Specialized in the cuisine of grilled meats, with a selection of fine meats, expertly cooked and served, and typical dishes of the Campania tradition. Owners professional and extremely welcoming and kind. The chef and owner is not only excellent in the kitchen but also always present and attentive to the needs of customers in the dining room. 27/05/2025: Sunday I celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday and everything was impeccable, a fabulous location, qualified staff attentive to every little detail, the meter very professional and very kind, the food excellent, you can see that they use top quality products. Mrs. Ambra is available and ready to satisfy every need, every request. I compliment everyone and recommend this location to everyone.

08/05/2025: Suggestive restaurant located in a church deconsecrated for sins of the flesh. One of those gastronomic gems discovered almost by chance. Excellent dishes including artichoke hearts with beef ragout, crispy pork belly and sea bream fillet. The personal attention of the owners and their son gave a human touch to the whole dinner making it one of those experiences to remember.

03/05/2025: I celebrated my 30th birthday at the Bossa Bar, Francesca was very helpful from the first meeting, clear and precise on the organization of the event with them, she also helped me with the choice of the DJ and the cake designer. The atmosphere was as I had imagined, requests made outside the menu were fulfilled, the staff was attentive to everyone but especially to people with intolerances or allergies for whom a separate menu was designed. Stefania Verticale the DJ with her skill allowed us to dance and have fun all evening. Anna Dolciarti created a delicious and aesthetically elegant cake, embellished with a cake table prepared by the Bossa staff. If you want to experience an evening free from the trappings of a sit-down dinner, without losing quality, Bossa offers an excellent combination. Thank you!

03/06/2025: Trovati durante il viaggio di ritorno a casa, a pochi chilometri dall'autostrada. Cibo eccellente, personale molto ospitale e attento alle esigenze del cliente. Consigliatissimo anche per celiaci e intolleranti al lattosio. Personale gentilissimo e simpatico, da ripetere sicuramente!

29/04/2025: Una location tranquilla, lineare, con un pò di austerità moderna. Grandi tavoli rotondi e poltroncine scure in legno e pelle, Pochi oggetti personalizzano l'ambiente. In bella vista una vetrina di vini e la cucina a vista. Un pò dl burro come entrée (accompagnato da un flute sarebbe stato ancor più apprezzato perl'impostazione che si vuol dare ) Tutte le portate ben impiattate e molto buone. I primi: "Linguine con ragù di crostacei"; I secondi: "ombrina, bietola e senape" " rana pescatrice e carciofo alla brace". Servizio adeguato.

25/12/2024: For the aperitif on Christmas Eve we chose this lounge bar... And it was the best choice.... The owner together with his staff are uniquely professional and not to mention his fabulous drinks all accompanied with fish first quality.... What to say I highly recommend it for the next eve of the 31st.... It is currently a higher level than the other bars in lower Nocera.... Congratulations and thanks again for the wonderful experience I had there...

