20/08/2025: I went to Gastronomia 00 with high hopes, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The food was rather subpar: stale bread and pizza, bland-tasting brioche, no desserts, seemingly mediocre-quality hams... and overall, the food was more reminiscent of a school cafeteria than a refined deli. The atmosphere, too, seems stuck in the '70s, and not in the nostalgic sense of the word. Dated furnishings and an atmosphere reminiscent of the past, but without that vintage charm that makes you say, "How lovely."

04/06/2025: Cena a base di pesce superlativa, porzioni generose, sapori squisiti, servizio gentile pronto educato. La location non è bella perché si trova sulla statale adriatica ma facilmente raggiungibile.

27/04/2025: Ho cenato di recente in questa struttura immersa nella campagna Le aspettative, vista la location , erano alte e purtroppo sono andate deluse Bene i funghi fritti scelti come antipasto poi è arrivata una tagliata imbarazzante Carne pessima , stracotta ( colore completamente bianca) al vago sapore di Parmigiano . Sale rosmarino non pervenuti ! Il colore era imbarazzante e depone per una cottura industriale e non alla griglia Credo che se un piatto non riesca bene ( ed il commensale lo fa notare) sia importante non farlo pagare ( può accadere l’errore ma far pagare a terzi i propri errori mi sembra troppo) Il conto per due antipasti e due secondi è stato di 38 euro a testa Visto quanto sopra decisamente sbilanciato

09/04/2025: Ristorante con una storia antica, che propone ricette della tradizione, ma innovate, molto buone al gusto e anche molto belle a vedersi, così come la mis en place... curata e attenta. Personale gentilissimo, piatti con funghi e tartufi davvero speciali. In cima a un monte, sopra Sant'Agata, immerso nel bosco. Una vera chicca!

04/07/2025: Assuming that the food is good quality (otherwise I would have given one star), I think the bill of €120 for 4 is a bit high with: - cold cuts and fried gnocco to share (normal portions) - 4 first courses ("caramelle" butter and sage with mushroom sauce - normal portions) - 3 desserts - 2 coffees - a quarter of red wine and 2 bottles of water It should be a trattoria... Clearly no prices displayed or announced verbally.

27/06/2025: I have the honor to be the artistic director of group of young opera singers from around the world who come to Cesenatico every year for 3 weeks to work on an opera, and to learn and hone their craft with our wonderful faculty. We found the Hotel Miramare at Cesenatico 3 years ago, and each year we are unable to believe how wonderful it is every year. Monica and Manuel are incredibly accommodating and are the epitome of what it means to have customer service, and have since become like family. As much as the program is impactful for emerging singers, musically, that we all eat so well, in a place that is so perfectly situated with ocean-views, is incomprehensible for many of our participants. The food, which changes every day, is so delicious. The fresh fish, the pastas, the pizzas are all absolutely top notch, but the servers which are some of the kindest most accommodating people around really do make the meal. Specifically, Cosimo and Antonio, who have been with us every year for 3 years, and who remembers all the faculty and recurring students, and treats our group of 25 (for both lunch and dinner) as never an imposition, but always is helpful, kind, and even joking with us! The experience for the participants is not only about the music, but about the environment, and with the entire team at Hotel Miramare, the Capo del Molo Restaurant, and the town of Cesenatico, I could not ask for a better environment to nurture and support these emerging artists! Thank you Monica, Manuel, Antonio, Cosimo, and everyone else who helps make this place so magical! We discovered Hotel Miramare in Cesenatico 3 years ago (Thanks to our Italian teacher!) and every year we can’t believe how wonderful it is. Monica and Manuel are incredibly helpful and the essence of customer service, and have since become like family to us. As much as the program has a significant impact on the up and coming singers, musically, the fact that we all eat so well, in such a perfect location overlooking the sea, is incomprehensible to many of our participants. The food, which changes daily, is absolutely delicious. The fresh fish, pasta, pizzas are all top notch, but the waiters, some of the friendliest and most helpful I have ever met, really make the meals special. In particular, Cosimo and Antonio, who have been with us every year for 3 years, remember the names of all the returning faculty and students and serve our group of 25 (lunch and dinner) without ever seeming annoyed, but always helpful, kind and even joking with us! The experience for the attendees is not just about the music, but also the environment, and with the entire team at Hotel Miramare, Ristorante Capo del Molo, and the city of Cesenatico, we couldn't ask for a better environment to nurture and support these emerging artists! 18/05/2025: Una trattoria come non si trovava da tempo...in viaggio per Bologna decidiamo di fermarci a pranzo convinti dalle ottime recensioni...bhe che dire ...TOOOPPPP Prezi onesti, portate abbondanti...pesce e carne semplicemente strepitosi come la pasta rigorosamente fatta in casa! Ragazzi....ne vale veramente la pena. Non paghi del pranzo, nel rientrare da Bologna ci siamo fermati pure per la cena! Personale gentilissimo e simpaticissimo!!! E....ricordatevi di prendere il dolce!!! La Tenerina ❤️❤️❤️

