16/11/2024: My friend and I visited Tropea a few months ago and absolutely fell in love with this place! The food, the atmosphere, the music, the ambiance, the workers, the list goes on! I just cannot shut up about this place, cannot recommend it enough! Best pick me up spot. With love, all the way from Chicago❤️

25/10/2024: Saved us the evening after we somehow couldn't get much to eat for a lot of money elsewhere. 😁 Delicious burgers and delicious fries in no time! And you can sit comfortably there too! Enjoy it!!

20/10/2024: He estado frecuentando este maravilloso lugar en la costa durante muchos años y fue maravilloso escuchar que Floriana estaba en la cocina. La comida que sirve es simplemente maravillosa. Verduras a la parrilla, spaghetti vongele, pastas de marisco. todo tiene un sabor maravilloso. Personal atento y tan relajante en las tumbonas. Buena selección de bebidas, snacks y pizzas.

06/10/2024: Locale tipico di Tropea, immerso nei suoi vicoletti, adatto per una serata romantica da trascorrere in coppia, cibo ottimo, dalla pizza al pesce, ci siamo stati un paio di volte e siamo rimasti soddisfatti!

02/10/2024: Avevo sentito parlare di questo posto e devo dire che le mie aspettative sono state soddisfatte alla grande! Antipasto squisito, cibo buonissimo! Tra i primi consiglio i ravioli con capesante e gamberi! Si scioglievano in bocca! Deliziosi! Prezzi medi, ottima qualità! Servizio veloce e personale gentile! Lo straconsiglio!

31/08/2024: Our dinner was great! The place is nice and the staff are welcoming and friendly! Truly 5 star food, I recommend the octopus with Tropea onion. The tuna was slightly ahead of cooking and the chef took care to prepare another dish immediately (at no additional cost) and this shows that they take great care both in the excellent cuisine and towards the customer. Highly recommended.

01/12/2024: Ho visitato questo ristorante di recente e la mia esperienza è stata complessivamente nella media. Come antipasto, ho assaggiato una millefoglie di melanzane e pesce spada: buona, ma non particolarmente memorabile. Il primo piatto, spaghetti freschi con pesto di cipolla di Tropea e bottarga, mi ha deluso un po', forse perché il sapore della cipolla sovrastava troppo il resto. Non ho assaggiato né i secondi né i dolci. Il servizio è stato un po' frettoloso, dando l'impressione di voler far concludere in fretta il pranzo. In generale, un'esperienza discreta ma non eccezionale. Ps. Se si vuole essere un ristorante di un certo livello consiglierei anche un minimo di tovagliato. Mangiare direttamente sul tavolo non mi è piaciuto.

02/09/2024: Premetto da subito che l’importante affluenza di gente che caratterizzava il ristorante mi ha lasciato intendere che la qualità delle materie prime fosse fuori discussione. Io e il mio compagno iniziamo con l ordinare un misto di pesce come antipasto per poi continuare con un tonno alla griglia e dei gamberoni; era tutto veramente buonissimo; il personale di sala eccellente e ci ha subito fatto sentire parte di una bella e grande famiglia. Prossima volta proveremo il pesce al sale, purtroppo finito ma dall’ aspetto succoso e ricco.

01/09/2024: Abbiamo mangiato in famiglia qui in vacanza e siamo rimasti molto più che soddisfatti. Posizione al centro di tropea nei suoi vicoli. Il menù offre ampia scelta, noi abbiamo optato per 2 antipasti, 3 primi e 2 secondi più il dolce. Antipasti buoni, i primi ben cucinati e saporiti, i secondi davvero eccezionali ( trancio di tonno con cipolle di tropea) il tonno, cotto benissimo, era fresco e si sentiva. Servizio cordiale e attento, il titolare simpatico e alla mano. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

24/08/2024: Everything was great, the service was extremely nice! They also have vegan options (e.g. pasta) and pay close attention to allergies, etc. I would visit again!!

23/08/2024: a cena con la famiglia, all'esterno del locale. Ambiente molto dettagliato e anche romantico. Personale molto presente e disponibile (e preparato!). Pietanze molto buone e curate, che allontana questo locale da quelli dedicati esclusivamente al turista di passaggio. Prezzo forse altino, ma siamo al centro di uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia, in pieno agosto, e ci sta!

11/10/2024: The service was very nice and attentive, the starter was very tasty. However, the main course was literally swimming in oil and the pizza tasted very salty, but the dough was good. I asked for basil for my pizza..it was infested with insects :(

25/08/2024: Family-run Lido where you can eat or have an aperitif. Free shower and close to a car park. Highly recommended.

17/10/2024: Excellent food and very friendly service! The daily special, spaghetti with octopus and shrimp, was world class. The Diavolo pizza was also very tasty, fluffy and thin base with great ingredients. The local white wine is really excellent and there is great draft beer (Angelo Poretti) The price-performance ratio is extremely good, we would come again and can recommend a visit.

12/08/2024: huge, but I don't understand why with all the influx of tourists to take the boat tour with the various operators there aren't toilets and places with a bit of shade!
