10/05/2026: I'm writing this just as I'm having dinner alone on a trip to Bologna... a fantastic discovery... a perfect place, the perfect place to enjoy simple dishes, yet extraordinarily prepared with care and simplicity. Congratulations, and it's a shame you're closed (lucky you) for two and a half days... see you next week.

The food was really poor (very little quantity) and of average quality. It was something I could have easily cooked at home.
The service was almost nonexistent; we had to make do.
22/04/2026: The club is located inside a warehouse, divided into various areas by bookcases.
The atmosphere is very vintage, even charming.
For lunch, there's a set menu with various choices; the dishes I tried were good.
The wait was long, but then everything arrived.
The staff was friendly and kind.

10/05/2026: It's hard to figure out where the entrance is... the staff barely sees you, barely says hello, then lets you wander off to find the room... Who knows!
The atmosphere is shabby, shabby, sad, and poorly maintained; it needs renovating.
A printed and laminated menu consisting of a single sheet...
The restaurant, with a large veranda, is suitable for large groups...
The quality of the food, however, isn't great, and the service is very poor... The wine arrived after several requests and by then more than halfway through the meal... Some dishes were forgotten and arrived late... An additional bottle of water was requested at least 3 or 4 times...
They don't have mineral water, only filtered and bottled drinking water, sold at the price of mineral water.
They don't have decaffeinated coffee.
After a few hours, I had a stomachache, with several bouts of stomach pain with painful stabs, and several trips to the bathroom...
I don't think I'll go back!!
01/05/2026: A wonderful dining experience from start to finish! Ristorante Carosello offers a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels both comfortable and authentic. The food was excellent—fresh ingredients, rich flavors, and perfectly cooked traditional dishes that really satisfy. Every plate was well-presented and full of taste. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the meal. A great place for a relaxed and enjoyable Italian dining experience. Highly recommended!

The menu is incredibly interesting and always changing, the ingredients are top-quality, and the staff is dynamic and cheerful. 18/08/2025: Agriturismo located in the hills of Bologna, surrounded by greenery and the scents of the countryside.
It was lunch on August 15th, and I was with relatives.
The lunch was delicious, with tasty dishes... my favorite was the mushroom crepe. The wine, both red and white, was excellent.
The desserts were also very tasty.
Exceptional ingredients.
Small but very charming location.
Very friendly, helpful, and capable staff.
We'll be back.

24/03/2026: The hotel is simple and primarily caters to business travelers due to the companies located in the area. However, the restaurant is incredible and is what makes this place special.

Apart from that, the internet was good.
It was also annoying that I could hear every flush in the house.

29/10/2025: You can easily have breakfast here; the staff is friendly and efficient. Of course, everyone's taste is subjective, so don't ask me why I gave it such a high rating. However, it's recommended for a classic breakfast.
03/09/2025: Two coffees, one with a macchiato.
1.40 and 1.50 (if you order a macchiato, they charge you 10 cents more!)
When I ask why, they tell me that the 10-cent surcharge is for the milk, adding cynically, "We pay for the milk, we don't get it for free!"
I didn't know whether to laugh or tell them to go to hell.
Never again!

10/05/2026: The crescentine were delicious, and the trio of first courses was excellent. Excellent quality, but still overpriced. There's no crescentine menu, as the menu lists the individual items: 1 crescentine, 1 charcuterie board, pesto, cheese, etc.
If you're a large group, the menu isn't very clear. There were 10 of us, and we ordered crescentine, etc., for 8. The price for the crescentine, etc., was for 8, and what was brought to us was definitely not for 8 people. A small bowl of pickles and a small bowl of red onions cost €32
(for 8 people).
I recommend going because the food is excellent, but I recommend checking the quantity ordered and the portions delivered.

19/05/2026: A very characteristic atmosphere, just like it used to be, exactly what you'd expect in the Zena valleys: intimate, welcoming, and genuine, with live music and karaoke on Fridays and Saturdays! The outdoor space is a must-try in the summer.

17/04/2026: I went to Ghiotto Grill for the first time on a Saturday evening in April. I was greeted very kindly and was served a small plate of excellent crescenta. The service was really good (especially the very friendly and helpful waitress). The tagliatelle with meat sauce was delicious. I'll be back because, in addition to having a great experience, I want to try the grilled meat.
11/04/2026: The food and service were good. On this occasion, the place was full of screaming children. An impromptu karaoke session with some off-key singers that, unfortunately, took away from Alex's beautiful voice.

01/08/2025: Oggi abbiamo deciso di mangiare le crescentine e siamo andati presso questo ristorante. Naturalmente non fa solo le crescentine. Parcheggio davanti al locale, ambiente pulito e carino con tavolini in veranda oltre che all'interno. Buone le crescentine, soffici e non troppo unte, buoni i salumi e lo squacquerone. La zuppa inglese non avrei messo le gocce di cioccolato. Lo consiglio.
19/07/2025: Posto carino e cibo discreto. Molto volgari i cartelli vicino al lago dei castori. Non so se posti dai proprietari del ristorante. Sconsigliato per famiglie con bambini. Io non intendo ritornarci.
