28/10/2025: Beautiful kiosk and the lady who runs it is exquisite, the piadinas are very good and large, a really quiet place and also cheap, highly recommended, oh I forgot: excellent service
18/10/2025: It changed management about a year ago.
Now the piada is thin, similar to the Rimini style: for some, it's an improvement, for others, a loss.
They recently added a nice parking lot next to the sports field, and it's even easier to find a spot (it was already easy).

Rude barista, very slow service, and pastries that were probably from the day before!!!
Not recommended!!!

05/11/2025: New management by a very young team. The menu is limited and changes seasonally, but that's not a bad thing. The ingredients are seasonal and carefully selected. The classics are always available, so you can't go wrong. I found the price excellent, but I should mention that I booked through an app with a nice discount.
13/10/2025: I stopped here for lunch: the restaurant has an indoor dining room and a charming outdoor portico overlooking the fortress.
Speaking with the waiters, I discovered they had recently taken over the restaurant: I saw in them a passion for this profession and a desire to get involved, working on every detail.
The only advice I can give is to review the portions of the various dishes, which are perhaps a little on the small side for the price.

17/01/2025: Parliamoci chiaro. Ci sono due correnti di pensiero. O soffice e grossi bordi come la fanno a Napoli o sottile e croccante come tante pizzerie la fanno dalle nostre parti. Questa pizza sottile e croccante come piace a me, la trovo fantastica.
