04/05/2025: we literally had a bathroom as they say, a typical trattoria to fleece tourists and we fell for it, on the other hand it was obvious given that the other places were full and this was the only one that had seats (May 1st). absurd prices for a pasta and potatoes in a normal dish almost flat at the figure of €10 moral of the story we found ourselves paying the three of us for 1 pasta and potatoes 1 Genoese 3 bruschetta with tomato is a cut of meat with a bottle of wine who we had absolutely not seen the price since he had taken away the menus (then we saw the price on the bill 😓😓😓 absurd) at the modest sum of €100 absurd, poor tourists, but above all poor we who happened upon it and yet we are Neapolitans..... with that amount we could have had lunch in honest places, so the reviews must absolutely be looked at.. we gave you €100 for what we ate in other honest places we would have paid less than €50, shame on you

01/03/2025: I'm sorry to give a negative review but unfortunately I purchased 2 mozzarellas for dinner, and we found ourselves with poor quality mozzarella on our plate, it wasn't fresh that day! Soft milk-free and tasteless. I hope it was a question of freshness otherwise it would be a total fail. I'm not a regular customer but, just to be fair, I left the highway thinking I was making a top purchase, then I got back on the highway and we had dinner.

18/06/2025: Everything was really perfect. Spectacular cocktails, equally delicious appetizers and super friendly staff... the cold cuts and cheese platter was incredibly delicious!❤️

17/06/2025: On Friday night we tried to go to this place, the road to get there was all uphill and full of potholes, and the stretch to reach the place was full of stones and dust. With sandals, my feet ended up black with dust! But the real problem was the selection at the entrance. They rejected us because we were too young (we were between 23 and 26 years old) for their target. However, we saw guys younger than us enter. We stayed out there for about ten minutes and we saw other groups rejected because they had few girls while others managed to get in even if they were only made up of guys. The selection seems to be very arbitrary and I think that the entrance is reserved almost exclusively for people we know.

20/05/2025: The gym of the volcano buono is very large but not really suitable especially the upper side that if you want to do exercises on the floor you have to be careful because the floor is tiled. There are no people who follow you and it is very hot especially from May to September. The showers are few, mirrors non-existent and water mostly cold.

26/04/2025: My first (and last) experience at Up Level. Unfortunately, I fully confirm the negative reviews I had read before training: practically non-existent cleanliness, cold environment, devoid of atmosphere and without music. The tool room seems abandoned to itself. Unacceptable in 2025 to find a gym that doesn't even have 20kg barbells or bumper plates. The general impression is that of a commercial gym, built more to make up the numbers, a bit like those anonymous gyms you find on cruise ships. Not recommended for those looking for a serious, motivating and well-equipped environment to train.

30/04/2025: Comida media y en su mayoría muy turística ya que se encuentra cerca de todas las tiendas. Tuvimos pizza y cotoletta di pollo y en general están bien.

28/04/2025: Giornata fantastica, tutto molto bello fino al momento del pranzo, ristorante consigliato dalla nostra guida,cibo scandaloso, camerieri impresentabili e location fatiscente. Quindi non accettate consigli dalle guide perche hanno un tornaconto personale

19/06/2025: the older server who i can only assume may be a manager was so rude and refused to serve me and my cousins. i asked another waiter if they could maybe serve us, this lovely young man attempted to get the attention of this older server who then yelled at him in front of me and other customers saying “NO A MOMENT” and he continued to serve other customers (who realised how weird he was being). i’d also like to point out that we were the only black and hijabi people in the restaurant and when we were walked to his section he screamed something incoherent in our faces. so disappointed. ew

02/07/2025: The food is good but not the best. The drinks are delicious, however, they use misleading advertising. The drinks are listed at a price on the menu. You order them, and when it's time to pay, they charge you more without warning, claiming they served you the large glass even though the one listed on the menu was the small one.

26/06/2025: I didn't read the reviews before sitting here and I regret it, warm beer with a ridiculous price, 24 euro pasta with an amount for a small child, and worst of all the pizza I ordered with prawns (shrimp) came unpeeled with glue and covered in plastic, I told them and they don't care, the only good thing about the restaurant is the attention of the waitress who served us who gave us good service, otherwise it was horrible! I do not recommend it

10/04/2025: I went to this place about two years ago, it was really excellent, the best in Naples and the province; so a few days ago I decided to go again. Since there are two of us, we take a croissant with pistachio baiocchi and two layers of pancakes with Nutella biscuit. The pancake was good, but it was dry, the croissant not bad, unfortunately there wasn't much pistachio flavour. PRICE: special croissant, special two-layer pancake and a water 8.60 euros, a little expensive. Only the croissant cost €3.30 because at the entrance, near the cash register, there was a sign indicating an increase of 0.30 cents on the entire menu. Unfortunately I no longer consider it as excellent as I once did, sorry. I hope to go back and change my mind despite the increase in prices justified by the current situation we are experiencing. See you soon.

