05/01/2025: Serata da incubo! Atteso circa 40 minuti con prenotazione già alle 22.30 senza alcun motivo valido. Il tavolo poi è stato condiviso con un altra coppia… abbiamo condiviso anche la pessima esperienza. Ordinato 2 primi; spaghetti di Gragnano alle vongole 35 euro e il pezzo forte spaghetto ai gamberi e limone 45 euro. Il primo scotto, il secondo freddo quasi gelato. Chiesto il conto e fuggiti via. Neppure una parola, una scusa o un gesto del personale nonostante l’aver fatto presente al cameriere i problemi con i piatti. Non andateci.

Cena cilentana con tutta la pasta fatta a mano ( maracucciata eccezionale , cavatelli con ragu' cammerutano da leccarsi i baffi , zucchine alla scapece ottime ) il tutto con ottimo bianco Acqua Chiara dell'Azienda Agricola Pippo Greco. Infine dei dolci fatti in casa che erano deliziosi. Molto tipica la location con la base dei tavoli fatti da telai delle vecchie macchine da cucire, servizio gentile e cortese. Nel piccolo ristorantino, assieme a noi , c'era una cena di addio al nubilato con giovani molto educati , il parroco, e bellissima musica cilentana cantata e suonata con un' organetto da questi gioiosi giovani. Prezzo onesto, un arrivederci a presto .

04/11/2024: Gentilezza fuori dal comune della titolare, pulizia e confort delle stanze, qualità del cibo sia al ristorante sia alla colazione, bellezza della location, accoglienza: ingredienti della nostra ultima vacanza in 19. Abbiamo occupato le 6 stanze (dalla 201 alla 206) lato piscina, tutte nuovissime.

20/03/2025: I visited LA Zagara restaurant last summer in Positano, and I must say the view was absolutely fantastic! The restaurant is in a very touristy area, which is expected. We only ordered desserts and coffee, and it took quite a long time for them to arrive. However, when the desserts finally came, they were really good – definitely the highlight of our visit. Sadly, the worst part of the experience was the toilet. It was very dirty, which was quite disappointing considering the beautiful location. Overall, the desserts and the view were great, but the service and cleanliness could definitely be improved.

03/11/2024: Once upon a time there was Zagara... I don't judge the prices because they are clear on the menu and no one forces you to sit down. Good coffee, but served without water. The lemon delight is not a lemon delight but a sponge cake with cream. Very elegant terrace and tables but then the bathroom is indecent, filthy and with a broken lock, but there are the latest generation Dyson sinks. Service done by very young guys without a more expert guide, 4 waiters, few places occupied, the coffees arrive first and the dessert is served to us at the table later directly by the counter clerk, nothing apocalyptic but they are details that are noticeable. Honestly very disappointed when I think about how it was and how it is now!

23/11/2024: Trip with friends to the bridge of the dead, we took 3 rooms. But I strongly advise against it as in all the bathrooms there were broken toilets or bidets and no hot water. Furthermore, the Mediaset channels on the TV in the 3 rooms had no sound. We called the owners and they didn't bother to resolve it. Indeed, with great arrogance, they teased us by saying that they had solved it. Never again. Even the traders in the area reported that those who come for the first time run away!

19/10/2024: Nice venue and ambiance, efficient and polite staff, but the food isn't as good as they advertise it. Quality doesn't match the prices, 16€ for a normal ham and mushroom pizza which was frankly passable at best, and the "homemade" pasta were clearly just run of the mill normal packaged pasta. The vongole sauce was good and the pasta were properly Al dente, unfortunately that's all. Portions could definitely be larger, and an effort could be made in the kitchen. It was an attractive place to sit down and take a break on a rainy day, but I would not recommend it.
