We ordered three different meals, and while they were decent for our tastes, each one lacked something. We definitely didn't like any of the dishes, or they were very under-seasoned. The atmosphere was fantastic. We were a bit unlucky, though, as we happened upon a concert 100 meters away, but the bass was incredibly loud, making the food unbearable. We think this was a fluke, so overall, we'd rate the atmosphere as excellent.

Truly an excellent experience! The eel was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in their preparation. The staff was friendly and helpful, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. If you love eel, this restaurant is a must-visit. I'll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A must-visit for lunch on the way back from vacation on the Romagna Riviera. This little restaurant serves excellent food, and the grilled eel is a must-try.

It's true that a tourist menu at €18/€16 should set alarm bells ringing, but I tried: the seafood menu isn't bad; fish tortelli with seafood, a good portion; grilled eel with fried polenta, really good; the portion is a bit too small, but that's okay; the meat menu, on the other hand, wasn't that great: tagliatelle with ragù was very bland, even with the addition of salt and parmesan, it didn't work out; breaded cutlet with potato seemed like the one from the MC Happy Meal. Plus, they had just started eating the first course when the waitress came with the second courses, saying "is it too early?"... well,

I stopped here because I read on the sign that they serve local products (typical products of the Po Delta) and indeed they do... By sight, taste and smell you can immediately tell when they're serving you something excellent and local rather than fish from intensive farms overseas.

Practically a canteen. The marinades are impossible to mess up, and the rest is a total of eight. The mussels had the small muscles that weren't served, the sole was good, the fried fish was ordinary. The bulk wine was a fuel... if you know how to choose, you can get by... forewarned is forearmed.

A quiet trattoria in the heart of Comacchio.
We ate under the portico in early June, and the breeze was pleasant!
The menu is typical of the area, with reasonable prices, without the markups typical of a tourist restaurant.
We had fish and I can say I was satisfied; you can tell it was fresh and tasty (I'm used to eating freshly caught fish spearfished in Sardinia).

A little trip to Comacchio, we stopped at this very nice trattoria, obviously Comacchio and famous for its eel, we ate roasted eel, a mixed antipasto plate, a first course with eel and sage, desserts and bitter coffee, everything I have to say was very very good, the bill was in line with standard prices, it's worth going, we had a pleasant lunch in this trattoria, I recommend it.
