01/09/2025: The "Il Giardino" restaurant never disappoints. A family-run restaurant. Kindness and empathy are the hallmarks. Handmade pasta, wine from the winemaker...excellent meat and pasta, the lamb, for those who like flavor, is a delight for the palate...the desserts 😋 seem to have been prepared by a pastry chef...what can I say...it's a must try!!

30/08/2025: A well-kept location that's even more popular during the summer months. The staff was super friendly and helpful; Manuel was attentive and patient with our group of crazy people. Since I don't eat meat, I let them know in advance, and they served me fish that was very good and well-cooked. The portions were adequate and the price was average. Recommended!

04/11/2025: A must-visit for my mother and I when we come up from Pesaro. Superb and excellent. In the food but also in the attitude. It feels like eating with a FAMILY.

27/07/2025: Truly, many compliments for the excellent piadina and above all for the speed and professionalism with which they handled a hungry horde of people just leaving the Rockin 1000, in less than 10 minutes we ordered and had the piadinas in our hands to enjoy, they are truly good and very organized!

23/09/2025: In the hills of Cesena, at Villa Monty Banks, you forget time and find yourself making "peace with the world," pampered by a competent and esteemed staff. Thanks to Fabio De Luigi, who, with the film he directed and starred in alongside Stefano Bonaccorsi, "50 Km All'Ora," where some scenes from the sweet, melancholic comedy were filmed, a couple of months ago my husband booked our vacation as a couple for the first two weeks of August, and there we found something we hadn't expected. An enviable location, overlooking a poetic and photographable panorama, from whose "terrace" you can enjoy an "impromptu" gourmet brunch or a relaxing aperitif, cheered all day by an ever-present breeze that, thanks to the beautiful centuries-old trees that frame the villa, managed to counteract the Saharan heat of early August. A welcoming, clean atmosphere, a tranquil atmosphere, and discreet background music ranging from Mina to Sinatra, from Modugno to Diana Krall, from Aznavour to Vanoni, offering a sense of relaxation in a period residence that its generous founder—the early 20th-century actor, dancer, director, and producer Mario Bianchi, aka Monty Banks—wanted to build as a place to return to with his wife, actress Gracie Fields, when they were in Italy, having moved to America from Cesena, where he found his fortune. More recently, while maintaining as much of its style and structure as possible, the residence has become a luxury agriturismo, with just 11 comfortable and tastefully furnished rooms. Guests can enjoy the products (worth buying!) that come from the surrounding lands, which the young and talented chef Alberto Pinelli (a self-effacing yet passionate culinary artist) reinterprets in the evenings in creative and exquisite dishes, which non-guests can also enjoy. Breakfast begins the day in an original way, a good morning that deserves to be enjoyed calmly and unhurriedly, on the romantic veranda filled with exotic and oriental-style plants, with the sounds of cicadas and birds creating a unique and relaxing atmosphere, and with authentic Italian flavors. An ideal good morning to prepare for visiting the worthy surroundings like Bertinoro, Cervia, Santarcangelo di Romagna, and Cesenatico, or to reach Rimini or Ravenna with a truly special guide, Arianna, who also takes care of welcoming guests. There's another feminine touch behind all this attention to detail: Erika, the hotel manager, is always present and available. I also forgot about the beautiful pool, a great place to cool off from the heat, another reason to laze around after a nice dip, reading a book, chatting, or simply recharging your batteries.

16/09/2025: Villa Monty Banks is a truly exceptional property, but what truly made our vacation special was the professionalism and kindness of the entire staff. They welcomed us with genuine generosity, pampering us and making us feel truly at home. The food at their restaurant, L'Agrosteria, is also excellent. Special thanks to Arianna, Debora, and Luca. We will definitely be back!

15/11/2025: Thanks to the guide's expertise and kindness, our experience was excellent. The stories and explanations perfectly complemented a truly interesting and stimulating tour (both inside and out). For what we saw and learned, the price (€5) was truly negligible.

08/11/2025: Very interesting guided tour! Camila, the Argentinian woman who led us, was very passionate and gave excellent explanations. The tunnels we walked through inside the fortress were incredibly interesting. Guided tours every hour until 4:00 PM

25/04/2025: Very clean little bar with a good selection of pizzas and other goodies. The service is courteous and friendly. We ate well and drank very good coffee here and can recommend this bar.

26/11/2025: I've been frequenting this bar for a few weeks now. It's not your typical gas station bar; it's actually a place to stop for a quick bite, but also for lunch or dinner. If you're in the area, stop by and try it... you'll love it!

