05/08/2024: Mersì Gelati & Co. is a charming ice cream parlor with an attractive selection of handmade ice cream flavors. The flavors are varied and taste fresh, the pistachio ice cream in particular is a highlight. The employees are friendly and the service is quick. A cozy place to treat yourself to a little time out.

30/08/2024: Delicious food and generous portions. Attentive and courteous service. Very welcoming location. Excellent value for money. Just a nice surprise.

29/08/2024: August 2024, for a walk along the canal with the family, we decide to stop in this place for lunch. Due to the weather, a storm seemed to be brewing, we decide to sit inside. All in all the place wouldn't be bad. Here the first warnings that it would not have been a satisfying experience. From the centralized air conditioning grill placed on a false ceiling above the tables, drops of condensing water were shot every few drops, I suppose, which fell almost everywhere on the tables. The glasses, especially of the wine, they were "all" badly washed with residues. Even looking for them clean on the surrounding tables was a challenge. But we realized it after you had spilled some wine, now consumed... Ordered two first courses and a mixed fry, the fry had to say valid. A fisherman's risotto, not convincing, meanwhile served in a melamine (plastic) dish... overcooked, with a decidedly watery sauce, the scampi present fell to a pulp as soon as you touched them, several closed clams and others with broken shells to split the teeth. But the apotheosis comes with our daughter's dish, who wanted to try the "carbonara", the classic one, not made with fish. I warned her that perhaps it wouldn't be a wise choice to order it in these areas, as we are from "Rome"... and in fact... I can understand that even here, not everyone does it the same way, but here it was of a real culinary crime. Instead of bacon, bacon (but it's... wanting to be)... but it was raw! And then... icing on the cake... ONLY PARMESAN!... I tried to ask for pecorino, at least to add it on top...but the waiter probably from BANGLADESH (no complaints, let's be clear) was impressed by the "strange" request. He seemed to have asked for something alien...They didn't have pecorino in the kitchen. Also asked to the owner who actually made a face as if he too was surprised by the request. But I say, don't put a dish like that on the menu if you don't know it! In the kitchen other staff I believe are always from Bangladesh (always nothing to complain about, let's be clear) but I understand the many errors... On the bill, we find, among other things, a good 8 euros for half a liter of white wine. I think what is described is sufficient.

29/08/2024: For the 4th consecutive year we returned to Cesenatico only to frequent Bagno Angelo again. From breakfasts, lunches and dinners our holidays pass pleasantly and healthily as if we were a big family. The staff were friendly and always available. Ivano, Nancy, Giacomo and Herbert (I don't know if it's spelled like that😅) form a strong and attentive team towards customers. 5 star cuisine, location, cleanliness and music⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. See you next year❤️

18/08/2024: Found by mistake, attracted by the group that was playing and then at a certain point, Angelo sings. A show. I took the mixed fry which closed the package. All cool. If you're rock. Otherwise, go and waste your time elsewhere.

10/08/2024: Excellent dishes but waiters who were a little careless, anxious and disjointed.... There's a lot of rush to free up the tables... we had a reservation but the table wasn't there... Then he put us in a corner…. If you want to eat well I recommend but service to be reviewed... prices out of control... an iced caprese for €12... In conclusion, I don't recommend it

08/08/2024: The reviews that had intrigued me about this place were right, a truly excellent restaurant. Attentive and professional service, never intrusive. Excellent fish with abundant dishes and discreet plating. Quick in serving dishes. Prices for a restaurant like this, compared to where I come from, are at least 30% lower than average. We were really satisfied.

03/08/2024: Excellent...we are now finishing our dinner. We took advantage of the "self service"....choose from the menu and you can dine in the outdoor spaces overlooking the canal at sunset. Very nice. We took mixed fried calamari, prawns and vegetables and abundant and delicious fried calamari. Fast, friendly and very kind service. Excellent welcome. We will return and recommend it

07/07/2024: Pranzo lungo il bellissimo Porto Canale. Personale gentilissimo e attento. Bruschette con alici marinate nel vino e cipolla di Tropea squisite. Risotto allo scoglio buono. Spaghetti alle vongole discrete. Secondi (frittura e spiedini) buoni. I dolci purtroppo non ci sono piaciuti, in quanto il cannolo aveva un sapore non buono di non "fresco". Nel complesso, anche se migliorabile, siamo stati bene.

04/07/2024: Abbiamo preso due gran fritto di pesce, porzioni molto abbondanti, ma era un gran fritto di verdure con qualche gambero e pezzetti di calamari, con sardine sopra per coprire il tutto inondato di olio. Location molto bella sul porto di Cesenatico, ma esperienza deludente.

