10/08/2025: This "old-fashioned" trattoria served authentic Italian fare. We had lunch outside under a lovely pergola, and the food was authentic and plentiful. The pumpkin tortelli and tagliolini with truffle and mushrooms were wonderful. Well done! We'll be back soon. Elena

17/08/2025: We ordered one espresso machiatto and two golden milks. We received one plain espresso and two golden milks, one lighter than the other 🤔🤨 and not hot at all! Warning: tap water is €4 a carafe 🙄🙄🙄 We should have known because their terrace was empty, unlike the others. Never again!

16/05/2025: L'accoglienza dei clienti è la punta di diamante del locale. Tempi di attesa e difetti di tecnica di cottura dei cibi sicuramente da vedere. Buona l'idea, per ingannare l'attesa, delle zeppole fritte, ma da non abusarne.

19/02/2025: Siamo arrivati in tarda serata e siamo stati comunque accolti. Proprietari e operatori in sala veramente squisiti ed estremamente gentili. Il piatto che ci hanno consigliato è stata una tagliata da oltre un chilo (una goduria pazzesca) con contorno di verdure miste saltate in padella…dolcetto per concludere e amaro offerto! Che dire, esperienza assolutamente da ripetere! CONSIGLIATO

31/07/2025: Second time at this place. We returned because last year we had an aperitivo with excellent sangria, trying a dish from the menu. Unfortunately, we weren't thrilled this time. The sangria was good, but the charcuterie and cheese platter definitely needs improvement. The piadina was dry and the charcuterie was poor quality. To be honest, we also noticed that when we ordered a platter, we weren't brought the appetizer platter that usually accompanies an aperitivo, which we saw brought to other tables. It's not a matter of two appetizers, but... if the price of the cocktail at other tables also included something to eat, I don't see why this shouldn't apply to those who order something from the menu. Honestly, it's the first time this has happened to us. It's a shame about these small details. Beautiful location and very friendly staff, but there are areas for improvement.

15/04/2025: Non abbiamo mangiato male, i prezzi in generale sono un po' altini... sia delle bevande che dei piatti. Ma la cosa piu' scandalosa e' 15 euro per un piattino di biscotti secchi.... Abbiamo chiesto se per caso fosse un errore, e serenamente ci hanno detto NO!

25/02/2025: Bellissimo localino sotto i portici di Via San Felice, caratteristico e gestito davvero come una osteria, non solo nel nome. Davvero invitante per la tipologia di locale, gestito in maniera attenta e gradevole, con il titolare, si suppone il buon Mario, che gira tra i tavoli dispensando consigli, versando vino e raccontando i piatti. Cucina di buon livello, taglieri enormi di salumi, piadine e crescentia rigorosamente calde, una buona fornitura di vini e primi tradizionali e ben fatti. Ho assaggiato i tortellini cotti nel brodo e serviti col ragù alla bolognese, uno ottimo equilibrio ed una buona esplosione di sapori, con tanto di grattugiata di parmigiano fatta al momento dall'oste. Il menù offre buone opzioni, anche per vegetariani (non tanta roba ma qualcosa c'è) e all'apparenza sarebbe tutto perfetto; purtroppo c'è un limite, che non sono gli spazi ridotti del locale che, anzi, rendono il tutto persino più caratteristico, ma la gestione del conto. Al netto del fatto di non offrire un menù cartaceo (c'è giusto una lavagna all'esterno, all'ingresso, che riporta alcuni piatti prezzati) e di rendere difficoltoso conoscere tutti i costi, alcuni prezzi sono davvero importanti. I vini (anche quelli più "basici") e il coperto (3.5€) risultano decisamente importanti come costo e questo andrebbe segnalato; alla fine, con due taglieri divisi in gruppo, un primo a testa, caffè e amaro si è arrivati a 45 euro. Nulla di scandaloso considerando anche la posizione, ma l'idea di essere in una trattoria "alla mano" tradisce le aspettative se persino l'acqua arriva a 4€ a bottiglia. Prezzi poco trasparenti rendono l'esperienza un tantino sconveniente rispetto all'offerta ma è sicuramente un posto dove stare bene.

09/06/2025: I was in Bologna and I ate at the Ribelli sisters. The place is very small but the food was good and the employee was really kind. The prices were normal.

The lasagna was rich and comforting, with that slow-cooked depth you hope for in Bologna. But the standout was the open-faced sandwich; stacked with salame, sautéed mushrooms, arugula, and a generous layer of squacquerone cheese. Creamy, savory, and perfectly balanced. The red-checkered tables and retro touches give it an old-school feel, even in the middle of a busy market. It’s casual, fast, and full of character; great for when you want real local food without a lot of fuss.

28/06/2025: This is a hotel restaurant and in Italy we know that this is not always a winning choice. Mediocre pizza both in the dough and in the cooking and also the ingredients are quite mediocre. First courses al dente and abundant with good toppings. Second courses of fish good, second courses of meat so-so. Service average. High cover charge (2.50€) if you consider that even the tablecloth is made of paper (restaurant of a hotel...)

04/02/2025: Cibo nella norma ma conto troppo salato. Spendere 54 euro per tre piatti di coniglio con 5/6 patate al forno di numero è esagerato. Due prime, tre secondi, due acque e due caffè sono costati 88 euro.

26/05/2025: Bad experience, they deceive celiac people by serving a terrible pizza, I took a takeaway buffala and I couldn't even look at it because it was so horrible, raw tomato sauce placed on a raw base, the mozzarella could barely be seen drowned in the sauce. For me it's a NO. P.S. Paid with the surcharge of €13. The garbage thanks you. Failed

09/03/2025: Simple place that immediately puts you at ease, friendly, professional staff available for every request. Highly digestible pizza for slow-rising dough. The opening hours are extended, ideal for those who stay late. Highly recommended

24/03/2025: A bit of pasta that doesn't taste like anything and 2 broccoli 1 coffee and Aqua 20 euros each for me it's theft and the sciura is a bit arrogant