25/10/2025: It's not my first time here, but after this meal, I wanted to leave a review for the service and quality, which you don't usually expect from these types of places. I was having lunch with a colleague for work, and we ordered two antipasti with fish, and I must say they weren’t bad. The woman serving was very persuasive and encouraged us to get these. There's plenty of parking outside, and there's a lot of foot traffic from people working nearby who stop for a coffee.

10/11/2025: The place is a bit pretentious, but well-kept, with friendly waiters. Average Neapolitan pizza, crispy and with little tomato sauce. Prices, in my opinion, are too high for the quality (adding Cantabrian anchovies costs €8!). Not bad, but I wouldn't return.

03/11/2025: A beautiful and delicious place in Cesena. The pizzas are truly excellent, cooked to perfection. We had a vegetable pizza with regular dough, which was truly delicious. Then we had dessert, and we had the Neapolitan pastiera. The place is very large and has plenty of seating, including outside. The staff is truly friendly, and they even gave us a nice loaf of bread when we paid the bill.

15/10/2025: Tried it the other day with my wife and a couple of local friends, who are already regulars at the Rimini branch (where we've always had divine food). Our high expectations were quickly dashed when we realized that the maple syrup pancakes we ordered were not only tough and chewy (a typical phenomenon that occurs when you overmix the batter), but also hard and dried out on the sides. Seriously inedible. I'm not exaggerating when I say they're three times better than the ones we heat up at home from the supermarket! On the other hand, the French toast was limp and undercooked. The girl serving us at the table offered to have them remade, but we refused when we saw that the other pancakes coming out of the kitchen looked exactly the same. Furthermore, we had asked for drinks to be served with our food, but they arrived 10 minutes later, when we were already more than halfway through our meal. The staff didn't mention a possible discount (especially since you're asked to pay immediately) or a future voucher to make up for the bad impression, so there was little business acumen in this regard... All for the "modest" price of €30 per couple. The unisex bathroom downstairs was poorly maintained and full of cobwebs. Honestly, I can't explain such a gap between the main office in Cesena and the Rimini branch we frequented, where the work is done in a completely different way and with far higher quality standards. What a shame!

29/09/2025: "Atypical" Chinese restaurant with an extensive menu, including surprisingly high-quality fish dishes.

21/09/2025: Very friendly staff, delicious food (the sweet and sour chicken is a must-try!), and great prices. Highly recommended!

18/10/2025: Well worth seeking out for quality pasta dishes at very reasonable prices. The location in the middle of a shopping arcade may not be the most scenic but the food more than makes up for it.

30/08/2025: Rotisserie with first courses based on "homemade" pasta, all of excellent quality, in particular the baked meat lasagne and cappellacci. The main courses and side dishes are also good. Consumption on site is available, at the tables located in the pedestrian path of the modern shopping center built in the spaces of the former covered market, in Piazza del Popolo in Cesena.

03/11/2025: I went for lunch on All Souls' Day with two friends and my partner, after following the opening of this new restaurant on social media for a while. I have to say, my expectations were fully confirmed. The dishes you see in their posts are exactly what you'll find in front of you, abundant and meticulously prepared. Even though it was a holiday, so the place was full but not overly crowded, we didn't have to wait long, although the staff did... because it took us a while to work off the appetizer, and then we finally "killed" ourselves with the wheelbarrow-sized first courses! Everything was excellent, the staff was kind, attentive, and always available. A place to definitely return to. My only hope is that the format doesn't change over time, maintaining the same quality and abundance that distinguishes it. 💪🏼😉👍🏼

07/09/2025: Whoever wants to dive into the local past, this place is a real must down in Cesena! I've been coming here since I was a kid, I've been away for a while and when I came back I wanted to have a traditional Sunday lunch like my grand ma used to cook. Damn, it's still the same! Real homemade local kitchen! If you're a tourist visiting Cesena, worth it make a stop for lunch!

17/09/2025: In Cesena, there's no restaurant that makes you love Romagna more than Tre Papi. Nestled in the stunning historic center, with a rich and delicious menu (the pizza is incredibly good despite the extensive and succulent menu), and with the atmosphere and courtesy typical of warm Romagna, this restaurant is a must-visit for anyone looking to eat WELL and at a good price. Highly recommended!

15/10/2025: Lunch menu on Wednesday: fusilli with ragù. Main course: pork chop, half a liter of water, a quarter of wine, and a coffee. Price: €16.

13/09/2025: In the summer they also have outdoor seating where you can relax very well. DJ with good music.

27/08/2025: We stopped at La Piada Loca on our way back from Puglia to Lombardy, and it was a truly memorable experience! The dough is excellent, light and flavorful, with fresh and well-matched ingredients. The piadinas are generous and made fresh, with a level of attention to detail you can taste from the first bite. The service is fast and friendly, making them ideal for those traveling but don't want to compromise on quality. Highly recommended!
