Casetta Magli In Pianoro

My husband and I decided to take a stroll in the hills... I'd been wanting to try Casetta Magli's cuisine for a while. I found a spot by calling that morning for lunch at 1 p.m. I have to say the staff at the table were excellent... each one deserves special mention. I think the owner was very kind in providing all the information over the phone... including revealing the menu, even though it changes every week and is a surprise, and I have to say I was right to trust her. The only flaw that can be overcome is the flies that bothered my husband... the price is right, the location is nice... but among everything else that makes the trip worthwhile are the tagliolini with ragù... A TRUE APOTHEOSIS, FROM THE GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS.... I THANK THE GUY WHO ASKED US IF WE WANT ENOUGH SINCE WE GAVE COMPLIMENTS AND HE ACCEPTED US.... A round of applause for the guys in the kitchen, moreover, in full view.... AND SORRY BUT IT MUST BE MENTIONED... AN ADDED VALUE FOR SURE! TO RETURN AND RECOMMEND. HAVE A GOOD SUMMER TO THE WHOLE TEAM💪🌈😋

This little place is a real gem! The food is truly delicious and the owners are all very helpful. The menu consists of seven surprise courses, but when I booked I told them I was pregnant and they adapted the menu for me. Truly top-notch in every way. I'll definitely be back 😍😍😍

Great experience, something new and brave

A place that embodies a fantastic experience: you eat what's on offer, just like at a friend's house. The menu is incredibly interesting and always changing, the ingredients are top-quality, and the staff is dynamic and cheerful. The location is breathtaking, and the road to get there... well, huh huh huh!

We went on Easter Sunday. The restaurant was set up almost entirely outdoors, with a pergola. The tables and benches were made of recycled pallets, which I unfortunately didn't appreciate because if you're tall, your knees hit the pallets, and it was a bit complicated for everyone to get in and out. The menu was a fixed price for everyone, a very reasonable €33 if I'm not mistaken. It consisted of a trio of appetizers and two main courses. The appetizers were all very tasty, the lasagna was good, but in my opinion, too small, and then everyone received a slice of different sizes, which was a bit annoying. The meat tasted good, but it definitely suffered from being prepared several hours in advance or cooked too long, as it was very stringy. Unfortunately, the place is not easy to get to; the road is very bumpy.

Excellent food on the set menu. This year they also offered a 5- or 7-course option, plus a children's menu. Very friendly staff. At the end of lunch, we had a major car problem, and the staff didn't hesitate to help us; one of them even stepped in personally, saving us from a major problem. Very nice restaurant with a small playground for the little ones. Fried eggs are their specialty. I recommend the 7-course menu; you'll leave feeling full and happy.

Casetta Magli was a truly special discovery. It was our first time here, with friends and our children, and the experience was simply wonderful. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service attentive, friendly, and fast, despite the crowds, but the real highlight is the food: everything is excellent, prepared with care and quality. Special praise goes to the tagliolini with meat sauce, undoubtedly the best I've ever eaten! The only small shame was the weather, which didn't allow us to dine outside as we would have liked, but that's just one more reason to return. In fact, we've already booked for May, hoping for a beautiful day to fully enjoy the outdoor space. Highly recommended!

Very nice location, great for kids too. The menu...not as exciting as the service. We'll definitely try again another time, without such a unique menu like the one offered for Easter Monday.

I had a wonderful meal at Casetta Magli. I really like the concept of "everyone eats the same thing and everyone shares the same food." You have to be open-minded and enjoy delicious, unique dishes, with a touch of innovation. Don't be afraid to eat a little; with all the appetizers, first courses, and second courses, you'll leave feeling full. The friendly, attentive staff adds a homey feel.

We had lunch there with family. Cute place. For adults. Children don't have games or anything else to entertain themselves.
