26/01/2025: Is there anything more poetic than a place hidden in the alleys of the city? Far from the restlessness of the centre, far from the crowd, far from those ultra-lit windows that show us those damn perfect mannequins. This place is hidden, it has no signs that attract attention, blackboards with the day's proposals thrown in the middle of the street, or that light so strong that it prevents you from noticing it when you pass by. This place is silent and when you casually look into this window you see a cheerful, romantic and lively picture that speaks of a different part of society, the "night owl" - the owner behind the counter prepares his dishes with great care spritz and the people inside are fine, laughing, warm, happy. So we go in, the man with the Spritz sits us down and we start to feel a little happier too. On the menu we discover that there are many vegan proposals and several Venetian cicchetti. We order:😋 • Savory pie: stuffed with mushrooms, courgettes and ham Veg: nice looking pie, full of vegetables and with a crust that hid this vegan ham which gave a particular and pleasant flavour. • Crostini with creamed cod: good and plentiful. • Mixed crostini: crostini made to perfection, crunchy bread, a different cream for each crostini and lots and lots of inventiveness. Good, particular and unique. The best in our opinion was the one with asparagus cream, egg and truffle. • Polentina with Venetian soppressata and radicchio cream: at the beginning you perceive a delicate flavor which increasingly intensifies until the taste buds explode. • Vegan cheeses: they have a very particular consistency, you have to taste them without thinking about the cheeses we usually eat, in short, open your mind and focus on this brownish ball which, without the help of milk, has managed, in its own way, to resemble cheese. Wine: • "Foja tonda: "Foja Tonda in dialect, is a native red grape grown between the provinces of Verona and Trento. Abandoned in the 1960s to obey the needs of the market, it is back in vogue thanks to the passionate work of recovery and valorisation of the Albino Armani winery, still engaged in the genetic improvement of this ancient variety" • Glass of sweet Malvasia accompanied by Venetian biscuits. How can we conclude? We liked it, we felt happy, we drank a good wine and whetted our appetites with their proposals. We had a good time, were warm and tried something different. For us, this place was a bit like: "laughter inside the tunnel of horrors", "platform 9¾" - a place that for a few hours was capable of transforming reality into a sort of enchanted dimension.

08/01/2025: Siamo già stati diverse volte in questo ristorante da gennaio 2024; siamo rimasti talmente entusiasti da sceglierlo come ristorante per il nostro matrimonio per il prossimo maggio! La cucina è estremamente curata: lo Chef Mirko Rocca realizza deliziosi piatti sia di carne che di pesce; il servizio è molto attento e le sale sono accoglienti ed eleganti. Abbiamo potuto assaggiare anche prodotti realizzati nel loro laboratorio come la confettura di melone e peperoncino (apprezzatissima da tutti!) ed il panettone artigianale. La professionalità dello staff, la vicinanza con la splendida Rocca Sforzesca per celebrare il rito civile e la possibilità di alloggiare parte degli ospiti nelle camere ci ha fatto scegliere la Locanda come location per il nostro grande giorno senza alcuna esitazione. Menzione speciale per la bravissima Clarissa che con grande cortesia, pazienza e professionalità ci sta seguendo nell’organizzazione rispondendo a tutti i nostri dubbi. Assolutamente consigliatissimo per occasioni speciali!

29/12/2024: Sono andato alla Locanda il giorno di Natale. Menu' fisso. Bella la location, buono il cibo con un punto in più per la lasagna al ragu' di cervo e per il lombo di vitello, buono anche il servizio. Proprio ad essere pignoli avrei voluto come frutta secca assieme alle noccioline un fico secco e una noce. Poi un semplice suggerimento: siamo in Emila Romagna, la lista dei vini é lunga e varia ma aggiungerei fra i bianchi la Rebola e tra i rossi un buon Lambrusco.

11/11/2024: Excellent start to a sunny Monday morning in November. Welcoming, youthful, clean and well-kept environment, service attentive to detail. The choice of croissants is not huge, but particular: the wholemeal brioche with honey and ginger is recommended. The only advice I feel like giving: greater abundance in the filling, so as to find it in every bite, even at the ends! An excellent idea to provide board games. Fair prices, it's difficult to spend so little on breakfast now. Well done owner!

02/11/2024: Because I've been coming here for 18 years and until it was called Bagno Dera by Paolo Bordiglioni we made a lot of BURRACO. Now that Fabrizio and dear Karin from Imola are here, we continue to make lots of BURRACO.

01/10/2024: Quiant homely restaurant. Owner & waiter was warm & welcoming. Seems fanily run. Had the Polito con Patate and Cappelletti al Ragu. Both were delicious.

15/01/2025: After the first experience last summer, I'm about to call to book the umbrella for the next one too!! We had a great time, always pampered by Fabio, very kind and very nice, and by Paola and Beatrice, very good at preparing aperitifs.... Vintage bathroom with a Romagna atmosphere, excellent cuisine (fantastic paella), and truly honest prices!

28/09/2024: Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante sulla base delle ottime recensioni, ma come altre volte mi è capitato, analoghi punteggi su Tripadvisor corrispondono a realtà drammaticamente differenti. Location bella per la piazza in cui si trova, tavolini esterni un po’ spartani ed apparecchiati con tovagliette ma questo ci può stare per l’esterno, l’importante è poi la qualità delle pietanze. Menu accattivante per scelta degli ingredienti ed accostamenti, che si rivela una delusione totale poi nella pratica. Primo piatto inondato di aglio, che sovrastava tutti gli altri sapori rendendolo sgradevole ed indigesto (non ho preclusione per l’aglio, in giuste quantità). Secondo di pesce grigliato in parte bruciacchiato, con tanto olio e limone (quando il pesce grigliato è buono, non va condito così tanto). Acqua servita in bottiglie di plastica, non mi succedeva da un po’ al di fuori di bar o chioschi. Conto: in linea con la zona ma assolutamente inadeguato per qualità.

16/09/2024: Ottima esperienza. Tagliere di salumi, crostini,formaggi, accompagnati con un ottimo vino Rosè, perfetto come temperatura e delizioso. Il filetto poi, che qualità e che cottura. Alex , il titolare, ci ha seguiti nel percorso; persona preparata e ben sopra lo standard. Grazie a lui ed a Roberta, la sua signora.

20/02/2025: Boogie woogie evening with the school dancing on the arcades. Music, dance and buffet dinner. Numerous and varied dishes: from first courses to dishes suitable for vegans/vegetarians. A negative point: low ambient temperature.

13/04/2025: Il cibo era buono ma il prezzo non troppo. Per un piatto di agnolotti in brodo, delle polpette coi piselli e due calici di vino mi hanno chiesto 42 euro. Incompreso!

27/03/2025: A ridosso della famosa e centralissima Piazza del Popolo c'è questo ristorante nel quale siamo andati nel periodo carnevalizio dopo aver letto numerose recensioni su TripAdvisor. È assolutamente consigliato prenotare per tempo in quanto i posti a sedere sono pochi. Soggiato il famoso risotto al radicchio e vari altri piatti della tradizione romagnola. Davvero tutto molto buono e gustoso come si addice ad una trattoria/osteria di qualità

10/01/2025: Shrimp guitar and lemon-scented burrata, truly SPACE. Tortelloni stuffed with burrata with good calamari, nice plating, but in terms of taste I preferred my guitar. As an appetizer we opted for octopus with potatoes, due to fishing problems we didn't have the mussels we would have liked; good and well presented. I found the squid skewers a little behind in cooking. Excellent bottle of white wine. Young girls willing to serve at tables. Pleasant atmosphere, including music. I will recommend you!
