13/08/2025: We came for pizza, and were surprised to encounter a very, very rude person who worked at the pizzeria's bar. I politely asked for a rag to clean one of the tables, which wasn't even clean at the time. She responded rudely, giving me a disgusting rag, insulting me, and many other things. It's a shame for the place to have people like that. They make you never want to return.

18/07/2025: For a salad and little else, for a quick business lunch, it's fine. The only flaw is that I get to the counter. I ask for a portion of fish. The employee prepares my portion, and in the meantime, a bit of breadcrumbs are left hanging on the edge of the plate. She expertly recomposes the breadcrumbs on the fish with her fingers without gloves. I point this out. I ask for a replacement portion. New plate. I say hello. I walk away out of the corner of my eye. I check what she's doing with the portion I didn't want, and with a master stroke, she throws it back on the service counter (she could have at least waited until I'd left). I point this out. She looks at me and complies as if I were a nosy person. I ask to speak to the manager of the facility, who obviously isn't there. I ask for the manager on duty, and the cook tells me if anything's wrong, to report it to management! I sit down and eat. Meanwhile, the manager comes over and politely and embarrassedly apologizes for what happened. I partially accept this apology, not for him, but for his employees, if this happens to customers queuing in a self-service restaurant in the service line. See what we eat when we don't see them in the kitchens behind us? The price is acceptable, the quality is good too. I wonder if he washed his fingers or licked them afterwards?

10/08/2025: The food was disgusting, the service was disgusting. The pizza was so thin, you couldn’t even hold the pizza. We asked for less tomato sauce and extra cheese, they charged for double tomato and double cheese. I asked what meatless pasta you suggest, the guy told me the vegetarian one, it was soooo bad and full of oil, I couldn’t swallow it. The vegetables were random squashes and other things. We ordered a tiramisu, the portion size was very small, the cake inside was so little and very wet. Then, when we went to pay, I paid with my card and just tapped, it went through. It made the sound that it accepted my card, there was a check mark on the device, and the receipt printed saying we paid. Then we realized they charged extra for the tomato even though we asked for less, so we told them. He gave the device back with 2.5 euros less, asking me to pay for our meal. I told him we just paid in front of your eyes and you’re holding the receipt, and the guy did not believe me when I said I paid already. Even though he had the receipt in his hand. He asked to see my bank transaction to prove that I already paid. My phone was dead so I had to wait for it to charge and then show him. Obviously we had already paid, so he got quiet and had to pay the difference in cash. What an embarrassing bunch of employees. Wouldn’t go back there even if I was starving at the airport. They didn’t even apologize for their mistake. The servers were also careless when taking our order, no thank you’s or you’re welcome. Everyone seems to hate working here and it shows. Wouldn’t eat this even if it was free. Very overpriced as well. If it was actually good, we would have no problem with the prices. You are better off buying vending machine snacks than this.

06/08/2025: Weekday evening, not too crowded. A regular stop every time I pass through the airport. Excellent pizza, light dough, and a thin crust that leaves plenty of room for the toppings (unlike the ones with a thick crust that have a small circle of toppings in the center). Prices are in line with or slightly above average, but it's an airport. I don't know when it's crowded, but it's always been good. I recommend it if you're running late and don't have time to eat dinner at home.

03/08/2025: A truly peaceful place where you feel at home. The staff is very friendly, especially Katty, who is truly a special person. Overlooking Fiumalbo's main square, the breakfasts and aperitifs are top-notch.

21/07/2025: The restaurant does not accept credit card payments. We remind our dear business owners that a POS terminal is mandatory; choosing how to pay is a right and not theirs to decide.

08/06/2025: Sehr schönes Ambiente. Einwandfreier Service. Die Bedienung hat in gehobenem Stil die Gerichte serviert und den Wein kantiert.

05/06/2025: Prima recensione mai scritta. Se cercate un ristorane per venire coccolati questo è il posto giusto. Attenzione al dettaglio dal menu fino alla consegna del conto, il tutto accompagnato dalla passione dello chef e soprattutto dalla responsabile della sala. Il locale ha un identità molto evidente, intima e calda. Cibo ottimo e ben servito, sia per quanto riguarda l’impiattamento che la spiegazione della portata. Ottima selezione di amari e vini. Bravi tutti.

