02/05/2025: We went to this inn for lunch on Sunday. The service and atmosphere are simple, with great music and excellent food. The owners are super friendly and kind, but unfortunately they've decided to close the business... a real shame.
Highly recommended...while it lasts.

21/09/2025: I have to be honest, I expected something more from a restaurant that is located so perched. The food wasn't bad, but it could be better. The tagliatelle with mud was too dry, rolling them with a fork made them move, they were all one piece, but because the sauce was missing a little oil, they were dry. The pappardelle with wild boar was nice, the pasta but the flavor was much too soft, almost to the point of not even seeming like wild boar. What left us very surprised were the two portions of fried mushrooms, they seemed like a single portion, but just a little too few for a 26 euro dish, that is, two portions of 13 euros each. For the rest, a nice place and friendly service.

03/11/2025: We dropped in on a Friday evening in October for a quick bite to eat. We ordered two glasses of wine and some appetizers. The drinks were excellent, but the erbazzone dish with questionable croutons was a bit less so.

02/08/2025: There aren't many restaurants in the area. I asked the Enel workers, and they recommended it. Simple place. Friendly and helpful staff. The food was good and the price was right. Have a nice stay.

Terrible service from the staff, who threw plates at you, rude and completely lacking in empathy… terrible.
Good food, but portions barely suffice; in the hospital they give you more.
Excessive prices, especially for the portions, which are absolutely minimal…
I ordered a plate of tortelli, they gave me 6 (SIX), asked for a side of roast potatoes, and they brought me maybe 5 or 6 small pieces in a peanut bowl.
Terrible…

03/01/2025: Per la serata del 31 dicembre scegliamo questo ristorante (in cui eravamo già stati altre 2 volte) perché apprezziamo molto che sia tra i pochissimi locali che lasciano scegliere si clienti il menù alla carta, in questa serata.
Abbiamo mangiato benissimo con pieranze di qualità, ben presentate e con porzioni abbondanti. Il servizio è stato veloce, simpatico e professionale. Prezzo adeguato all'offerta. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere!!
15/10/2024: Pranzo con amici. Funghi fritti e polenta fritta con la giovanna, speciali. Lasagne ai funghi, cappellacci e tortelli ai funghi tutto buono. Arrosticini di cinghiale, carpaccio di cervo, filetto di maiale tutti degni di nota. Torte della casa. Noi siamo rimasti tutti soddisfatti. Una conferma essendo venuta alcuni mesi fa. I prezzi in linea con la qualità e le porzioni. Rimane uno dei miei ristoranti preferiti.

Fausto, si chiama così è un personaggio, un vero artista nel servirti nel migliore dei modi.
04/05/2025: Di ritorno da una vacanza inn Garfagnana ci siamo fermati per pranzare in questa locanda trovata per caso. Dovevamo fare ancora diversi km e per non appesantirci abbiamo preso solo due primi. La sala ha il classico aspetto di una sala ristorante anni 60/70, mi sembrava di tornare bambino nel ristorante che in quegli anni aveva mia zia, per quanto mi riguarda è un punto a favore. All'ingresso campeggia uno stemma dell'Inter (altro punto a favore). Abbiamo mangiato tagliatelle ai porcini e tortelli ricotta e spinaci, entrambi fatti in casa e molto buoni. Porzioni generose. In ogni caso questo è uno dei classici posti dove si va più per l'oste che per il cibo. Il titolare è infatti un vero oste, razza oramai in via di estinzione: istrionico, battuta pronta e a cui non sfugge nulla. Una piacevole scoperta. Consigliato.
