27/10/2024: If I had to rate the quality of the pizza I would give 3 stars, but for the service offered not even 1 star. Last night we order 2 pizzas, including a margherita and a marinara (since we are lactose intolerant) with the addition of grilled courgettes. I'll start by saying that I wasn't told the total cost on the phone and I based it on the prices reported on justeat, according to which a marinara would cost €4 and the courgette supplement €1, so I adjust accordingly. Once the order arrived, the total was different and, when I asked for a receipt to understand why, I was told that they didn't bring it. The delivery man, I hope by distraction, gives me significantly less change and, when I point it out to him, he doesn't believe it and I'm forced to do the calculation in front of him with the calculator. Not so much for the extra cost, but to understand, I call the pizzeria, asking for clarification on the price. The lady on the phone tells me that my pizza was considered "a Sicilian" (tomato, mozzarella, aubergine) costing €7.50. When I tell her that I didn't order that pizza and that mine was completely different with fewer ingredients, she replies that she knows, but that they consider it that way. I point out to her that the prices were different online and she tells me in an arrogant and opinionated tone "it's impossible!" At that point, I tell her that I will no longer order from their pizzeria and laughing, as a joke, she replies several times "Okay". Unfortunately, this experience left such a bitter taste that it overpowers that of the pizza, which could have been a good product.

04/10/2024: Sesto anno consecutivo di soggiorno. Ogni volta, l'ultimo giorno di permanenza é sinonimo di malinconia, perché si fa fatica a pensare di dover rinunciare a tutte le coccole che la gestione familiare ti riserva durante il soggiorno. Andando con ordine, la posizione del Gabbiano non ha eguali: la finestra della stanza affaccia sul mare distante a occhio e croce 30 metri. Le volte (poche, fortunatamente!) che ci siamo trovati a svegliarci presto, abbiamo visto nascere il sole dal mare: come dire, lo spettacolo é assicurato. Le stanze sono sicuramente spartane ma essenziali: i letti sono comodi ed il buon riposo é assicurato. La colazione é all'italiana: cappuccino e brioche, yogurt, marmellate, frutta e succhi. La sera, lo staff della cucina vi accoglie con il sorriso, la competenza e una professionalità senza eguali. Davide, il maître, sarà probabilmente la figura che più rimpiangerete quando lascerete il Gabbiano! Si fa in quattro per accontentarvi con il supporto e la pazienza della chef Alessandra che ai fornelli da il meglio di sé, senza dimenticare il lavoro di Diamante: omen nomen. Il fatto che ormai ci sia una clientela fissa ogni estate la dice lunga sulla qualità del servizio che il Gabbiano offre: chi ci viene una prima volta fa fatica a non ritornarci.

06/04/2025: Locale destinato alla chiusura per me. Le portate fredde e le bibite calde, sicuramente cosa al quanto probabile antipasti preparati dalla mattina. La gestione e sicuramente stata affidata a persone incompetenti nel settore.

23/12/2024: Il personale simpatico,gentile,premuroso lo chef di alta qualità si dimostra dai piatti molto gourmet.La pizza molto buona ma anche la frittura di calamari devo dire molto buona.!!

10/09/2024: Abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare al babylon in qualche occasione durante l'estate, e tutte le volte è stata una piacevole sorpresa! Locale fresco gestito da ragazzi giovani e capaci, che rendono l'ambiente decisamente piacevole e familiare! Materie prime di eccellente qualità, personale preparato cordiale e attento. Musica di sottofondo non invadente e per tutti i gusti. Recensire il Babylon con 100 stelle e tanti complimenti è il minimo che possiamo fare per dirvi grazie di tutto e alla prossima!

Andiamo da anni sia per ricorrenze importanti tutte riuscite alla perfezione sia per gustare un ottima pizza fatta con ingredienti scelti e di ottima qualità.

24/02/2025: Sono stata a pranzo con i miei colleghi, locale ben curato e proprietario disponibilissimo in tutte le nostre richieste, con menu che spaziavano prevalentemente dal pesce, cucinato proprio bene, tra questi un ottima frittura di calamari e gamberi, ma anche chi ha scelto il menù di carne è rimasto soddisfatto, il cameriere professionale , ringrazio ancora Rosario per la disponibilità.. Tornerò sicuramente presto Lo consiglio vivamente

22/12/2024: I had lunch at New Albatros for a birthday. I enjoyed a delicious mixed grill of very fresh fish, perfectly boned and well cooked, and an equally good mixed salad. The portions are also generous, thus leaving the palate satisfied. The only thing some might not like is that the salad comes already dressed. Maybe you could ask the customer first how they prefer it. The staff is courteous and discreet, the menu is varied, all based on fresh fish, the restaurant is modern and clean.
