05/06/2025: Great flavors, disappointing management behavior. We ordered a strawberry smoothie, a tiramisu, and a latte macchiato, and although they all tasted fantastic, we had to wait over 15 minutes for them to be served — which felt excessive considering the café wasn’t too crowded. The waiter was very polite and professional, and the food itself was truly enjoyable. However, the experience was soured by the unpleasant behavior of a bald man who seemed to be the manager. He stood near the restroom area during our entire visit, watching security footage on his phone. While I was waiting for the restroom, I politely asked him twice in English, “Excuse me sir, are you in line, or may I go in?” — using a respectful and calm tone. He clearly heard me but completely ignored me, not even glancing up — as if to say, “You’re not worth responding to.” Moments later, he immediately responded to a staff member who spoke to him, proving he was fully aware and simply chose not to acknowledge me. A kind staff member eventually told me I was free to use the restroom and that the man was not waiting. Bottom line: While the drinks and dessert were excellent, and the service from the waiter was warm, the manager’s arrogant and dismissive behavior made me feel unwelcome. I personally wouldn’t return — respect and human decency matter just as much as good coffee. #RespectToBeRespected.

05/05/2025: I ordered takeaway pizzas, when the ladies called me they were really rude and arrogant, I ordered a pizza with provola cheese and chips, the taste of provola cheese was non-existent and the pizza was as hard as a brick.

05/05/2025: Even if the reviews were not positive, it was the only restaurant open on May 1st in the center of Nusco. The service in the room was fast and not always attentive to the customer. The WiFi does not work so the online menu is not accessible. We were not at all enthusiastic about the food, even the platter for two was not to our liking. We liked the wine though. Prices are normal.

04/05/2025: I ordered a truly delicious platinum toast. Friendliness and speed from the staff. Highly recommended and really good. Absolutely worth trying.

24/06/2025: Terrificante è a dir poco.. Prenotato telefonicamente per una serata in famiglia 6 adulti e 2 bimbini di cui 1 da sediolone mai seduto perché dovevamo aspettare che si liberasse... un locale che fa 200 persone in tutto 5 sedioloni già questo mi ja lasciato perplessa. Locale pieno poco personale e in totale confusione parlo così perché abbiamo lavorato e continuiamo a lavorare in locali che fanno i numeri e posso dire che loro hanno la barca in mare ma non la sanno far navigare. Comunque antipasto buono ma la carne di cuoi 1 tagliata, agnello, t bon e salsicce accompagnate da vari contorni anche i contorni accompagnati dalla carne abbiamo mangiato anzi cercato di mangiare perché senza posate e senza piatti visto (ci siamo alzati e presi da noi) che la carne è arrivata dopo ben 20 minuti dai contorni e non solo carne fredda e cruda (chiesta al sangue ma invece era viva) (t bon cruda e fredda e non morbida al taglio) cotoletta di mio figlio arrivata dopo 2 ore... fortunatamente ha mangiato l'antipasto. Di solito non scrivo recensioni di questo tipo ma mi sembra doveroso dopo la pessima esperienza....

25/05/2025: Sono riuscito a prenotare nella nuova struttura dopo un po' di tempo ma la prenotazione non si trovava.non fanno più i primi piatti camerieri poverini confusi nella confusione cibo sempre buono ma prezzi aumentati del 50%.poi non esiste un menù da dove poter scegliere tranquillamente le portate ė il cameriere che elenca tutto ma e difficile decidere nel caos.provero in settimana ,da evitare la domenica

05/04/2025: Sono stato insieme alla mia compagna al ristorante a Pozzuoli "Pecato e Mangiato" ed è stata un'esperienza davvero molto positiva. Il ristorante lo abbiamo scelto un pó a caso ma siamo stati davvero colpiti sia dalla location facilmente raggiungibile perchè sta a due passi dal parcheggio sia dal trattamento casareccio ma davvero di alta qualità. Consigliato!

21/03/2025: Vivendo in Toscana da oltre 20 anni quando torno nella mia città ho voglia solo di mangiare un buon pesce cucinato bene, e per caso sabato 1 marzo mi sono trovata a pozzuoli insieme alla mia famiglia, cercando un posto dove mangiare una frittura ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante! Devo dire SUPER TUTTO BUONISSIMO ! TORNERÒ APPENA RITORNERÒ A POZZUOLI 🤩

27/04/2025: Caseificio collocato in un’ottima posizione e circondato da grandi aree verdi. Purtroppo la location non basta per essere vincenti. Mi sono recata di domenica e ho fatto una modesta fila per dotarmi di scontrino; scelgo due focacce farcite e una bottiglia piccola di acqua al costo di 13.00 euro. Al momento del mio turno mostro ad una ragazza del personale lo scontrino e mi dice che solo una focaccia è rimasta poi è terminato tutto. In poche parole ho pagato qualcosa che poi non mi è stato dato. Le ho chiesto le alternative e mi diceva che non voleva litigare con le sue colleghe e che io le dovevo dire cosa fare! Assurdo! L’inadeguatezza dell’organizzazione che non ha previsto focacce con crudo e mozzarella che è un “must” per un caseificio e soprattutto non rendersi conto della quantità di persone che ci sono nel fine settimana. Alla fine ho dovuto pretendere un piatto di crudo e pagare altri 4 euro.

23/04/2025: Con dei miei amici abbiamo pensato di andare al caseificio il giorno di sabato santo (19 aprile). Giornata bellissima e cibo ottimo se non fosse per la figliata da 2kg che avevo ordinato il giorno prima, che mi è stata data da 1.7kg (pur pagandola da 2kg), e dove i bocconcini all’interno risultavano frizzanti e acidi. Anche la panna non era fresca visto che era molto densa. L’ho mangiata il giorno dopo a pranzo e l’ho conservata come mi hanno detto loro (fuori dal frigorifero senza aprire la busta della sua acqua di governo). Non solo quindi non ho potuto mangiare la figliata che avevo comprato, ma ho fatto anche una non bella figura con la mia famiglia per l’antipasto desiderato di Pasqua. Dopo 35 euro spesi in figliata mi aspettavo un prodotto molto più di qualità, invece mi sbagliavo. Deluso.

30/03/2025: Slightly incorrect service. For 4 adults and 4 children we asked for 2 portions of chips and we found, in addition to the 8 euros of chips, 28 euros of mixed fried food. This already did not seem correct to me (we did not refuse them only out of politeness and we did not believe we were paying 28 euros) but after having also ordered the pizzas we paid without checking all the items on the receipt because I stopped the fried food even 2 baby pizzas as well as the whole ones. I do not question the quality of the products but the service was not correct. The pizza is very good both for the ingredients and the dough but we paid for the mixed fried food not chosen by us and 5 pizzas + 2 babi 120 euros. A little expensive considering that we paid more than what was requested but objectively the pizza is worth it.

18/03/2025: Overall, the bar is nice, but the atmosphere is a bit sad. The convenience of being able to buy cigarettes also makes it an obligatory destination at times.

26/12/2024: I would like to report an unpleasant incident that occurred at this store. I was refused payment for a winning €25 Scratch and Win on the grounds that it had not been purchased at this tobacconist. I would like to point out that, according to the regulations of the State Monopolies, any authorized retailer is required to pay winnings up to €500, regardless of where they were purchased. I find it unfair that I was denied collection, creating an inconvenience that could have been avoided simply by respecting the rules. I hope that in the future a more adequate service will be provided, in line with the official provisions
