Honestly, though, we need to start remembering the customers who come back often, and avoid "your reservation has been accepted" replies to reservations, instead telling them when the table needs to be vacated first, and then telling them what else to do. It takes a bit of skill and empathy. All in a constructive way, and this applies to many pizzerias.

The atmosphere is very casual, the owner Luca is quite affable, and the service is fast, but sometimes a bit disorganized at lunch. Reservations are recommended for dinner, on weekends, or if you're in a group, given the limited seating (many with stools). They often host food-themed and/or Japanese-themed dinners. The tapas are the best. Dattebayo!

The atmosphere is elegant, warm, and relaxing, perfect for both a casual dinner and a special evening. The food is truly top-notch: balanced ramen, quality ingredients, excellent meat (the Wagyu is truly worth it), and dishes with attention to detail. The prices are also very positive, absolutely fair and consistent with the quality offered, which is not always a given. Attentive service and an atmosphere that makes you want to return. 06/01/2026: The family atmosphere makes you feel like you're sitting at your aunt's or grandmother's house. The owners are very kind and friendly. The cappelletti in brodo and the cappello del prete (priest's hat) are particularly good. Four stars instead of five for the food because my braised beef was a bit dry. Four stars for the atmosphere because we were seated in the room near the entrance and there was a chilly breeze every now and then. I should point out that it was January and it was -2 degrees outside.

Fried gnocco with cured meats, risotto with black truffle cream and sliced ​​almonds. Desserts included mascarpone cream with chocolate and Re di Bronte. Excellent value.
