30/08/2024: Excellent eel cooked on the grill. The only flaw was the person who welcomed us at 9pm telling us that we had to hurry because they were closing (note that the place closed at 11pm)... shame!

22/08/2024: We booked for two people in this historic place in Comacchio, after having already been there a few months ago, hoping to be able to repeat the good experience, but unfortunately this was not the case. We order an eel risotto for two people and two grilled eels, which the waitress told us are small, but enough to feed two people. Nothing to complain about the quality of the food, except that we were brought a single medium-sized eel (in my opinion no more than 500g) on ​​the grill, reported to be comparable to the two small ones. At the time of the bill, the bitter surprise: the eel weighed 1.1kg. I asked the owner for explanations, pointing out that in my opinion the weight was incorrect, that they had told me about two small eels and that I would have been pleased to see the weighing; Both of my requests receive vague excuses. To avoid ruining the evening I don't argue and I pay. They will definitely never see me again. In essence, the quality is good, the environment is familiar but eyes are always open to avoid surprises.

16/08/2024: Friendly and helpful staff, but unfortunately the service is confusing. We did not receive bread and breadsticks with the starters, and we waited almost 1 hour for the starter at a time when the restaurant was also starting to empty. That said, the appetizer wasn't worth the wait. Fish products defrosted by the sea are not exactly the best....unseasoned octopus salad, overcooked mussels and scallops, in short, not worth the cost. While the first courses were quite good, and certainly raised the enjoyment of lunch a little, the eel which is the typical product of the area was also good.

14/08/2024: I would have gladly come to eat! but since after paying for the parking they won't let me take the dogs to the beach (which among other things is full of rubbish, wood and green pond water) I'm going to another town! The municipality made you lose a customer!

19/08/2024: A nice place with lots of animals and good food, especially the meat, superlative!!! If you find yourself in Porto Garibaldi you absolutely must try it instead of the 1000 identical fry shops

31/08/2024: I recommend this different corner than usual, quality fish, very kind staff. A truly unusual alternative, by ringing a bell the ferry arrives and takes customers from the car park to the islet. We ate very good mixed starters, including the marinated ones. A taste of first course, and a generous grill each, with extra eel (really well done). With wine, dessert and coffee €55 each, it's definitely worth it, worth trying and coming back. They also organize boat tours on request even before dinner.

26/08/2024: It's the second time I've been to this beautiful place. An oasis in the middle of the Comacchio valleys where the welcome is decidedly excellent and the food is delicious. Also suitable for events such as birthdays etc.... I highly recommend it!!!

04/09/2024: Good morning, we discovered this restaurant by chance, and it was a wonderful experience! We went there twice in 1 week, I ate really good fish dishes, quality products, you can't be disappointed, highly recommended and the prices are in line with others but for us the food is better. Excellent customer service and unique kindness.

29/08/2024: I go to this restaurant every year at the beginning and end of the season, I have at least 4 lunches, some aperitifs too and I've always had a good time even if I'm not one of the daily customers (this is to say that they are good at making even strangers feel like they're on holiday ) sorry, however, that the philosophy of I have to earn as much as possible in three months has arrived here too given that they charge the same price for tap water (maybe they have a special filter but they present it to you as if it were at home) like branded water, and the fried fish is a fried vegetable and fish dish. With the sad increases that we all know due to the famous global crisis. In the end we will all find ourselves on the free beach with rice salad in the fridge bag. P.s. I ate a little salty but good. Too bad for everyone

25/08/2024: We stayed here on the beach for 4 days and I can say that it is comfortable, the umbrellas are spaced out, the beach is clean and the general services are good.
