19/10/2025: Don’t do it. As said in other reviews, this business is greedy. A reservation was made by our tour guide for lunch, when we got there the waiter asked if we were having just drinks. We said we intended to have lunch. We ordered drinks and realized my husband didn’t care for the menu. We said we changed our minds and wanted just drinks. The waiter said if we didn’t order lunch they would charge us 100€ for the little boat that took us from our tour boat to the restaurant (less than 50 feet). He said it was the owner’s policy. We had to eat lunch there. I also heard an older couple at the table beside us ask if they could split a risotto. The waiter said no. This place was not packed, and we were in fact the first people in the place. We told our tour company who said that little boat transfer was included in our tour cost and vowed to never recommend them again. Terrible service.

11/10/2025: Just sit 10 minutes then they say … 10 minutes close.., they didn’t tell us when close in 10 Minutes .so bed

29/06/2025: Totally disorganized: we order the fries (since they tell us they have to bake 24 pizzas before us) which arrived after 3/4 of an hour only because they were prompted by the fact that I was waiting to eat to take the medicine., they bring us only 1 sachet of mayonnaise and one of ketchup, and the fries almost cold... After another half an hour we ask the owner how long we had to wait without receiving any answer and at this point we decide to leave... The place was not full at all, of the 24 pizzas I didn't even see half pass by, so we went to the cashier where we found the owner, we asked to pay the bill and they had the nerve to make us pay the cover charge too, without even apologizing! In the meantime there was a cooked pizza on the plate and the empty oven and no one to prepare the pizzas... By the way, there were people waiting at our entrance, but if you can't cover half of your covers, why do you also accept take-away?

28/06/2025: Totalmente disorganizzati: ordiniamo le patatine (siccome ci dicono di dover sfornare 24 pizze prima di noi) arrivate dopo 3/4 d'ora solo perché sollecitati dal fatto che stessi aspettando di mangiare per prendere il medicinale; ci portano 1 sola bustina di maionese e una di ketchup, e le patatine quasi fredde... Passata un'altra mezz'ora chiediamo alla proprietaria quanto tampo ancora bisognava attendere, senza avere alcuna risposta e a questo punto decidiamo di andare via... Il locale non era per niente pieno, delle 24 pizze non ne ho visto passare neanche la metà, così ci siamo recati in cassa dove abbiamo ritrovato la proprietaria, abbiamo chiesto di pagare il conto e hanno avuto il coraggio di farci pagare anche il coperto, senza neanche scusarsi, e mostrandosi anche risentita!Nel frattempo davanti al forno c'era una pizza cotta nel piatto e il forno vuoto e nessuno a preparare le pizze... Tra l'altro al nostro ingresso c'era gente in attesa, ma se non riuscite a coprire la metà dei vostri coperti, perché accettate anche l'asporto?

21/09/2025: A delightful graduation celebration! ​We chose this restaurant, located inside the beautiful Hotel Culture Capodimonte, to celebrate my daughter's graduation. Our party began with an aperitif on the terrace, a touch that made the atmosphere even more special and enjoyable. ​The real added value that made the event a success was the young manager, Mr. Gaetano. His availability was simply exceptional. He was able to meet our every need with rare patience and kindness, making us feel supported and at ease throughout the dinner. He gave us the opportunity to organize every detail to our liking, including the music. ​On this note, I would also like to thank the DJ we chose, Carlo Palanca dj set Napoli: the atmosphere he created was perfect for the occasion and helped make the day even more memorable. ​I am convinced that this restaurant has great potential and that, with the commitment of people like Gaetano, it can achieve even greater success. I highly recommend it for the professionalism, availability and flexibility of all the staff.

17/09/2025: The restaurant is located inside the Culture Hotel, and it felt very much like a typical hotel restaurant — make of that what you will. We chose it for our last dinner in Italy since we were staying at the hotel. We were seated immediately as the dining room had just opened and was still empty. Unfortunately, that turned out to be the only quick part of the evening. After our order was taken, the server rarely returned unless flagged down, and while bread was brought to the table (as is customary in Italy), no oil or vinegar accompanied it. When the food finally arrived, there was some confusion. We had ordered the traditional filet al pepe verde, which translates as “fillet with green peppers.” We expected peppers, but it’s actually a fillet served in a creamy green peppercorn sauce with capers. Not the restaurant’s fault, but worth noting for those unfamiliar with the dish. My own entrée, however, was missing an ingredient. I had remembered it was supposed to include sausage, but assumed I had misunderstood until I later checked the display menu and confirmed the sausage was indeed omitted. For dessert, some of our group tried the daily special panna cotta. It looked beautiful but was underwhelming in taste. My girlfriend almost never leaves dessert unfinished, but even with my help, nearly half remained untouched. Overall, service was inattentive, food execution uneven, and flavors forgettable. For a hotel restaurant, it wasn’t shocking — but as a final dinner in Italy, it was disappointing.