02/04/2025: Review on Cira - An Empathetic and Competent Professional I would like to share my experience with Cira, an employee who completely changed my perception of the Jam Bake store. In fact, until Cira arrived, I had stopped going to the shop for a long time. Previous experiences with the employees were not at all positive: not only were they not particularly competent, but their courtesy and helpfulness towards customers left much to be desired. Cira's presence instead represented a real turning point. He is a person who demonstrates undisputed professionalism, combined with incredible empathy and kindness. Since she joined the team, I have decided to happily return to Jam Bake. Cira is not only an expert worker, but she also knows how to effectively relate to customers, making each of us feel welcomed and comfortable. His sociable approach and availability are truly unique and make the difference. What I appreciate most about Cira is her constant commitment. Every day, he sacrifices himself to ensure that the store functions at its best, implementing a series of actions aimed at improving the efficiency and quality of the service. Furthermore, it is clear that he never stops learning and perfecting his work, always trying to grow professionally. Cira is a person who transmits passion for what she does and this is reflected not only in her attitude towards clients, but also in the care with which she takes care of every aspect of her work. He is an incredible asset to the shop and his commitment is definitely one of the main reasons I continue to choose Jam Bake. I conclude with my most sincere compliments to Cira: she is an extraordinary professional and a wonderful person who contributes significantly to the success of the store every day. I hope he continues to be a key part of this team.

08/06/2025: Got some ice cream and were asked by the owner if we wanted to take a seat outside or get it to go, when we asked for a seat he said it was full. We did find a seat at a table when asking a man sitting alone and ate the ice cream. The owner came and as very angry with us and said we lied to him saying we said we asked for take away. He informed us that we would have had to pay 1€ more to sit outside but refused to take it from us now and continued berating us. We didn’t know about the 1€ extra for seating and would have happily payed for it but were yelled at for a simple misunderstanding and called liars.

06/06/2025: Not recommended, they are thieves. 4€ for 40ml of limoncello from the supermarket and 2€ for half a bottle of still water. I do not recommend it at all. Drink from the nearby fountain instead.

22/05/2025: Ristorante turistico con vista sulla spiaggia di Positano Abbiamo preso una caprese buona è un saute’ di vongole molto buono ma caro a 25 euro Abbiamo mangiato bene personale gentile a parte una ragazza abbastanza maleducata nel rispondere ad una informazione Prezzi comunque nella media locale

25/02/2025: Horrible trampa turística - ¡EVITA! Acabábamos de completar la caminata Sentiero degli dei (que fue maravillosa) , queríamos celebrarlo con un par de cócteles spritz y, al ser febrero, este era el único lugar abierto. Hemos viajado bastante por Campania y la hospitalidad y la bienvenida es generalmente excelente - y luego está este lugar... 36 € por 2 spritz - no podía creer lo que estábamos viendo. Las bebidas estaban bien, pero es bastante difícil equivocarse! Sin mordiscos, sin cortesía ni bienvenida. Estábamos esperando caro, pero era una celebración y estábamos felices de pagar más, pero esto se sentía como una estafa ligeramente velada.

20/05/2025: I went yesterday for lunch recommended by a local friend. I don't understand why there isn't a menu with relative prices. In the end you get a plate of vegetables, tagliatelle with mushrooms and two veal steaks, water... total 65 euros.

23/05/2025: It may seem like a common fast food in a shopping mall, but it offers good food at reasonable prices, very popular during lunch breaks, very busy but friendly staff. The sausage and broccoli sandwich is remarkable. Try it

21/08/2024: SUPER, excellent aperitif on a superlative and relaxing seafront in Scario. Finally a cocktail list with native proposals. My partner and I tried two cocktails with local ingredients, excellent! They accompany the drinks with peanuts, chips and basic taralli. We have chosen 2 aperitif formulas as shown in the photo. Local anchovies, fried cod, calamari skewers, local cold cuts and cheeses, fresh fish etc. Basically we had dinner, we woke up satisfied (of course, it's not a dinner with first courses etc. More than enough for an aperitif). Courteous and present staff. Fully recommended. P.S. suggest AT THE BAR NEXT to play music more suited to the context. Here came Techno coming out of a disgusting cinema box. In fact it was empty.
