20/05/2025: My girlfriend and I, after a trek where we encountered bad weather... went to lunch (1:00 pm) at the Cavone Refuge. The staff was very welcoming, they made us sit near the stove so we could dry ourselves and we ate very well, cheek and polenta with roe deer, exquisite dishes!!!!
13/05/2025: Excellent atmosphere and cuisine, very welcoming staff made up of truly good and honest people, I recommend the refuge to everyone, both for stopping to eat and for a break at the bar.

16/02/2025: Good dishes (starter and first courses), shame about the dry and hard bread. The service left something to be desired as we received the first courses while we were still eating the starters and found ourselves with five dishes on the table. During dinner at 8.58pm four customers came in and were told that the kitchen was closing (Saturday evening in the middle of the ski season).
Excellent background music playlist and peaceful atmosphere.

07/05/2025: Excellent place to stay and visit the surrounding places, Mrs. Rita, owner of the hotel, supported us in choosing the streets and places to visit, also giving us some honey from their production.
The only thing I would try to enrich the breakfast a little more, otherwise everything was perfect.

05/05/2025: I stayed two nights in this hotel, I enjoyed it very much. Very suggestive rooms with exposed beams, as well as clean and spacious, with an incredible view. The staff were very kind and helpful, not to mention Rita, the owner, an angel.

27/04/2025: In an excellent location. We had a dessert and a coffee. All very good. The only flaw is the cost of the dessert; a small glass of custard with blueberry jam at a cost of €5 seems excessive to me.

09/03/2025: Un ambiente amichevole gestito da una bellissima squadra capeggiata da Larry…
una volta arrivati ci si sente subito in famiglia, al punto che prima di pranzare abbiamo applaudito ogni altro tavolo per le presentazioni.
Il menù è essenziale ed eccellente, pochi piatti ma fatti a regola d’arte…
Se vi trovate da queste parti una visita è d’obbligo, ma anche se non siete da queste parti, venite apposta per mangiare e poi vi fate una passeggiata in zona, bravi!!
25/01/2025: Posto semplice ma molto accogliente. Il posto mi è piaciuto molto perché davvero familiare. Abbiamo mangiato bene, ma avrei preferito che i piatti fossero un poco più abbondanti il cibo era delizioso.

03/05/2025: Friday 2 May we go to the pizzeria, we asked for two pizzas, mine with peel dough, Saracen, with tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and parmesan flakes, they arrived quickly, good dough, after two bites I notice that the parmesan is missing, last attempt then I point it out to the waitress who collects it and tells me that she will take care of it by taking it back to the kitchen, returning after a few minutes with the pizza covered in grated parmesan (probably taken from the first cheese maker available). I leave it up to you to evaluate the quality and above all the professionalism demonstrated.

04/11/2024: Ottimo posto , eravamo seduti in un tavolo vicino alla cucina e potevamo vedere come si davano da fare, con la sfoglia fatta al momento, malgrado il locale era pieno di gente visto che era un giorno festivo, complimenti per la velocità e cibo genuino, polenta al cinghiale e tortelloni con i funghi
Prezzi onesti, ritorneremo per assaggiare altri piatti, locale gradevole e pulito. Il post non andava perché non c'era campo Quindi consiglio di prendere dei contanti.

02/09/2023: Il ristorante presenta un menù tipicamente emiliano ma anche con qualche incursione sui piatti di pesce. Noi siamo stati due volte e ci siamo trovati sempre bene ,avendo assaggiato sia il pesce sia la carne nel bel giardino esterno.
Internamente il locale è arredato in uno stile moderno abbastanza gradevole. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, personale cordiale e preparato.
Lo consiglio.

04/03/2025: Ci saremmo fermati volentieri per pranzare (ore 14). Entriamo, tutti i tavoli ormai vuoti (solo da sparecchiare) e qualche persona che stava per andare alla cassa per chiedere il conto. Chiediamo se ci possiamo sedere e la cameriera (proprietaria?) ci dice di aspettare perchè prima doveva sparecchiare. Abbiamo quindi atteso in piedi, mentre la signora in questione chiacchierava amabilmente con gli avventori... dopo piu di 15 minuti, dal momento che evidentemente non era interessata nè a farci accomodare nè tantomento a farci pranzare ce ne siamo andati!
Probabilmente la signora aveva già guadagnato abbastanza, sicuramente per quanto ci riguarda, può chiudere definitivamente...
Suggeriamo alla signora in questione di farsi un giretto nelle malghe altoatesine per imparare il significato di accoglienza!
28/12/2024: Abbiamo pranzato in 7 amici durante le feste natalizie. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, piatti abbondanti e buoni. Abbiamo preso polenta, tortellini ai funghi, tagliatelle + qualche crostata che ci sta sempre bene: tutto molto buono!
Tempi giusti, simpatia e cordialità dei gestori. Ambiente molto confortevole. Ci è proprio piaciuto, bravi!
