Excellent pizza... professionalism and quality of a real Neapolitan pizza

The owner of the Neapolitan restaurant is historic in our area and, in this case, he has opened a beautiful location in a side street of Via Zabatta which is always very busy. The pizza is very tasty and well structured, it evokes the rustic pizzas of the past, however I don't feel like giving 5 stars because the service is very flawed and the wait for a pizza is long and exhausting. I underline that there is little communication between all the staff and this inevitably affects the service by making it cumbersome and disorganized, but if you don't pay attention and have all the time in the world you can enjoy this pizza in peace.
