I tried to report it, but I didn't receive a satisfactory solution. It's a shame, because I expected the quality and attention that usually characterizes the brand.

21/08/2025: Coming from Trentino and not having many comparisons (I read the reviews afterward), I have to say that the opinion is positive for both the food and the service (the gentleman at the counter was quick). The prices are "by eye" because I don't think it mattered at all. For us, the prices were in line, except for the coffee at €1.50!! The owner certainly isn't the best in terms of manners and, in the presence of customers, he raised his voice at a gentleman who had to pick up food for others. But people, when their bellies are full, don't care... so much so that the little place, as well as the area outside, was full!! NB: Very clean bathroom.

18/08/2025: The gentleman serving us, despite being older and therefore certainly experienced in the industry, behaved very unpleasantly and created a terrible atmosphere, not just with us, as I observed with other customers as well. I advise the gentleman to change his job or retire.

19/08/2025: The staff were helpful and friendly, but the wait was very long. I ordered margherita pizza, which arrived lightly topped, and the dough seemed stringy and dry. The panuozzo, on the other hand, was filled with porchetta, provola, and French fries: the whole thing had a very light, almost bland flavor. The porchetta was flavorless, and the provola was equally so.

27/05/2025: The wait staff isn’t tourist friendly. The gelato guy was rude.. We ordered 3 desserts and one had freezer burn the other two were just ok. It looks nice and seems clean but there are better places.

10/05/2025: Excellent coffee shop and pastry shop in the centre Naples, ideal for a moment of sweet leisure a little different than usual. The coffee is good, as you would expect almost everywhere in the city, and there is no shortage of more traditional options such as Sfogliatelle and Baba. Having said that, Etoile's strong point is certainly the production of contemporary pastries and in particular everything related to their single-portion semifreddos, which I had already spotted during a visit to one of Diego Vitagliano's pizzerias. I tried an eclair/choux with coffee cream and a single portion with toffee and apricot, both so good enough to create addiction. Note of merit for the very courteous staff and the more than reasonable prices for the quality offered. Definitely worth trying again in the future! Review originally shared on Tripadvisor

16/08/2025: I stayed two days at this hotel after paying 1100 for two nights. From the descriptions I received in the quote, I was very disappointed by the fact that they described a very rich breakfast, but it left a lot to be desired. As for the cleanliness of the rooms, the towels were not changed, the air conditioning leaked water, plus you couldn't set the temperature but only turn it on and off, the swimming pool was terrifying, the patio was terrifying, Wi-Fi didn't work, everything left a lot to be desired.

22/08/2025: I strongly advise against this pizzeria. We ordered pizzas at 7:00 PM, and they arrived at 8:50 PM after several reminder calls, even though they said they'd arrive at 7:40 PM! The wait wasn't worth it. The pizza was thin, almost transparent, crunchy, like eating a cracker, and the taste left much to be desired. 😳 It's anything but pizza! They're also very rude, even though they're completely wrong! Everything was thrown in the garbage. A piece was removed from the pizza, but that was thrown away too! Believe me, it looks better and may even look edible in the photo, but be wary!

17/08/2025: Located in the sanctuary complex. Clean and well-kept. Relaxed atmosphere. Two menus (€25 or €30) with appetizer, 1 (or 2) first courses, grilled meat main course, dessert, fruit, water, and wine. Very (very!) generous portions (the €25 one is more than sufficient). Excellent products. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended; you'll enjoy it and be amazed at how affordable it is.

05/07/2025: The pizza was extremely good, the first course, the fryed something was good too, staff was friendly, warm and just good to see, the atmosphere there was perfect, all of the old things there, old coffee machine and much more, i highly recomend!
