28/02/2026: I had the pleasure of discovering this elegant restaurant with a pool about three years ago, at a private event organized by longtime friends. Even then, despite the buffet format, my wife and I were deeply impressed by the excellent selection of ingredients. We were also pleasantly surprised to learn that the owners, Fausto and Cristina, have been longtime acquaintances of ours.
Eager to explore their culinary offerings further, I recently returned for several convivial dinners, and the experience has consistently exceeded expectations. In addition to the undisputed and superb quality of the ingredients, Fausto proves himself to be an absolute guarantee in the kitchen, distinguishing himself not only for his impeccable cooking technique but also for his remarkable mastery and aesthetics in plating.
During our last visit, the chef delighted us with a top-notch seafood experience: an exceptional selection of raw seafood as an appetizer, followed by a first course of exquisitely crafted linguine with crab. To finish, an excellent Gargano red corba, a delicious discovery that truly surprised the palate.
In short, an unmissable food and wine destination. A must-see for anyone who loves haute cuisine.
02/01/2026: We attended the New Year's Eve party, and for the second year, we were delighted by the professionalism of the chef, who gave us a fantastic culinary experience, the welcoming staff, and the owners, who are fantastic people. The venue is beautiful. Thank you for everything.

12/07/2025: The bread dough remains excellent, but the rest is of poor quality. The counter service needs revising; you can't fool the customer who orders and pays. The customer watches and judges; don't think the two girls are the ones who are clever, even when it comes to serving. The bakery rightly sells bread, but be careful about the first course: two cannelloni, and I mean two, can't cost €8; it's also very expensive.

A Saturday night to forget!
The restaurant is nice, but the pizza is certainly average—not among the best, but not among the worst either. I'm writing this review simply to highlight the manager's completely inappropriate and rude behavior. I'll leave aside the swearing and blasphemies directed at the staff, but I find the consistently rude attitude toward infants, never allowed to run around and always under the watchful eye of their parents, unacceptable. A business might struggle to handle the Saturday night rush—we're human, and no one has dared to complain about that—but when you ask to warm up your baby's bottle in the microwave for a minute, you'll be met with the response, "Now, what's the point of cooking?" As if it were a whim or an inappropriate request. I've never seen anything like it. You'll obviously never see us again.

A nice, well-kept place with a rustic feel.
We had two identical starters: perciatelli with sauce and sausage; the sauce was good, but the sausage was almost nonexistent. Then we had two desserts: a caramel panna cotta with too much gelatin, a bit rubbery, and a caramel topping that wasn't the best. The tiramisu was good, but the portion was a bit small.
Efficient but distant service.
As indicated, plus a mineral water bottle, it cost about €40, which I'd say is more than fair value.
They have ample parking.
They have a lot more on the menu, including various meats, so we'll definitely return to try other dishes.

31/12/2025: Great experience! The pizza is truly delicious, I especially loved the tuna and onion pizza, with the cooked onions adding a special touch. The use of local ingredients is very interesting, such as Castelpoto red sausage, Castelfranco caciocavallo cheese, tomato, and extra virgin olive oil. Special thanks to the owner for her kindness and courtesy, and the beer is also excellent. Highly recommended!

11/01/2026: On the way from Telese Terme to Naples, we stopped at this restaurant. We had a delicious mixed meat platter for two, all cooked just right.
The desserts also looked delicious, but we were full. The place smelled wonderful, like delicious food. The staff was very friendly!
31/12/2025: Perfect evening. Dishes to suit different tastes and attention to detail. Modern decor and a relaxed atmosphere. Good food quality and extensive wine list. I recommend it. 💗

11/03/2026: The best supermarket in the Telesina Valley
02/02/2026: This supermarket's weak point, unfortunately, is its staff, mostly lazy and rude, especially at the checkout. They have no courtesy or kindness, nor do they know how to greet or thank a customer. If the customer does, they don't even respond. They often chat among themselves from one checkout to the next while they work, which causes enormous annoyance to the customer, who feels they're receiving little attention.
Today, all the self-checkouts were out of order, while only one non-self-checkout had a long line of customers. I see a clerk wandering near a checkout, so I politely ask if she's opening. She aggressively tells me I need to give her time to get ready. Resigned, I continue waiting in line and, after five minutes, I catch her having a pleasant conversation with a colleague near the promotions counter. I'm sorry to say, but this supermarket lacks a professional who knows how to manage the staff. Everyone does what they want... as always, only those with a sense of duty know how to manage themselves.

26/09/2024: Abbiamo festeggiato il nostro matrimonio 31 Agosto. Gli ospiti non hanno fatto altro che complimenti. Location favolosa, servizio eccellente il cibo tutto buonissimo.

23/11/2024: Un locale che ha prodotti di qualità , cerca di fare cose innovative per quanto riguarda primi e secondi, scarsa selezione di dessert. Ma il tutto accompagnato da un servizio poco accogliente. Formalità e assenza di sorrisi purtroppo non mi hanno fatto sentire a casa. Prezzi esagerati.
