02/08/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato dieci giorni servendoci dell'albergo come base per le escursioni nelle foreste del Casentino. La camera è spartane ma accogliente e funzionale ai nostri scopi. La cucina è curata . Il sevizio è gradevolmente familiare. Il costo è alto rispetto all'aspettativa ma complessivamente il giudizio è molto buono tenuto conto del tipo di esperienza ambientale che si cerca in quella regione.

11/10/2025: Spending a day with my mom and daughter, going from doctor's appointments to clinics, and finally sitting down to enjoy the lunch you've been dreaming of is truly a wonderful feeling. From the truly superb Sangiovese in a carafe to the truffle cappellettini, from the delicious fried porcini mushrooms to finally finishing with a delicious Portuguese latte! We'll be back.

21/09/2025: A welcoming inn with very spacious rooms. Excellent and plentiful breakfast.
The owner is kind and available for every need. It was wonderful to have the opportunity to stay at this inn and have a pleasant conversation with the owner.
13/08/2025: We stayed at this property for two nights, and unfortunately, both nights, my partner was bitten by unidentified insects that, we presume, were in the mattress. We were told they were probably tiny wasps, and they caused very itchy blisters.
The property, while not a bad location, didn't seem clean at all, and we encountered strong odors, apparently from the manager's dog. The lady asked us if we had actually smelled its presence.
The management is courteous and kind, but the overall service was negative, as I've written.
Clearly, in these situations, the positives take a back seat.

07/09/2025: I just had lunch with my boyfriend at this small restaurant/bed and breakfast in Corniolo; obviously, I can only rate the service and the restaurant because I didn't stay here and can't rate the rooms. We came here as a stop on a walk in Campigna, to revisit the beautiful village of Corniolo, and I must say, we were also intrigued by the bad reviews. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owners and their sweet little dog. The service is excellent; the owners are friendly, kind, and unobtrusive, and the view of the mountains from the table is truly breathtaking. They offered us a mixed platter, which absolutely filled us up and I found to be of high quality. Speaking of pets: yes, it's true, there is a small dog and a cat, but they didn't bother us in the slightest; in fact, they didn't even enter the restaurant. And, let's face it, I've seen people who aren't as clean as them. The price is fair. The atmosphere is quiet and family-friendly. I think we should protect and promote these businesses.
29/08/2025: I'd read negative reviews about the prices: I have to agree! We went to this place for dinner. We found it charming, historic, family-friendly, and well-maintained. They welcomed us warmly and said that, since we'd asked for pizza (which, however, wasn't available), they'd prepared a platter of tortelli alla slab, salami, almonds, mushroom crostini (not porcini mushrooms), homemade mayonnaise, ricotta, and focaccia. The platter was generous, but we wanted to try something else, so we then ordered two tagliatelle with meat sauce (they were homemade and plentiful). Drinks included 1 liter of house red wine and water. The final bill was €85 (there were three adults and two children). Too expensive for all of us.

10/02/2025: Siamo capitati per caso, ma di sicuro ritorneremo presto. Non avevamo prenotato e il ristorante era pieno, eppure ci hanno accolto con cordialità e grande disponibilità. Nell'attesa del tavolo, ci hanno offerto un aperitivo. Ambiente familiare e piacevole. Piatti gustosi e ben presentati. Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Grazie per l'ottimo pranzo e per i sorrisi che hanno allietato la nostra domenica.
24/11/2024: I've ordered tagliatelle al ragù and my friend ordered passatelli con porcini e salsiccia was very delicious. The staff was very friendly. I recommended this place.

la sala da pranzo risulta caotica dal rumore delle voci delle persone e appena esci tiri un sospiro di sollievo.
Crostini niente da dire semplici e gradevoli

Primi: tortelli di patate e tagliatelle, meglio la sfoglia delle tagliatelle
Tagliata di manzo era con troppi nervi, difficile da masticare
Porcini fritti: molto buoni.

Ragazzi molto gentili e servizio preciso e cortese.
Porcini fritti croccanti e saporiti.
Giardiniera spaziale.
Ci rimane da provare la loro trota (allevata direttamente da loro!)

28/04/2025: Ha superato ogni aspettativa, regalandoci quattro giorni splendidi nel Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi.
Tutto cucinato con prodotti a km 0, gestori simpaticissimi e accoglienti, camere belle e spaziose, location insuperabile!