25/07/2025: They've changed management. Bad, bad. Poor food, embarrassing offerings. They send you the old management's menu, and then you discover on the spot that they only serve four appetizers. Tigelle were anything but tigelle. Eggplant parmigiana burned on the bottom and obviously reheated in the microwave. Only one type of beer, and that's bottled, not even on tap. Truly disappointing.

21/07/2025: Terrible! Waited half an hour just to order, followed by another hour for a reheated pizza. High prices for cheap wine and reheated food.

22/02/2025: A pranzo di sabato con la famiglia, vasta scelte nel menù pizzeria; un po scadente la proposta ristorante per chi non mangia carne. Pizza buona sia per impasto sia per la qualità degli ingredienti utilizzati Primi abbondanti ma poco curati nella preparazione. Nulla da dire sulla pulizia del locale, sulla cordialità del personale e sul conto nella media. Forza ragazzi, siete giovani e si può fare di meglio.

01/11/2024: Siamo stati di sabato a pranzo in questo locale, in 9, abbiamo preso un po' di tutto: bruschette buone, crocché buoni, montanare buone,buona la burrata fritta nel ragù; poi una porzione della tanta decantata Nerano, cremosi si, enorme si, sapore NI... ancora una pizza fritta buona, mentre la Margherita Deliciuos delude sia nella forma contemporanea che in quella a ruota di carro, il pomodoro era decisamente insapore, buoni invece i paccheri allo scoglio portati in carta per mantenere tutti i sapori del pesce. Insomma Deliciuos piace per la varietà del menù e complessivamente i piatti sono buoni, ma nessuno mi/ci ha fatto emozionare. Prezzi nella media. Personale gentile. Locale un po' scuro a livello di illuminazione.

20/03/2025: This place could be a real gem. Located in a historic place in Ferrara, the Bazzi grocery store. I went there last night for an aperitif and to eat something before going to the theater right next door, at the Estense theater. It was a really negative experience. Rude waiters and above all annoyed as soon as they saw us enter. As a Ferrarese who loves his city, I would like to invite the owners to reflect on the important place they manage and on the inestimable value of the town hall square, where the place is located. Last night, I couldn't keep quiet and I made both waiters aware of my disappointment with those attitudes, those faces and that unjustified and gratuitous rudeness. From there, something actually changed, but it was too late and the result is that I will never return to this place. And neither will my friends. Last but not least, the place is really expensive.

07/07/2025: I went to this bar yesterday afternoon to have a coffee, I went first to pay and collect the receipt as written on the sign hanging inside that says (COLLECT THE RECEIPT FIRST AT THE CASH REGISTER) at which point the gentleman who was at the cash register got offended because I paid for the coffee and asked him for the receipt to show to the bartender, treating me badly, telling me that the receipt was no longer needed. I behaved as requested and I did not understand the reaction of this elderly and rude cashier. If you do not want to give receipts, remove the sign displayed. I will definitely not go into this bar again. Highly not recommended

13/07/2025: We had a coffee and a croissant, the croissant was very delicious. There is also a toilet available on request once you buy something.

28/05/2025: Unfriendly as few! You are right in the center and you still haven't understood the importance of behaving kindly with customers. You are as evil as the rain on Easter Monday, and you also have high prices.

21/07/2025: Location molto particolare e addobbata in modo carino. Stuzzichini di benvenuto e cibo in misura accettabile,forse bisognerebbe curarne la temperatura. Acqua a volontà molto gradita e vino locale in giusta misura compreso nel prezzo. Personale cordiale

21/06/2025: Picnic under the stars, from sunset to midnight in a wonderful location, "La Collina dei Poeti", in Santarcangelo di Romagna. Excellent organization, beautiful setting, good food, well-kept, and served with perfect timing, kind and professional staff. The advice is to try it: an experience that brings us back to contact with nature, the warmth of the earth (there is a sheet and large pillows) under our feet (barefoot) and the blue of the sky above us, in a cosmic whole.... moreover comfortably lying down like ancient Romans and served to the nines... with the DJ's music that completed this relaxing and perfect atmosphere... We would have gladly stayed forever, sipping wine and enjoying the warm night air... if not for the duty, the commitments, the family and our animals who were waiting for us at home.... Compliments to all the staff, you were really great!