28/09/2025: I was very disappointed with this pizzeria. I had to wait over an hour for a simple pizza, while takeout orders were given priority. I find it unacceptable that seated customers are neglected in this way. I will never return.

29/08/2025: Fantastic pizzeria, you can tell they make everything with passion! I've tried various flavors of their pizzas, the fried one is nothing short of memorable! And what about the classic Margherita? Absolutely perfect! Here, pizza is art! Finally, the friendly staff that welcomes you is an added touch... always ready and kind, even for delivery orders. What more can I say? Run to Braciami!!!!

03/10/2025: A croissant, a Parisienne, a soy latte, and a coffee €16.80, coffee alone €3, and everything is served together. The coffee obviously gets cold, so I ordered another at the counter for €1.20. Additionally, the tables were dirty from those who had breakfast earlier, and the service was lazy.

02/10/2025: Except for a guy with glasses and a beautiful brunette girl, the rest of the staff is uniquely unfriendly, especially the blond guy at the bar. The rotisserie is decent, the croissants are bah for those who love this Ischian stuff, for me the puff pastry is only the real croissant. Finally, the icing on the cake, for some time now, there has been a pigeon permanently on the inside tables that I don't think is very hygienic to see it pecking here and there on plates and glasses at the table, they don't even take care to chase it away. It was managed better in the past, but even then, frankly, I have never seen this kind of excellence.

25/04/2025: Se apri il ristorante durante giorni festivi ti devi organizzare di conseguenza, non è ammissibile avere una certa pretenziosità e scarsissima organizzazione. Se dimentichi un ordina non devi arrampicarti sugli specchi ma scusarti con il cliente.

06/07/2025: The worst restaurant I’ve been in my last 5 years . Tra i peggiori ristoranti che abbiamo cenato negli ultimi 5 anni . Abbiamo ordinato una bistecca fiorentina e hanno avuto il coraggio di portarci un osso alto 8 centimetri di una bistecca già consumata da altri e di fianco vari pezzi di carne di vario tipo . E’ stata una cosa terribile . Non l’abbiamo mangiata affatto e alle nostre lamentele ci hanno detto che non capivamo niente di cagne . Il pane era umido e molliccio , per avere olio e sale abbiamo dovuto ricordarglielo 5 volte . Servizio pessimo . Evitate di andare se non volete essere presi per i fondelli . Il conto ?? 110 € per una bistecca non mangiata per poi essere anche accusati di non capire niente di bistecche fiorentine , io che ho vissuto 13 anni a Firenze. Se non volete essere truffati da questi lestofanti , evitate di fermarvi lì . A 100 metri c’è un altro ristorante che merita in termini di qualità , servizio e cortesia . IL RIFUGIO e’ stato un incubo . Vomitevole

22/09/2025: I went to this restaurant in Posillipo this evening and had a truly enjoyable evening. The place is welcoming and well-kept, with a wonderful atmosphere. We were greeted with courtesy and kindness by the staff, especially the ladies who looked after us throughout the evening: always smiling and helpful. The dishes were generous, beautifully presented, and truly delicious. An excellent balance between quality and quantity. I'll definitely be back!!

28/08/2025: The waiter was rude, he didn't even apologize for the service he offered us! 3 spritzes WITHOUT ICE, which we asked for as an extra. He was clearly getting them from the supermarket—the pre-made ones, that is. As a lady, I went to pay, and the price was €20 for three spritzes… €6 per person and €2 for the cover charge per person, but the math didn't add up, and he said he rounded up the price 😅😂 Terrible quality

29/03/2025: Ieri sera in cerca ristoranti ho trovato questo che mi ha subito incuriosito. Sono andata con la mia famiglia e abbiamo provato l antipasto, carne, pizza e per finire un dolce. Tutto ottimo, prodotti di qualità e carne e pizza buonissimi. Abbiamo finito il tutto con un dolce io ho preso il cuore caldo che desideravo e mo hanno accontentato e la mia famo gli altri dolci sempre buonissimi. Consigliato.
