insipidi, ho dovuto chiedere il sale). Due dolci e due caffè, una bottiglia di coca cola. Prezzo alla cassa veramente esagerato per come abbiamo mangiato. Peccato.

It happened several times that I had to wait at least ten minutes before they came to take my order and those on their lunch break often have tight schedules. It has often happened that three people behind a counter, with only a few tables occupied, were unable to organize the orders.

01/04/2024: Embarrassing experience. Instead of what should have been a tuna tataki we received a completely overcooked "tuna" of poor quality. We never received all the side dish portions even though we were charged for them. Average quality of fish at low-end discount level. I believe the positive reviews show how much this vulgar level of catering is unfortunately appreciated on average, effectively leading this industry to decline. There is increasingly less intention on the part of medium-low range restaurants like this one to offer decent quality to the customer. They try to "cheat" customers by offering low quality food but a customer with a minimum of taste will never return. What a pity. Never again.

We ask for a fresh still white wine and bring a French wine....in Reggio a French wine? But why!? And okay, three hours of sitting for two starters and a first course, we had the coffee at the bar because it was midnight. You pay for the cover charge, but the bread is a utopia despite asking for it. Spaghetti with bottarga is heavy, and the mix of cheese and fish is almost nauseating in the long run. 19/03/2024: Sunday lunch following a visit to a museum. The place is very nice and different from the classic places. Dishes offered that are the result of study and research. Obviously the price is related to all this. Two first courses (dry passatelli with clams and scallop butter and spaghetti with tuna bottarga), a glass of wine, two coffees and water for €50. Overall it was a positive experience. Well done.
