02/08/2026: When I travel between Vicenza and Arezzo (my hometown and my work location), I often take the E45 to avoid the terrible traffic on the A1, and I stop whenever I can. There aren't many seats inside, but they've always found me a table, and in winter, the atmosphere is very comfortable. The staff is kind and welcoming, the pizza is good, and the other dishes are also excellent, with a focus on seasonal ingredients (the blackthorn mushrooms I tasted in May, for example, are excellent). So, if I pass through Bagno di Romagna during dinner time, stopping at this place has become a pleasant habit.

18/08/2026: August 18th, if it had been the 17th, and on a Friday, a person might have thought of the stars, black cats, and walking under the stairs. Instead? Instead, no? Instead of even a weekday, the owner is rude and impolite. After lunch on any given day, you go to ask for two coffees, and the owner (I hope for his sake, because if he were an employee...) lets us wait 5 minutes for the request. He returns after serving some tables and setting another and starts issuing receipts. To our "distant memory" request for two coffees at the counter, he calmly replies, "I told you 10 minutes"... guys, he wins the rudeness medal. I left saying, "I'm writing you a negative review" (throw the stone and be seen 😜). I wish you only take-out coffees with electronic payment. 🤩

18/06/2026: Beautiful place, especially for kids. Great views, horses, and good food. We can't comment on the rooms, as we were only there for the food. The food was very good, but it was pricey.

We tried several dishes, choosing the three-course menu, and they were all delicious, from appetizers to desserts. The prices were super fair! I returned here after two years and remembered having eaten well, but tonight I was pleasantly surprised. The place is very charming and tastefully decorated. The girls were kind and the service impeccable.

19/07/2026: Beautiful place both inside and out. You can dine outside in the charming and intimate pedestrian street. They have 3 appetizers, 3 first courses, and 3 second courses. They cost €15 each. They bring a menu to you. Two courses are €27. Three courses are €35. Five courses are €45. Good food. The downside is the very small portions.

It was an infinitely relaxing and rejuvenating stay: a perfect blend of simplicity, wonderful hospitality, and bright, airy, and comfortable spaces.