20/04/2025: Ci siamo presentati un giovedì ad orario di pranzo. Ci hanno fatto accomodare e e ci siamo seduti. Quando abbiamo chiesto il menù lavoratori c'è stato risposto che non eravamo operai pertanto non avremmo avuto diritto. Preciso che io anche se ho 65 anni lavoro ancora ed ero proprio in pausa pranzo. Al che rispondiamo che siamo lavoratori ma ci viene ribadito che non ne avremmo avuto diritto. Così anche se avevamo già iniziato a mangiare pane ci siamo alzati e ce ne siamo andati. Usufruiamo in ogni ristorante del menù lavoratori (operai o camionisti o quello che sia) senza mai aver avuto discriminazioni. L'ho trovato davvero brutto e discriminante senza motivo. Ad ogni modo con noi ha perso due clienti perchè non ci torneremo mai più. Peccato.

20/07/2025: Dear killer, what's more, yesterday if I didn't look carefully at the receipt because the calculations didn't add up, the 350g ice cream made me pay for half a kilo and gave me the money back after I had paid with my debit card. Plus, if I tell you I want half a kilo of ice cream, you won't give me more just because I asked for the cremino flavor and you make me pay for 800g!!! Are you kidding me?

10/05/2025: I went to this place recently. The staff was quite friendly overall, although one of the guys stood out for his kindness and helpfulness, which was really appreciable. Unfortunately, however, the experience was not all positive. They got my pizza wrong three times. And the worst thing was seeing the pizza chef remove the chips from the wrong pizza and put them back on the "right" one by hand, instead of making it from scratch as would have been correct. An unhygienic and certainly unprofessional gesture, which left me very disappointed.

16/08/2025: Update 2025: We were very satisfied again this year! Our trusted beach bar, visited for the third time this 2024 season. Great as always, very friendly waiters and a very nice owner! The owner was also kind enough to give us a quick espresso and cappuccino basic course when we asked – very pleasant! Prices are reasonable. See you again next year in 2025!

24/06/2025: Mi sono trovato malissimo: sono andato ad aprile e mi hanno messo in un tavolo di fronte alla cucina, quel giorno probabilmente c’è stato un problema alla cucina ma comunque è inaccettabile sentire le lamentele della capocuoca, anche perché essendo così vicino si sentiva tutto. Ci hanno chiesto cosa volevamo da mangiare 10 minuti dopo che avevamo già scelto, e li già ho capito che qualcosa non andava, dopo altri 10 minuti sono arrivati con l’acqua che mi chiedo cosa c’era di difficile a prenderla dal frigo e portarla. Il cibo è arrivato dopo 1 ora, neanche fosse un ristorante stellato. Alla fine il cibo era discreto ma non meritava tutto quel tempo. Di sicuro sono andato in un giorno sbagliato ma comunque consiglio di migliorare l’organizzazione.

21/06/2025: Abbiamo mangiato veramente benissimo: due antipasti, sarde in saor e carpaccio di gamberi rossi di mazara. Primo: strozzapreti con pesce spada, pomodorini secchi, menta e melanzane. Anche il dolce: nuvola di ricotta con miele e noci tritate sopra. Tutto buonissimo, ristorantino super consigliato!

20/06/2025: I am sorry to give bad reviews. However, this time I am forced to do so. The staff on duty were not very experienced, and not very polite. There was a plump girl who was anything but professional and friendly. The piadina paid almost €9, was literally miserable / not to mention empty of the required ingredients. I very humbly advise you to review the quantities and the staff a bit, The people sitting were very unhappy also about the incredible waiting times.
