07/08/2025: Sono passato ieri con un collega di lavoro appena arrivati abbiamo chiesto il costo del menu del giorno alle cameriera € 18 Alla fine del pranzo , Giunti per pagare alla cassa il cassiere un uomo , ci ha avvertito che l acqua ed il caffè erano da conteggiare a parte , abbiamo pagato 1 lt di acqua in bottiglia € 2.50 Posto sicuramente da evitare per la poca chiarezza con i clienti relativamente al costo di un menu completo , per correttezza e trasparenza i clienti vanno avvertiti prima , visto che si tratta di una spesa , quindi soldi per tutti che si spendono per la pausa a pranzo di lavoro

As we were about to order, the waiter immediately told us that the wait times were very long and that we should come back later, which is normal and we understand. But when he asked us to leave the table in a disrespectful tone and manner, which we're not used to in Italy, we lost our appetite and left the restaurant, so we don't recommend it.

12/05/2025: I stopped to get two arancini, as soon as I entered the shop window was half empty and barely a greeting from the owners (I deduce). I decide to take the last 2 arancini and a fried calzone. When I got home, even when I reheated the calzone, it was dry and at least 3 days old. Personally, I will never set foot in this place again.

08/07/2025: "Defective and poorly preserved cigar, AGAIN." It was supposed to be a moment of relaxation, a break after a long day of work. Instead I found myself with a cigar so cracked that in desperation I had to patch the cracks with paper glue already during the lighting phase, in perfect kintsugi style... Almost as if it were cleverly hidden, under the wide band I found a hole the size of a cigarette filter. Towards the middle - having now reached the hole - the wrapper gave way under the weight of the effort, causing the Caribbean to explode. This is already the second time that I have found a cigar with obvious defects in this tobacconist: holes, aesthetic defects, cracks marked already at the opening. Once can happen. Two starts to seem like too many. Aficionados are not just any customers: we do not buy "a smoke", but an experience, a ritual. And we pay for that. These defects are not acceptable, they are a lack of respect for the product, and for those who smoke it of course (I would have done better to roll 15 euros and smoke those directly tonight). I understand that an unlucky cigar can happen... but at this point, the problem could be in the selection, or much more likely in incorrect storage. In both cases the result is the same: you find yourself at home, tired, licking papers... I haven't licked so many since the golden days of university but I still spent less at the time, and I didn't feel so much taken for a ride. I recommend reviewing the scenic effect of the mega humidor that you can't physically enter and maybe get a smaller but functional one, I say this for my smoking colleagues who may continue to frequent this tobacconist, I won't be going back...

22/07/2025: Mi sono fermata in questa area di servizio durante un viaggio da Formia a Rovigno e sono rimasta scioccata dalle condizioni igieniche. I bagni erano sporchi, maleodoranti al punto da provocare nausea — sembrava di entrare in una camera a gas. L’odore era insopportabile e l’intera area dava un senso di trascuratezza totale. Non ho nemmeno avuto il coraggio di mangiare lì. Questo posto è una vergogna per chi viaggia in autostrada. Mi auguro che Autogrill intervenga subito per risolvere questa situazione inaccettabile. Evitatelo a tutti i costi. Una stella solo perché non si può dare zero.

19/07/2025: Per essere un autogrill la cena era buona. Ovviamente costosa come ogni autogrill ma abbondante e gustosa. I bagni nella norma

28/07/2025: Breakfast here was always a delight! We had fresh orange juice, coffee of course (one of the best we had on our trip) with a brioche or those mini pastries. My favorite was the brioche with ricotta filling- Amazing! 😍 We especially enjoyed standing at the bar where Mario was. He is The Best! So friendly and most attentive! 10 Stars ⭐️

25/07/2025: Stopped for breakfast, got a pasticcio to where the window said 3 euros, brought to the table 4 euros. A small barley 2.70 I know we're in the center but it's crazy.

12/08/2025: The staff seemed visibly tired and uninterested, which made the service feel slow and unwelcoming. The hygiene standards were clearly lacking — tables weren’t clean, and the overall environment felt neglected. The food was a huge disappointment: bland, poorly prepared, and clearly made with ingredients that didn’t seem fresh. Overall, not a place I’d recommend.

20/03/2025: Rude staff, I was treated as if I were a "smart one" because the girl at the cash register mistakenly handed me the previous customer's receipt or whatever it was, it wasn't mine, her colleague at the counter thought I was crazy because she didn't want to give me another ice cream and was forced to only get one even though I had paid for 2, in any case €6 for an ice cream worth maybe 2, then I would be the smart one, well.

03/07/2025: Eravamo un gruppo abbiamo trovato moltissima maleducazione ,scortesia ,arroganza ,abbiamo ordinato in 13 persone ,per avere una piadina ordinata e per errore loro non segnata c'è voluto più di un'ora idem per avere una bottiglia d'acqua chiesta minimo 5/6 volte ,si sono permesse di alzare la voce e trattarci in un'modo inqualificabile, consiglio o di cambiare lavoro o di fare verdi intensivi di buone maniere ....sicuramente esperienza pessima da dimenticare e sicuramente da non ripetere....oltretutto abbiamo chiesto conti separati prima si poi no .....senza parole

27/06/2025: I would like to point out that your store/bar at Bologna Central Station has a major problem: unpleasant waiter/cashier who answers customers rudely at the cash register, is rude and ill-mannered. He also made an absurd scene with a girl behind me because she spoke to him in English and he (who evidently has little familiarity with the language) snorted in her face and said a series of words in Italian. I suggest you send someone to check it out. The situation is embarrassing.
