Business lunch at a super price and dinner in line with the quality service.
If you want to eat dishes that are not predictable, this is the place for you! Recommended.

09/02/2025: Sono stata a pranzo con un gruppo di amici e devo dire che siamo stati benissimo. Complimenti al giovane cuoco (Lui vuole essere chiamato così) che svolge il suo lavoro con passione. Tutti i piatti erano molto buoni e genuini. Complimenti a tutti e anche alla Signora che ci ha accolti e servito con simpatia e gentilezza. Consigliatissimo.

24/04/2025: Family-run restaurant where you feel at home and the quality of the raw materials is the most important thing. Courteous staff attentive to customer needs. Typical local dishes, cooked with experience, which make you travel back in time. The value for money is exceptional! Unfortunately it is far from our residence and therefore we cannot go there often. Applause to everyone and no less to Giovanni for his kindness. Well done!
23/04/2025: Ristorante a gestione famigliare dove ti senti a casa.e la qualità della materia prima è la cosa più importante. Personale cortese e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Piatti tipici del luogo, cucinati con 'esperienza, che ti fanno viaggiare a ritroso nel tempo. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccezionale! Purtroppo è distante dalla nostra residenza e quindi non possiamo andarci spesso. Un plauso a tutti e non meno a Giovanni per la simpatia. Bravi!

17/04/2025: It is one of those indispensable trattorias that you find in the Piacenza hills, perhaps even by chance. You're out and about by bike or on foot and the trattoria appears around the corner. They should be protected as if they were a social service. In our case (there were 4 of us), we arrived with e-bikes and ate some excellent cured meats as a starter (salami, pancetta and coppa), some cheeses to match, so whoever took the first course, tagliatelle with wild boar ragù and whoever took the second course, duck with roast potatoes (excellent). The managers are very kind, they set the table for us outside even though it wasn't planned, but given the sunny day we wanted to take advantage of it. Coffee, water, beer, a bottle of Ortrugo, 20 euros.

08/09/2024: Probabilmente il locale ha avuto un passato glorioso, ma attualmente non gira. Purtroppo devo segnalare la peggior torta fritta che io abbia mai mangiato. Speravo nei pisarelli, non erano male ma proprio nulla di che. Avrei dato due sfere, ma il servizio di una giovane e frizzante figlia del proprietario aumenta di una sfera.
19/08/2024: We went there because other restaurants were closed. You are greeted by two 'for sale' signs which do not promise anything good. In fact, the first impression is disconcerting: white plastic chairs illuminated by the cold neon light. A scooter parked among the tables and the cars of the (very few) customers close to the veranda with the consequence that, upon the arrival of some unfortunate person, the headlights of the cars illuminate the tables with a provincial Star Wars effect. The pizzas are worse than the frozen ones, dry dough on the edge and raw in the center and a shapeless mixture of tomato and mozzarella as topping. I try to drink to forget but the glass of my average tastes terribly like dish detergent. We ran away, without having received any change (not much but I like to decide whether to leave a tip...).

Antipasto di salumi nella media, primi con poco sapore, secondi con carne dura e fredda, Tempo di attesa per i secondi lunghi.
Unica nota positiva il capo cameriere gentile che cercava di recuperare le mancanze della cucina e degli altri camerieri
13/08/2023: Cena in famiglia nella bella piazza di Bettola. Personale cordiale. Menù vario e adeguato al prezzo. Buoni i pisarei e faso’, così come la tagliata e le costolette d’agnello. Antipasto abbastanza scarno anche se nulla da dire sulla bortellina.
Gradito il profitterol così come il semifreddo all’amaretto.

09/11/2024: Fermata qui a cena perché ricordavo un posto buono ho trovato invece piatti senza infamia e senza lode, un locale freddo, prezzi inutilmente alti e un gestore arrogante. Intanto il menù quasi una presa in giro, scarno, caro, senza prezzi delle bevande. Nella poca scelta abbiamo preso tortelli e pisarei: pochi, insipidi. Il pane di accompagnamento confezionato, sinceramente mi aspetto di più, dal momento che lo so fare anche io.
Bagno con turca come cinquanta anni fa.
Nota finale : il gestore al momento del pagamento ci fa chiaramente capire che dobbiamo andarcene perché abbiamo consumato poco procapite.

08/11/2024: Ho cenato stasera poiché mi trovavo in zona. I tortelli e i pisarei erano normali, le porzioni piccole e costose. Nonostante i tavoli apparecchiati da ristorante e la cameriera in camicia bianca il servizio era lento e anonimo.
Il bagno con la turca per me impraticabile.
Al momento del pagamento il gestore ci ha felicemente buttato fuori dicendo che avevamo speso troppo poco a persona.
Dato che con le mie figlie ho gestito un ristorante per molti anni mi sono sentita offesa e vergognata per i miei ospiti.

10/10/2024: Pranzato con menù del giorno, ne il primo ne il secondo ci hanno soddisfatto per scarsa qualità del cibo.
