01/12/2025: The thing I hate is the lies you gave me in your response 🤔 you have to be objective and aware of the things you do. I didn't say the food wasn't good, I just said it could have been better. Then we paid €38, not €35. Then you said the air conditioning was broken, so I don't know how you could have heated everything up. For the rest, you just have to do better, accept criticism, and always tell the truth. 02/10/2025: We arrived at 2:30 PM on a Wednesday in October, and the restaurant was already closed. We knocked, and the owner opened the door. She was a kind woman who explained that her husband (the chef) had closed the kitchen to go into the fields to prepare the olives for the harvest. We were about to leave, but she insisted we sit down, offering us a roast. Finally, she called her son, who generously took over the chef's role and let us eat in peace. We greatly appreciated not only the good food, but above all the genuine hospitality, characterized by simple and sincere attention, just like in times gone by. A place with a rustic feel, with old-fashioned connections. An experience that will remain in your heart.

09/11/2025: Very sweet people and amazing pizza’s for an unbelievable price. So good we just ate some leftover slices in our camper at 8AM in the morning. Now we want more, but it’s not open until 6PM. :( ;)

01/11/2025: Very welcoming and warm place, extremely familiar and quiet atmosphere. The staff is kind, courteous, helpful... but above all SMILING 😃 ❤️ THE PIZZA IS DELICIOUS, YOU WERE A WONDERFUL DISCOVERY. Affordable price for the average in my opinion.

14/10/2025: We had a wonderful lunch. Excellent, authentic food with the flavors and aromas of fond memories...superb appetizers and excellent first courses...a delicious tiramisu! I'll definitely be back for the meat and the grilled artichokes, which I haven't tried yet.

04/10/2025: Reply to your response of my Sept 25 2 out of 5 Trip Advisor review. 'Your response is disappointing and is an attempt to white wash. It is a fudge of the truth and effectively is confirmation for me of the accuracy of the points I made in my review. I reject the water came in through the balcony door. There was no water initially on that side of the room. It gathered on the other side and spread out. You confirmed in your response that there was no issue with the balcony door and then looked to blame us for the problem! Absolutely unprofessional and low class, confirmed by you ignoring in your response that nothing was done by that hotel to acknowledge our room had badly flooded. We had been denied access to our room for over 2 and half hours when we checked in the previous day as we were told the floor was wet! This further suggests you have a problem with that room. To generate steam you need very hot water. This very hot water was running down the wall and pooling at the entrance as the drain was not dealing with it. My wife stepped into it. FACT. Instead of acknowledging the fault, you fudge your response and basically say your 'certified technician' fixed the problem! Unprofessional. You provide a shuttle to the nearest place of activity from your quite isolated hotel. About 3km from the ferry terminal. Collecting from and dropping to the ferry your €800 per night guests for a 20sqm room, would enhance their sense of hospitality as opposed to abandoning them to the island's taxi Mafiosa! The wine was not measured. It was poured from the bottle into my glass. It was a local island wine, not a Super Tuscan! You are writing nonsense about 'official Italian restaurant and bar regulations' to again fudge your response, which I consider to be very unprofessional.I was charged €20 for approx 50 to 60cl of a glass. A complete rip off that the waiter said was the amount determined by the owner. Shockingly mean. Neither my wife or I found any prepared fruit for a fruit salad. In every hotel we stay in we start our breakfast with it. Both of us looked for it and could find none. Nor did we see anyone else with or eating a fruit salad! Unfortunately, your response to my 2 out of 5 rating, confirms its correctness'

29/09/2025: Loved my stay here- it was definitely really nice!! The rooms have amazing amenities and the service is top notch- everyone who works here is fantastic. The only thing is we really wanted to go to the boutique but it was never opened when we tried to go (even when it was within the hours) and some things were randomly very high priced.. for example when we got a $15 salad for lunch and asked if we could add chicken to it and they said yes and brought chicken on it but when the bill came it was a $26 chicken entree that was charged. I feel like that should’ve been made clear because normally adding chicken to a salad would not be twice the price of the salad. Also I don’t recommend going to the beach club that they have a partnership with- it was not nearly as nice as the hotel, so much so that we left right when we got there. All in all it was a beautiful hotel and I recommend it!

10/08/2025: Locale su una splendida terrazza affacciata sulla spiaggia di Marina del Cantone apparecchiatura curata in ogni minimo dettaglio il menù è ampio con ampia scelta di piatti della cucina tradizionale locale e altri di innovazione e rivisitati con cura,e attenzione ingredienti freschi e di qualità la presentazione dei piatti è molto curata e piacevole da vedere il servizio è attento e mai invadente curando le esigenze e richieste del cliente la carta dei vini è vasta con etichette campane e non solo curata con professionalità da Domenico che vi consiglierà al meglio si conclude con una varietà di dolci che vi sorprenderà per freschezza e bontà curati personalmente con maestri dalla signora Mery il prezzo è in linea con quanto.offerto.da locale dove è sempre un piacere tornare per assaggiare le loro specialità in un contesto di qualità familiare.

11/08/2025: If you're in the Ottaviano area, at the foot of Vesuvius, you can't miss this dairy: the buffalo mozzarella is simply exceptional, fresh and flavorful as only Campania can be. Perfect for a quick sandwich, a delicious snack, or even more elaborate dishes, it's also a great place to buy top-quality cheeses and cured meats to take home. A great stop on our trip: warm welcome, genuine products, and authentic flavors that reflect the local tradition. Highly recommended!

22/10/2025: L'Approdo is a 4-star hotel located not far from Orta San Giulio, in the municipality of Pettenasco. Its contemporary design promises a breathtaking view of Lake Orta. And it must be said, upon entering the room, you won't be disappointed: if you choose a lake view, the view is truly delightful, especially at sunset. However, the problems begin upon entering the room: the little place looks a bit neglected, with a decent level of cleanliness, dotted with walls in need of renovation, a fair amount of dust, and the bed is as hard as it gets. If you're used to sleeping on a soft bed at home, prepare for a sleepless night! Breakfast, a highlight of a hotel stay, more than makes up for the room's shortcomings, but only partially. The variety of products is wide, without being overly packaged. A good mix that pleases everyone. For what it offers, the price is reasonable, but if you're looking for a fully-fledged 4-star experience, it might not be the right choice.

09/12/2025: Very good starters, abundant, all of great quality, the pasta allo Scapariello was excellent to say the least, a lot of attention to intolerances, even I, who am celiac, found the pasta for me

03/11/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant with a group of about twenty people. The welcome was warm, and the staff was helpful and attentive. The food was high-quality, tasty, and plentiful, and the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. It was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant lunch away from home.

23/09/2025: I stop by when I'm in the area for work. Today, a simple spaghetti with fresh tomato has revived the flavours of the past in me. The meat is also of high quality.

26/09/2025: The food is decent, but they're cheating. Check your bill and ask about the prices. They wanted €39 for the service. --- I've lived in Rome for 3 years. I visit Naples at least 3 times a year. Your bar was fundamentally different, and you didn't even say, "Sorry, it was our mistake." You just laughed in my face.

01/11/2025: Restaurants in tourist centers aren't always good, but I recommend this place for its cleanliness, delicious food, and friendly service. The menu consists of a few starters and main courses, with a specialty being the moka pot of coffee. The starters are really good, and the servings are generous. I recommend the mixed pasta with potatoes.

27/10/2025: We went for lunch. We were intrigued by the location. Centrally located. Nicely decorated. Elio served us excellently. Very courteous and kind. They cook everything in a pan!!! The pizza was unexpectedly excellent, as were the baked potatoes, which are usually hard to find in restaurants. Highly recommended.
