07/08/2024: La Rimessa is a place located in the immediate vicinity of Lake Telese. The menu is quite varied - pizzas, seafood and land dishes as well as a lounge bar - and is ideal for spending an evening with friends or family when perhaps not everyone agrees on what to eat. I tasted the starter and the tartare and both dishes were really very good. Although I didn't eat the pizza, it looked excellent to me. If I had to judge only the food, perhaps I would give 4 stars out of 5 (which for me means that it was still excellent), but the quality of the food combined with the beauty of the place and the view of the lake made me raise my rating to 5 stars.
The service is excellent, the waiters are attentive and helpful and seem capable of managing the crowd well. I went there with my dog and there were no problems.

Good but not unforgettable cuisine, portion of some dishes (side dish and starter, bread) disproportionate to the absurd price. In 3 adults and a little girl not even 3 years old, we paid 151 euros. Friendly owner but not even a bitter or coffee offered.
26/08/2024: After a bad experience at Lake Telese and Grassano Park almost at the last minute we come across the inn, it saves us the day, nice place, good food, friendliness and professionalism, fair price

Hamburger too raw, we didn't expect that the bread was packaged and sub-branded there is no proportion between quality and price
3 sandwiches 1 coke and a beer and a natural 52 euros
I do not recommend
02/11/2024: We ordered a mixed fry and pizzas. We were still opening the sachets of sauces when the pizzas arrived with the kindness of the waiter "the pizza chef was in a hurry this evening". I recommend getting better organized with the outings of the dishes.

22/06/2024: Il ristorante si trova all’interno del resort aqua petra. Ottima accoglienza e servizio. Abbiamo scelto il menù a base di pesce con abbinamento vini tutto veramente molto buono.
02/05/2024: Quello che mi ha piacevolmente sorpreso è stata certamente la gentilezza del personale di sala, mai stucchevole nel servizio, ma sempre presente al bisogno. Gentili e simpatici, ti coccolano fino alla fine, accompagnandoti nel percorso cucinato dal meraviglioso chef Luciano Villani.
Penso che quando si arrivi a questi livelli in cucina c'è poco da spiegare, in tavola si porta l'arte e l'arte va vissuta e non raccontata.
Esperienza sublime.
Il risotto magnifico, l'uovo sublime.
Il maître è stato molto attento e gentile ne consigliarci al meglio, mi ha aiutato, tra l'altro, a scegliere un'ottima bollicina per accompagnare degnamente tutta la cena. Luciano alla fine, è stato molto cortese a venirci a salutare al tavolo, cosicché ci siamo potuti congratulare di persona.
Non c'è stata una nota negativa in tutta la serata.
Ottima la carta dei vini (qualche volta i rincari spingono un pò in alto ma ci può stare), non ho visto la carta dei distillati perché, talmente soddisfatto, non ce la facevo ad affrontare il gran finale, ma ci ritornerò per questo e per provare il menu di pesce. Prezzi in linea con i ristoranti di questo livello.

23/11/2024: Un locale che ha prodotti di qualità , cerca di fare cose innovative per quanto riguarda primi e secondi, scarsa selezione di dessert. Ma il tutto accompagnato da un servizio poco accogliente. Formalità e assenza di sorrisi purtroppo non mi hanno fatto sentire a casa. Prezzi esagerati.
