23/07/2024: We spent a weekend in this truly enchanting place, surrounded by nature and total peace. Perfect place to spend a day in total tranquility and relaxation with a wonderful swimming pool with hydromassage. Meals and overnight stays are a different matter. As for the really slow and inattentive service. We were served an open bottle of fanta that was already half used, the drinks supplies should be managed better because on Saturday evening there were already no more coca cola zeros and the cans were deformed. My friend ordered penne al pomodoro for her 1 year old daughter at 8.10pm and they arrived at 8.50pm and there were only two other tables besides ours. Little clarity in the information. The location has crazy potential and is gorgeous but the management can be improved. Bed in room 1 with springs that literally left marks and made us spend a sleepless night, if the bed had been comfortable I would have nothing to say about the room, large, with fireplace and nice bathroom. Without air conditioning but at night with the fan you feel great thanks to the fresh air of the countryside. I will gladly return to spend a day of pure relaxation hoping that the notes made on the service and the bed can be well understood to improve them

01/01/2025: New Year's Eve nightmare... imagine leaving with your family, a little trip on the 4th, with children aged 3 and 5 with an adjoining dinner and... 1) you book a place that has rooms to sleep in, but unfortunately the rooms are 2 km from the restaurant. 2) you think: oh well at least the place where we sleep is nice, welcoming... but after a while the electrical circuit starts to fail and the room doesn't heat up... result: the whole family in bed with their coats as if we were in the 60s. Not to mention the New Year's Eve menu variation for 2/3 of the description ... even worse, the excuses: "no but maybe you read the menu of the other location". Too bad that in the other location we were sleeping and the staff had told us that the menu was the same. In any case, happy new year to everyone and if you can escape from this place

01/12/2024: Sono andata in questo bistrot in occasione dei mercatini di Natale. Ci hanno comunicato che era previsto il menù fisso... ok! Ci hanno portato 5 antipasti di salumi e formaggi(di cui uno non richiesto poiché era per una bambina) tutti diversi nel senso che in alcuni piatti mancavano delle pietanze rispetto agli altri e per loro era normale. Abbiamo chiesto una bottiglia di vino.... Dopo circa mezz'ora è arrivata l'unica tipologia di bottiglia disponibile già aperta al tavolo che avremmo dovuto bere in un unico bicchiere a tavola ( per l'acqua). Abbiamo perciò richiesto dei calici o quantomeno altri bicchieri in modo tale da poter bere sia acqua che vino e ci rispondono che gli unici bicchieri di cui disponevano erano tutti diversi... infatti ci sono arrivati 2 calici (su 4) per il gintonic e dopo circa mezz'ora altri due calici da vino. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere il pane per accompagnare l'antipasto perché probabilmente era un di più... mah! Per non parlare poi delle patatine e dei wurstel della bambina (arrivate a più riprese) senza neanche chiedere se volesse ketchup e maionese. Tutto questo coronato dalla gentilezza e cordialità delle cameriere che se avessero potuto sbatterci fuori lo avrebbero fatto volentieri. Insomma un servizio pessimo per la bellezza di 30 euro a persona e 20 euro la bambina. Ma mai più!!!

02/02/2025: We went to this place intrigued by the numerous positive reviews. Nice, welcoming place. We waited more than an hour just to get a basket of bread. The only waiter present in the room didn't even know what the kitchen had available, so after taking the order he returned apologizing for the lack of some dishes. Good appetizer, normal. Genoese candles (which were not candles but ziti, not even cut by hand) tasteless and with the classic Genoese flavor you could imagine the taste. The children were offered veal cutlet but it magically transformed into chicken cutlet, which was undercooked in some places. The warm heart was just warm, let's leave it aside for the flavor and presentation, a small fork dipped in the chocolate that decorated the dish. For the bill we got a treat since in the end some of us only ate an appetizer. Not recommended. I'm just wondering if the people who wrote the positive reviews are restaurant goers & co. or they went out for the first time in their life and they only heard about eating well and knowing how to cook.

02/02/2025: We went to this restaurant (intrigued by the many positive reviews) we decided to try it. I took the house starter where the menu shows cured meats, various selections of cheeses (1 piece) and seasonal vegetables. I received 1 stuffed courgette flower (I think very out of season) we order Genoese candles which didn't taste like Genevose at all, we order sliced ​​meat and after a while the displeased waiter arrives telling us that there are no slices of meat, the desserts arrive with teaspoons placed on the chocolate, finally the price, let's leave it at that, really disappointed