18/08/2024: We tried to go to dinner at 8.15pm, there were two of us, with three free tables they told us there was no room because we hadn't booked, management of the place RIDICULOUS!!

17/08/2024: Una trattoria romagnola immutata nel tempo.Menu limitato ma ottimo, tradizione pura: cappelletti tagliatelle e strozzapreti, e la specialità è la caccia. Pernice, coniglio, fagiano in intingoli che per i delicati palati moderni potrebbero risultare un po' unti, ma riportano indietro nel tempo. Porzioni generose

06/08/2024: Beautiful dining experience, better than some restaurants. It's great to see these kids learning and giving their all. The dishes were well cooked and presented, the fish first courses were very good and al dente, the au gratin melted in the mouth and the desserts were also very good. Fair prices. Absolutely worth trying

25/07/2024: Everything from bread to desserts handmade. The excellent pasta, even better than many restaurants here in Cesenatico, cooked perfectly al dente and well-balanced ingredients. Excellent quality/price ratio, and friendly and helpful staff.

21/07/2024: Per quello che abbiamo cenato ovvero coperto x2=4€ 2 insalate di mare opinabile come freschezza sembravano appena uscite dal frigor 15 X2=30€ Ravioli di Burrata con calamari e pomodorini 16X2=32€ Cozze e vongole alla Marina; ( abbiamo preso solo le cozze una porzione ) 12€ 1 bottiglia di acqua da litro 2€ Bersi serlini anniversario 40€ non visionabile e neanche fuori menù non citato nel menu’ di carta a tovaglietta. Per un totale di 120€ ci è’ sembrato un po’ esagerato sia per l’apparecchiatura, servizio informale è molto sportivo. Un po’ amareggiato e deluso non pensò di tornarci e non lo consiglio.

20/07/2024: Una cena da dimenticare, seduti alle 21:30 menu turistico 40 euro a persona uno schifo completo. Ci abbiano messo quasi 3 ore per mangiare un antipasto che trovi all’esselunga, cozze e volgole marinate nulla di che per finire la grigliata con il fritto una pietà .. non ci andate. Trattano i clienti in maniera diversa in base da chi sei

24/07/2024: We booked a half board (breakfast and lunch) takeaway service for two weeks. Two adults and two small children. They welcomed us very well and listened to all our requests, with a truly rare kindness. Generous portions and well-cooked dishes, appreciated by children. Excellent pizza. I especially thank the manager Danny, then Michela, Michele, Andrea and Aurora. You made us feel good! Ps: next year when booking at the Pineta sul Mare campsite, I will make sure that the takeaway service is still available at your restaurant!

21/07/2024: Overall bad. The photos on Google can be deceiving, last night we wanted to order fish crudités that we had seen and they told us that they had been denied the authorization to serve raw fish... As soon as we started ordering we were also told that they had run out of mussels, therefore all the dishes containing them were also not available (it was only 9.30pm). We ordered other dishes which however were of poor quality, especially the sea bass, it was very small, the skin was removed on only one side and part of the removed skin ended up in the vegetables. The mixed fried food and passatelli with seafood ragout were quite good and the prices quite low, but overall an experience we wouldn't repeat.

17/06/2024: Easy lunch from the beach, with very friendly service thanks to smart young waiters. We tasted 2 good fish first courses (lasagna with prawns and tagliolini with mantis shrimp), tasty and abundant mussels marinara style, water on the side, it was commendable to be able to take advantage of half a carafe of Pignoletto (now even the latest trattorias tend to avoid bulk wine ... instead we need humility, well done here :)), it ends with sorbet, coffee, and a kind owner who asks us €61.70 at the checkout, which is reasonable. Excellent experience, perhaps to be repeated on the terrace, when the great heat will have stunned us, on Saturday the breeze was blowing and it felt better...

14/08/2024: The food wasn't served evenly so everyone could watch each other eat. Pizza Margaretha and Pizza frutti di mare were served after about 28 minutes. Maybe we are just an isolated case. But everything was delicious.

04/08/2024: We waited for well over an hour for our pizzas. They barely had any sauce and the cheese had a strange flavor. As hungry as I was, I only ate a tiny piece. I do not recommend you waste your time coming here, at least for the pizza. Wish I had something nice to say about it.

01/09/2024: I went to this restaurant about a week ago where I ate terrible! It took me two days to digest what I had eaten. I had taken a first course with prawns where there was only the shadow of prawns... what saves the place is the nice atmosphere but nothing more.

30/08/2024: I've been to eat pizza here twice. Very fresh ingredients, very good pizza and a very affordable price. If I ever pass through here again I will definitely stop.
