10/12/2024: Frankly, after having read about it and having traveled about 6 km in the mountains with a very narrow and quite steep road where if you meet another vehicle it becomes really problematic, I find everything closed, certainly it's my fault because I didn't call, but it's also true which would be correct to write closed

20/10/2024: All good, especially the folklore entertainment group, the walk with aperitif and chestnut picking was splendid. I expected a little more from the menu considering the great wealth of raw materials in the area.

14/10/2024: A Sunday, without a reservation and with the place packed. We are greeted by a young waiter who, when we say "we haven't booked", asks us to wait and goes to call the owner. Giuseppe arrives and, after informing us that he doesn't even have a chair and when we say "we can also sit on the wall with the plates on our laps" he beckons us to wait. In no time at all he organizes a table for us consisting of the surface on which they knead the flour for the tagliatelle, placed on plastic boxes which they use at the end of the day to clear the tables. The bread, water, cutlery and two appetizers arrive immediately (the cured meats and cheeses are excellent) followed by a crock with polenta and caciocavallo and mushroom fondue and another with turnips and potatoes with croutons. VERY GOOD. After a while the gnocchi with chestnuts arrive, followed by tagliatelle with pumpkin which deserve the "slipper" with very fresh and tasty bread. The second is a slice of porchetta with salad and baked potatoes. Last but not least comes the dessert and the coffee. Therefore, everything we ate met our expectations but what struck us most was the availability and courtesy with which everyone asked us if we were comfortable, given the makeshift table which we however greatly appreciated and which brought us to the attention of the other guests with related exchanges of words. WELL GOOD EVERYONE. We will return for sure.

07/04/2025: Negative experience, on Sunday in Pompeii with 5 friends we went to this restaurant recommended to us by a shopkeeper, we sat down at 2pm and were served after about an hour, tourist menu with dishes the same as those on the paper, poor and scarce food, without bread because it was finished, not to be returned.

06/04/2025: Spicy pizza with sour sauce, mozzarella, the shadow and what's more we found a nice hair on the plate and the waitress said it's not possible because the pizza chefs don't have hair which I reported to the cashier with the pizza chefs clearly visible with their hair and without headphones, horrible

27/01/2025: Sono andato in questo ristorante perchè mi avevano tanto raccomandato la loro genovese, ma quella che mi è arrivata nel piatto era una banale pasta e cipolle. La cipolla, di per sé gradevolmente dolce, si presentava ancora a fette, indice di una cottura brevissima; inoltre i pezzetti di carne presenti erano al cuore freddissimi, indice di un prodotto da frigo malamente riscaldato. Anche la pasta al ragù era ben altro, mi è arrivata una pasta al sugo con la provola, credevo che si fossero sbagliati, ma invece quello era per loro il ragù. La salsa aveva un ottimo sapore di pomodoro, ma era molto lenta e non si sentiva per niente il sapore della carne; l'unica traccia di carne, evidentemente di braciola, era uno stecchino trovato all'interno di un grumo di provola filante. Le polpette erano sufficientemente buone, ma anche queste decisamente fredde all'interno. Avevamo grandi aspettative, data la nomea dell'osteria, ma queste, da napoletano, sono state tutte deluse: non ci si può vantare di una delle migliori genovesi di Napoli e poi presentare quel piatto. Un poco deludente pure il servizio e l'organizzazione, nonostante la buona volontà del cameriere. Le pizze avevano una bella faccia, ma non l'ho provate.

11/01/2025: Cena in coppia, non avevamo prenotato ma ci hanno trovato un tavolo, in un angolo riservato e discreto. Abbiamo apprezzato la cucina tipica, la cordialità dei camerieri, l'atmosfera familiare ma curata.

03/01/2025: ... è uno dei tre, quattro locali che si affacciano sulla piazzetta di Capri. Quindi dobbiamo mettere in conto che la tipicità si perde a vantaggio di un approccio più "turistico". Anche se a fine dicembre, con pochissima gente sull'isola, è stata una bella sorpresa. Arrivati e seduti immediatamente, spritz e toast ben fatti, servizio complessivamente ok, insomma, non oso immaginare come possa essere in piena stagione, per quanto mi riguarda credo che ricorderò l'eperienza, anche e soprattutto perché sei "in piazzetta"...

12/04/2025: Historic pastry shop in Milan. We stopped here for a "coffee break" with friends and took advantage of the large selection of pastries offered. This is, after all, a historic pastry shop that will not disappoint expectations. Location that reveals its history, large inside, but which offers an outdoor area for hot days. The service was fast and friendly. The coffee is good, as is the small pastry shop we tried. An excellent choice for those passing through Corso Genova!
