12/09/2025: We went for dinner two nights in a row. The first night, we ordered two pizzas. The second night, we ordered a plate of seafood pasta, which was good, and a plate of tagliatelle with mushrooms, which I wasn't happy with because, upon eating it, I immediately realized it was frozen food from the "quattro salti in padella" brand. If this is the treatment, I don't think we'll be back.

07/08/2025: Although the food was good, the owner and staff were an absolute disaster. I ordered a meal and one drink – a 1-liter bottle of cola. The waiter brought a smaller one, so I pointed it out, and he exchanged it for the one I had ordered. But when it came time to pay, I discovered that the bill was too high. I went to the staff to ask them to correct the mistake, but no one spoke English. I tried to communicate using a translator on my phone, but the owner completely ignored it. He said the cola had been ordered and opened (by the waiter), so I had to pay for it. I tried to explain that it wasn’t fair, but he didn’t listen to me at all. In the end, he rudely told me that since I was in Italy, I should speak Italian, not English. In my opinion, this was totally inappropriate, and the owner was very aggressive – he made rude gestures and spoke to us in a disrespectful way. One thing is certain – I will never go back there again

12/08/2025: I had a Nutella and Lotus flavored gelato. I found the former a little too sweet, but I recommend the latter. I liked the artisanal waffle. The staff was friendly; for those craving a refreshing gelato, this place seems to have just the right ingredients.

26/07/2025: An experience to repeat, the ice cream is really good and the people who work there are very kind.

14/09/2025: This isn't our first time dining here. The prices are very reasonable and the food is delicious. The service is fast and the staff is wonderful. We'll be back.

13/09/2025: We stopped for a late-night pizza and they accommodated us despite the hour. Good pizza.

19/12/2025: A truly wonderful atmosphere. You could sit outside on the terrace, which was directly over the water. Great view of Stromboli. Delicious food and phenomenal coffee and cappuccino. Highly recommended!

08/12/2025: A small but truly welcoming restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised by the cuisine: dishes are prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, with attention to detail and authentic flavors. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very courteous, creating a family-friendly atmosphere without ever being intrusive. A place definitely worth a visit: I'll gladly return!

09/03/2026: Salt and pepper chicken wings? Why is there chili pepper in them? Are the seasonings just randomly added? Is this even the same thing?

20/12/2025: Had lunch today with my wife, the place was empty, 2 appetizers, a first course, 2 second courses, a bowl of rice, 1/2 a glass of white wine, 1/2 a bottle of water, 2 coffees; 2 covers 57 euros. Good and plentiful food, good service but high prices.

17/08/2025: Good trattoria, prices a bit steep for the place. I'd spend €41 per person without dessert in Milan.

16/08/2025: TRATTORIA LUPEN!!!! I went with my wife tonight! We ordered a substitute first course consisting of paccheri with pistachio cream (it was definitely not from Bronte) and prawns! I was expecting fresh prawns, especially since the dish cost 20 euros, but alas, I found myself served frozen cocktail prawns! YOU ARE RUINING TOURISM IN CIRÒ! NEVER AGAIN!

16/09/2025: I'm only reviewing the food since I stopped in for a quick lunch. Service was quick; my dish arrived about 3 minutes after ordering. I had a caprese salad and a Nastro beer. I would have expected a slightly larger portion than the caprese, given that it cost me €10. Still, it was good. The tomato sauce was plain. A fairly light dish. You can sit down after 3:00 PM, since I arrived a few minutes late. Coffee included. All for €14.

01/11/2025: A place where the locals go. Then you know it's good. We've been coming here for years. Simple dishes but very tasty.

02/09/2025: Truly excellent, both the owner and the young man who works there are friendly and quite helpful. The pizza is truly excellent, both stuffed and Margherita. I recommend the 4 Formaggi, which is really good. The free cover charge is also nice and convenient, so you really get what you pay for. Recommended for both families and solo travelers. That said, I'll be back as soon as I can.

20/12/2025: A truly pleasant experience at Civico 28. Last night we had aperitif and had a great time. I tried the cocktail of the day, which was truly unique and carefully crafted: served in a teacup, accompanied by a savory biscuit and a cheese mousse, excellent and original. Good quality food, equally good drinks, fair prices, and attentive service. Recommended!

20/09/2025: Fantastic pizza, tasty and easy to digest. Compliments to pizza chef Silvio. The fries were also excellent. Erminio's kindness, friendliness, and hospitality accompanied us throughout the evening. A wonderful experience, even more so when it's less crowded. We'll definitely be back.

16/02/2026: I arrived at 9:30 PM and ordered just two very basic pizzas, which arrived at 11:30 PM. When ordering, they asked for double mozzarella on the pizza, but they forgot to add it, and the entire crust was charred. After complaining about the two-hour wait, I didn't receive an apology, just the excuse: "The place was busy." I recommend you improve this aspect, because a full place doesn't justify a two-hour wait for two pizzas.

15/10/2025: I've actually come here twice. For only 3 Euro and no coperto. The ice cream is fresh and delicious. Service is also very good.

18/08/2025: A nice and quiet café with expensive croissants and coffee. We came here for breakfast. The staff is friendly. We liked everything.

25/02/2026: A very pleasant and friendly place. The staff are super nice and very helpful. I recommend it if you are looking for peace and quiet and want to stay for a while; it is the perfect place. Everything moves slowly here, no one is in a hurry

28/12/2025: Unfortunately, despite the pleasant atmosphere and quality of the food, I'm disappointed to note that *table service is often absent*. The waiters don't come to take my orders, and I have to get up to get their attention.