20/04/2025: Mi sono recato in questo locale con i miei genitori in data 19 Aprile 2025. Appena arrivati i camerieri ci hanno accolti con un entree di benvenuto: una polpetta servita su un piattino, ci stava. (Vedi foto) 🍾 IL VINO 🍾 Abbiamo preso il vino bianco che ci è stato servito all'interno di una "ice bag".. (vedi foto). Quindi una busta di plastica rigida contenente acqua e una mattonella di ghiaccio per mantenere la bottiglia fredda. È una buona idea quella di utilizzare questa soluzione per questioni ambientali ed evitare di fare il ghiaccio ogni volta però: 1. alla fine si usa un contenitore di plastica quindi di pro ambientale non c'è niente.. anzi 2. è una soluzione poco pratica perché ogni volta la mattonella di ghiaccio si sposta e quindi bisogna mettere la mano dentro per sistemarla 🥙 ANTIPASTI 🥙 Abbiamo iniziato con 3 antipasti: uno di terra e due di mare. Premetto che siamo baresi pertanto di mare, pesce e frutti di mare ne capiamo qualcosa. A tal proposito mi sento di dire che i piatti non solo erano scarsi ma anche abbastanza imbarazzanti. C'erano due piccoli gamberi con salsa rosa, una piccola insalatina di polpo, una bruschetta e un barattolo in vetro con all'interno sugo, qualche fagiolo e totani. La qualità non era incredibile, forse solo il polpo si salvava un pochettino. La presentazione con il barattolo in vetro è imbarazzante e poco pratica soprattutto per prendere il sugo all'interno. Al massimo prendere un contenitore più ampio sarebbe meglio per poter inserire il cucchiaio all'interno. Per concludere in bellezza ho trovato un pelo all'interno dell'insalata di polpo. Il pelo l'ho semplicemente rimosso, tanto se avessi detto qualcosa probabilmente si sarebbero limitati a rimuoverlo e servirmi lo stesso medesimo piatto e vista la qualità forse ne avrei comunque trovato un altro 😹. L'antipasto di terra era tremendo. La presentazione viene fatta con una "impalcatura" a due piani con sopra delle fette di prosciutto penzolanti dai lati. Presentazione tremenda, degna del programma "Cucine da Incubo" dello chef Cannavacciuolo. Il ""piatto"" è letteralmente una piattaforma rettangolare con delle colonne ai quattro angoli per supportare un ulteriore base rettangolare al secondo piano. Assolutamente scomoda, ingombrante e poco pratica infatti una fetta di prosciutto è caduta senza che nessuno la toccasse. Inoltre, sono abbastanza convinto che sia difficile da pulire infatti negli angoli vedevo dei residui non nostri. A parte questa impalcatura, il resto delle portate dell'antipasto di terra (fagioli, purè di patate, parmigiana) erano decenti anche se probabilmente congelati o non cotti in maniera ottimale. Inoltre, I carciofi della "impalcatura" non erano commestibili poiché i cuochi si sono dimenticati di rimuovere la parte esterna composta da foglie dure, spine e peli in mezzo. Sfortunatamente non ho fatto foto degli antipasti perché credevo sarebbe stata una nota negativa ma passabile invece dopo si è rivelato tutto terribile. 🍝 PRIMI PIATTI 🍝 Abbiamo ordinato tre primi. Due risotti e uno spaghettone (Vedi foto del menù). Il risotto viene descritto bene, sembra niente male no? È per questo che l'ho ordinato ma purtroppo era troppo troppo salato e i polipi, seppie, gamberi e calamari erano gommosi quindi probabilmente congelati o cotti molto male. Inoltre, leggete pure il menù, vedete citata una certa erba? No.. però nel piatto è molto presente (vedi foto del risotto). Non solo questa erba non è citata nel menu (grave perché se sono allergico DEVO sapere cosa sto mangiando) ma inoltre faceva anche schifo nel complesso. Entrambi i risotti non sono stati finiti. Terribili, salatissimi e pieni di olio. L'altro piatto era lo spaghettone con vongole veraci, lupini e buccia di limone. BUCCIA di limone significa che c'è un lieve piacevole sentore di limone, no? Bene, purtroppo non era così. Il sapore era solo puro limone. Spaghetti al limone sarebbe il nome corretto. 🍖 SECONDI PIATTI 🍖 Non acquistati perché vi abbiamo già regalato abbastanza soldi :)). ‼️ ALTRE PRECISAZIONI‼️ 1. Il profumo/ammorbidente di una delle cameriere era nauseabondo. Ti entrava direttamente in bocca e nel naso mentre mangiavi, terribile. 2. Abbiamo indicato ai camerieri TUTTO ciò che non andava bene riguardante il CIBO e abbiamo anche parlato con gli chef che ci hanno detto "avete ragione" (probabilmente tanto per dire qualcosa visto che uno di loro sorrideva) ma non è cambiato nulla. I piatti non sono stati cambiati, i piatti non sono stati rimossi dal conto anzi, la cameriera ha anche risposto in maniera sfacciata. 3. Per non farci mancare niente, appena usciti dal locale abbiamo anche beccato un bel parcheggiatore abusivo che ci chiedeva "un'offerta a PIASCERE" che ovviamente non ha ricevuto. 4. Abbiamo sentito lamentele anche da parte di altri commensali. In particolare, un signore vicino a noi ha lasciato un piatto interamente e una tavolata di 10 persone si lamentava dei piatti troppo salati. 5. In totale il conto ammontava a 114 euro, un furto considerando la qualità, le problematiche e le prese in giro. 🎯 CONSIGLI 🎯 1. Migliorare la cucina. Se è vero che le materie prime non sono congelate allora migliorate il modo in cui trattate le materie prime. 2. Vi definite osteria ma di osteria non avete niente. Siete solo l'ennesimo locale che prova a scimmiottare i locali di alta classe ma con scarso risultato. Fate piatti buoni e di qualità invece di pensare alla presentazione chic (si fa per dire) e a stupidaggini che non vi appartengono.
