Fried cake rather greasy and not "compliant" in my profane opinion with the standards of the Parma hills. Cold cuts platter offered in discount quality. Anolini in broth satisfying but not full of flavour, even if executed and balanced correctly. Pumpkin tortelli and stuffed tip nothing memorable but worth the price on the menu. I would like to draw a veil over the service and not turn a blind eye but two ... discreet quality-price ratio and in line with other places with equal merit and competence.

04/05/2025: Entrare in questa osteria è un salto nel passato. Il cibo fatto come una volta tutte le volte che vengo mi fa ricordare il cibo che mi faceva la mia nonna. Grazie davvero per avermi fatto riaffiorare questi ricordi.

15/06/2025: After a leap in space and time in a series of roundabouts, here is the oasis of Boschina. We had a great time: there is a seriousness and a sincere kindness, without frills. The host welcomes you with the Emilian binomial: impeccable, kind and discreet. The Emilian cuisine is really very well cared for, of the highest level, without overdoing it. It was one of the best dinners of the last five years. We returned a second time a few days ago and it once again lived up to the (now very high) expectations. To give you an idea of ​​what a special place it is, the first time we stopped for dinner we were returning home from a trip and the next day we would have been without breakfast. The host was kind enough to prepare us a considerable portion of his excellent cured meats from the Bassa Emiliana area, between Parma and Piacenza, to take away: local producers selected by him, they are truly delicious. If you want to treat yourself to a dessert (I rarely do it, only when it's worth it) don't miss the zuppa inglese (and the nocino made by them). As far as I'm concerned, you can order with your eyes closed.
