Pizzas for home delivery ordered in person at 5:00 PM
The person who received my order and checked it said the delivery would be made between 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
I called at 8:45 PM to follow up, and they told me they'd already left for delivery.
I called back at 9:00 PM, and they told me to be patient because it's Saturday and there are a lot of deliveries to make.
I called again at 9:15 PM, and they said they'd probably misplaced the order and if I repeated the order, they'd deliver it as soon as possible.
At this point, I told them I no longer needed the pizzas.
Before offering a service, organize it!

Unprofessional staff, inappropriately dressed.
Their eclecticism is admirable:
The pizza chef was there to wait on the tables and also showed up at the cash register.
I ordered an appetizer of typical cheeses and cured meats: basically, they served me the cured meats, mozzarella, and the vegetables in oil they use to top their pizzas, all of which were of terrible quality, not to mention the bottom of a ricotta cheese.
The fries: "mushy."
When I went to the cash register, there was a nauseating stench.
Highly not recommended.

26/10/2025: I was with my husband today to celebrate our wedding anniversary And unfortunately we were very, very disappointed. The appetizer were not tasty and the main course took 45 minutes to arrive. We asked to leave and the manager asked us to pay the full amount even for the food we didn't receive. We paid and left disappointed and hungry 😔

13/07/2025: Beach resort in southern Baia Domizia, with a restaurant/pizzeria where we dined on a Saturday evening in mid-July. The location is quiet and pleasant, with outdoor seating. Once we were seated, the manager, somewhat unfriendly, introduced himself, saying that given the crowd, it was advisable to order fish dishes instead of pizza. To be honest, I didn't notice the crowd; we stayed until 11:30 PM, and there were only 4-5 tables with a total capacity of 20 people. The waiter who served us also made the same opening statement, inviting us to order fish dishes. We opted for pizzas. Getting to the point, we waited an hour and a half for four Margherita pizzas and a Diavola. The other diners had also opted for pizzas and waited along with us all that time; even a woman with her husband and son, tired of waiting, paid for their drinks and left. Sufficient pizzas, medium-high prices, but I honestly can't explain this very long wait considering the low turnout.

06/05/2025: Classic restaurant for ceremonies which over time has adapted to a restaurant/pizzeria with groups for days of dancing and karaoke. Nothing to laugh about on the menu, the food was good, the service was excellent and the staff were young. The only discordant/negative note is the lack of care for the exteriors and greenery and the presence of a Chinese emporium.

Your restaurant has, by far, the worst service standards that I have ever encountered. Servers will insist you to select their set lunch. But we were not keen on your lunch set, even if it is value for money.
The servers were so rude that we decided this is not the place for us to dine, exactly what the owner mentioned in other reviews.
I can't blame the servers for being rude when a more well dressed 'gentleman', presumably their supervisor, was the most obnoxious. He seems like a version 1.0 robot who only understands 2 words, carbonara or bolognese.
For the owner.
If you received so many feedback on the poor service, yet do nothing about it, then don't expect better reviews. And if you are so defensive towards honest reviews, it is best that you locked the reviews.
11/10/2025: Avoid. Tourist trap and extremely rude waiter.

26/05/2025: Avevo un bel ricordo di questo locale. Ho portato alcuni amici a cenare, convinta del livello alto del cibo e del servizio.. beh che dire, mi hanno fatto fare una pessima figura. Siamo entrati e il locale era silenzioso, ci siamo accomodati, hanno servito l’antipasto e per quello che ho mangiato il crocché era acido, il resto delle cose di media/bassa qualità. Abbiamo cercato la cameriera per ordinare perché in sala non c’era nessuno. Dopo aver atteso 45 minuti nonostante il locale vuoto, ci hanno finalmente servito: io e una mia amica abbiamo preso la pizza, gli altri il panino. Per la pizza, oltre la forma veramente strana, era poco lievitata, condimento crudo e veramente poco saporito. Per quanto riguarda i panini, il bun era secco e datato, l’hamburger buono ma nel complesso i panini risultavano secchi e difficile da mandar giù. Abbiamo chiesto un’acqua grande, la cameriera ci dice che non era fredda e ci propone quindi tre bottigline piccole. Una volta arrivate a tavola, abbiamo dovuto chiedere del ghiaccio perché anche quelle erano a temperatura ambiente! Quindi una trovata fatta giusto per gonfiare un po’ il conto. In tutto ciò abbiamo assistito a una scena veramente poco professionale: una lite tra dipendente e il titolare che ha trasmesso disagio anche a noi clienti. Un’esperienza veramente terribile, a malincuore non verrò più.

11/08/2025: I'm giving it one star only because I can't give it zero. Anyway, tonight we ordered three kebab sandwiches, salad, and fries, and all we got were a few scraps of lettuce leaves, a raw kebab that smelled like a dead squirrel, and fries that were reheated. Basically, €18 thrown in the trash. Thanks, sandwich, for ruining our dinner.

19/09/2025: We were there on a Saturday evening, a very traditional place, prices are average nowadays, the local specialty is quail and mussel soup, we'll be back, the food is good, even if I expected the fried pizza to be a little bigger, but I recommend it because it was dry and without any oil.
28/07/2025: Extremely high prices for an 80's restaurant and food that is still stuck in the 80's.

22/10/2025: Sunday. Lunch at 2:40 PM. Four people. In the center of town, a few steps from the house of Santo Pio. We booked there on the spot, leaving a small deposit (€20). We were seated at the agreed-upon time. We ordered three tourist menus for €18.00, plus a first course and a second course à la carte.
Everything was good and excellent value. The atmosphere was quiet and characteristic, the staff was discreet and friendly. P.S.: The tourist menus do not include a €1.50 cover charge.
15/09/2025: I wouldn't recommend it for the quality/price ratio. The portions were small, starting with the first course and ending with the second course and side dish. We were a large group, only two people asked for coffee, and it was even added to the bill! I hope you don't delete the review this time... I won't recommend it to anyone!

21/09/2025: We were never served. I called the waiter several times and he never came. However, he served other people who arrived after us. In short, we left... disappointing.

01/09/2025: Agreed with the "scammy" vibe reviews, they charge 4 euro pp for "bread, silverware, etc". We argued with the staff and manager but were not able to fully remove the charge. Food isn't bad, but go somewhere else instead. If I spoke Italian I wouldn't put up with this sh*t.

È il nostro posto preferito dove si coniuga ottimo cibo in un’atmosfera magica, Luca il proprietario e tutto lo staff sono attenti e gentili con tutti i clienti ti coccolano con la loro squisita cucina e con la massima dedizione.
Consiglio tutti questa esperienza unica !!!
07/06/2025: The octopus salad with potatoes was boring. The potatoes were overcooked, the salad within was from the supermarket, the octopus fresh but the entire meal was unambiguous prepared and not tasteful.
The mixed salad was so boring too. It looked and tasted like something from a bad school kitchen.
It came without vinaigrette, the fennels were cut out in big chunks, tomatoes without taste and again the salad within was from the supermarket.
The vinegar at the table was too sweet and within a plastic bottle - guess from where.
We weren’t served bread - and not even to the salad - only when I asked for it. One slide was even dry.
