On our way back from Campagna, we stopped at Amadeus and couldn't have made a better choice. ​We enjoyed some truly exquisite appetizers and perfectly cooked spaghetti first courses: excellent, authentic food, with attention to detail. ​What made the experience even more enjoyable was the welcome: all the staff were extremely kind and attentive, especially the owner at the counter, a delightful person who made us feel right at home with his warmth and helpfulness. ​We had a truly wonderful time. Highly recommended if you're in the area or just passing through!

15/08/2026: I discovered this place by chance and fell in love. The atmosphere is amazing: the place is warm, welcoming, and meticulously cared for. Perfect for going with friends or family. The food: Full marks. The charcuterie and cheese platter was plentiful and high-quality: prosciutto, bresaola, salami, stringy cheeses + jam, mushrooms, and taralli. A delight. Then the first courses: spaghetti with tomato sauce served in a steaming pan, with lots of parmesan, and a plate of pasta verde with ragù that smelled amazing. Authentic, flavorful, and made just right. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is super friendly. You feel good, you eat well, and you leave with a smile.

05/07/2026: I booked this restaurant about a month and a half ago, inspired and captivated by the excellent reviews I'd read online. High expectations often risk disappointing, but at Bollicine they were completely fulfilled and exceeded with flying colors! A magical and intimate atmosphere: For the occasion, the owner reserved a spectacular little spot for us: a single table for two located inside the restaurant's wine cellar. Eating there, literally surrounded by select bottles of wine, made the atmosphere intimate, evocative, and unforgettable. Pure passion on the plate (and in the glass): The owner is a very young man who demonstrates an immeasurable love for his work. This passion is clearly reflected in every dish he offers and in the impeccable wine pairings he selects. It's not just food, it's a story. It was a complete sensory experience, from the exclusive setting to the quality of the food and wine journey. I recommend anyone to stop in Battipaglia, even just for dinner at this wonderful restaurant. A very high rating, and well deserved!

19/08/2026: My husband and I were at the Hotel San Luca for Ferragosto Dinner and decided to try the restaurant’s special 4 course meal . We shared the €50 Fish ( Mare option ) which with bread was plentiful and delicious ! The skilful chef adapted all the courses right on the spot to accommodate my need for Gluten Free foods and rather than substitute them he actually created these using different flour ! Or removing it altogether! The fried Baccala’ part of the starter plate was astounding ! And the seafood sauce ( allo scoglio was superb ) The servers and Manager were great! Special mention to a gentleman called Pasquale, so kind, attentive and gentle - proper old school Italian style of waiting on tables went above and beyond the call of duty ! We found him serving at the hotel breakfast room and along with a young man called Mo ( Mohammed ) I was looked after so beautifully and attentively , ensuring I always had enough to eat and gluten free options . My husband was also delighted to find that the staff at the breakfast bar counter always had his “ Americano” ready as soon as he turned up !! Thank you so much !!

01/08/2026: The pizza is absolutely disgusting. Everything inside is dirty, and half the restaurant is broken. There's no air conditioning, and it's literally sweating. Inside, everything is broken and there's nothing good, but there are photos instead of walls. I'll give you some advice: please lock yourself away.

But the meat, the meat, was truly spectacular! If you're unsure or inexperienced, the owner will help you choose based on your tastes. We opted for a Spanish steak with a strong flavor, and we were right to trust and rely on the owner! Now that we've discovered him, we'll definitely be back.
