17/08/2025: I went for lunch yesterday. The only thing I missed was this little place in Vidiciatico, and when I saw what it looked like, I said, "This is a great place."
It's rustic, like being at grandma and grandpa's...the host is very kind, the food is very good, and the price is really reasonable.
I recommend it.

28/08/2025: A hidden gem nestled in the mountains, surrounded by lush vegetation and flanked by a stream.
The place is enchanting, especially in spring and summer. In colder seasons, it's difficult to reach due to the weather and the narrow road (two cars can barely fit), with few guardrails and a risk of landslides or other hazards.
The main room is welcoming and warm, with children's drawings, books, old wooden furniture, and a window overlooking the outdoor area and nature.
The menu is full of delicacies with unique pairings, delicate flavors, and organic and natural ingredients. The prices are reasonable. They also offer delicious alcoholic beverages and artisanal juices.
The staff is helpful, friendly, and quick—no complaints there.
Another important thing to note, especially for those highly connected to the digital world: there is no signal.
The road to get there is long and arduous, but it's worth it!
26/08/2025: A refuge above Pianaccio, a charming spot, the starting and finishing point for various hikes on the Italian Alpine Club (CAI) trails.
You can stay overnight and eat, and it's run by friendly and capable people.

12/08/2025: The only positive note was the price. Tagliatelle with ragù was left completely on the plate because it had no flavor. The venison steak was passable but badly cut. The cheese "with fresh truffle" was actually truffle preserved in oil and quite acidic.
Lastly, when we came in to ask for a table, it felt like we'd done them a disservice.
Not recommended.
10/08/2025: “An hour and a half of our lives that will never come back.”
We arrive at noon and ask if there's room for two. The answer: “No, come back at 1:30.” We trust them. An hour and a half of waiting, empty bellies and full confidence. At 1:30, right on time, we return. The waitress comes out and tells us we can't, it's full. The end. No apologies, no explanations, just the pleasure of having wasted our time and appetite.
If you like playing Russian roulette with your lunch, this is the place. If you really want to eat… better look elsewhere, right away.

09/03/2025: Un ambiente amichevole gestito da una bellissima squadra capeggiata da Larry…
una volta arrivati ci si sente subito in famiglia, al punto che prima di pranzare abbiamo applaudito ogni altro tavolo per le presentazioni.
Il menù è essenziale ed eccellente, pochi piatti ma fatti a regola d’arte…
Se vi trovate da queste parti una visita è d’obbligo, ma anche se non siete da queste parti, venite apposta per mangiare e poi vi fate una passeggiata in zona, bravi!!
25/01/2025: Posto semplice ma molto accogliente. Il posto mi è piaciuto molto perché davvero familiare. Abbiamo mangiato bene, ma avrei preferito che i piatti fossero un poco più abbondanti il cibo era delizioso.

25/08/2025: I had a pretty bad meal... the pizza isn't even bad, but the "restaurant" dishes need a complete overhaul. I ordered tagliatelle with more oil than ragù.
The owners, in my opinion, are rude to customers and non-customers alike. In fact, I saw a member of staff yelling at a waiter in front of everyone, and when we went to pay the bill, we could hear shouting coming from the kitchen.
The place itself is nice, but it's a shame about the management and the food... I wouldn't go back.

15/08/2025: A restaurant along the main road in Querciola. It's primarily a bar; the owner explained they serve pizza on weekends and holidays; we stopped for dinner on the evening of Ferragosto (August 15th). The restaurant has a very quaint decor and is family-run. The owner is very friendly and helpful; the pizzas are thin-crust, well-topped, and delicious. The view of the surrounding mountains is beautiful. The prices are very reasonable! Recommended for a pizza or a beer if you're in the area.

04/11/2024: Ottimo posto , eravamo seduti in un tavolo vicino alla cucina e potevamo vedere come si davano da fare, con la sfoglia fatta al momento, malgrado il locale era pieno di gente visto che era un giorno festivo, complimenti per la velocità e cibo genuino, polenta al cinghiale e tortelloni con i funghi
Prezzi onesti, ritorneremo per assaggiare altri piatti, locale gradevole e pulito. Il post non andava perché non c'era campo Quindi consiglio di prendere dei contanti.

04/03/2025: Ci saremmo fermati volentieri per pranzare (ore 14). Entriamo, tutti i tavoli ormai vuoti (solo da sparecchiare) e qualche persona che stava per andare alla cassa per chiedere il conto. Chiediamo se ci possiamo sedere e la cameriera (proprietaria?) ci dice di aspettare perchè prima doveva sparecchiare. Abbiamo quindi atteso in piedi, mentre la signora in questione chiacchierava amabilmente con gli avventori... dopo piu di 15 minuti, dal momento che evidentemente non era interessata nè a farci accomodare nè tantomento a farci pranzare ce ne siamo andati!
Probabilmente la signora aveva già guadagnato abbastanza, sicuramente per quanto ci riguarda, può chiudere definitivamente...
Suggeriamo alla signora in questione di farsi un giretto nelle malghe altoatesine per imparare il significato di accoglienza!
28/12/2024: Abbiamo pranzato in 7 amici durante le feste natalizie. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, piatti abbondanti e buoni. Abbiamo preso polenta, tortellini ai funghi, tagliatelle + qualche crostata che ci sta sempre bene: tutto molto buono!
Tempi giusti, simpatia e cordialità dei gestori. Ambiente molto confortevole. Ci è proprio piaciuto, bravi!
