Strozzapreti boscaiola immersi nella panna. I secondi con filetto al pepe verde in una crema di panna / grigliata improponibili. I prezzi sono troppo alti per la qualità dei piatti presenti.

15/06/2025: It is easy to be fooled by the external appearance of the Cutty Sark. From the outside, this pub in Lido degli Estensi might not seem particularly inviting. However, do not let appearances put you off!. But the real surprise, for those who love good food, is their fish offer: we had the pleasure of tasting a simply exquisite swordfish and grilled tuna, cooked to perfection and very fresh.. An address to note for those who want to eat well without frills.

The restaurant's strong point is undoubtedly the location. The outdoor tables overlook the beach and, especially at sunset, the atmosphere is priceless. Whether it's a relaxed lunch or a romantic dinner, dining with the sound of the waves in the background offers a pleasant and relaxing sensory experience. The cuisine mainly offers fish-based dishes, with a varied menu that ranges from raw and cooked appetizers to grilled or stewed second courses. The mussels alla marinara, often recommended by the staff, are very tasty and plentiful. Among the first courses, the spaghetti with clams and the risotto with scampi cream are among the most ordered, even if they are not always perfect: on some occasions the dish can be slightly salty or with the presence of sand, perhaps a sign of a not always constant control over the raw material. The service is polite but can be inconsistent, especially on very busy summer days: it happens that you have to wait a long time between one course and the next, or that some detail escapes the staff. However, the kindness of the staff, in general, manages to compensate for some small flaws. The prices are medium-high: you also pay for the location. For a complete meal (appetizer, first course, second course, wine and dessert) you can easily get to 50-60 euros per person, but if you choose carefully the bill remains reasonable. Also noteworthy is the availability of fresh fruit served in a scenic manner, perfect for ending the meal in summer style. In conclusion, La Bussola is a place to choose when you want to experience a lunch or dinner that has the flavor of the sea, not only on the plate but also in the air. If you are looking for technical perfection in the kitchen you might be slightly disappointed, but if you are looking for atmosphere, relaxation and good company in front of a nice fried food and a glass of chilled white, then you are in the right place.

02/06/2025: Sadly standardized. We chose this place (with prices decidedly above average) for their superior dishes. It cannot be said that the food and service are poor or the place is not up to par, but the price is no longer proportionate (e.g. fried food poor in quantity and quality €20), not to mention that for a gratin and a fried food we waited an hour in a place not too crowded.

27/05/2025: Wonderful experience, entering the holiday village Florenz is like entering a storybook where every corner holds a magnificent surprise. The service at the Berba pizzeria restaurant offers excellent pizzas and traditional local dishes, as well as international cuisine. Very kind and helpful staff. Very clean structure and equipped with every service. Highly recommended!
