16/09/2025: September 13, 2025 The Orchidea restaurant was the absolute protagonist of the most beautiful day of my life, my wedding. The hosts, Susanna and Sebastiano (two fantastic people), managed to organize the civil ceremony with the mayor and the wedding dinner in two separate rooms, outdoors, with a truly wonderful setting. The first part of the civil ceremony was celebrated in front of the upper pool, with numerous white chairs all decorated with flowers, a white carpet in the middle with two poufs and a floral arch, all impeccably lit, creating a moving atmosphere. The second part of the wedding dinner was organized in the ground-floor pool, in front of a lawn, with all the tables in the center and the aperitif stations all around, where my guests and all of us savored a menu of appetizers, almost entirely fish, with some meat, of indescribable deliciousness. Fish cooked in the most diverse ways, with a wide selection of courses. The appetizers were rich, plentiful, and delicious. The three first courses and two second courses, served at the table, were a huge success, with requests for more, which were not lacking. The organization of the kitchen and the dining room deserved top marks. The entire staff was fast, helpful, and kind. The final menu, featuring the wedding cake and an endless dessert buffet, was a resounding success. A variety of desserts, of indescribable deliciousness. I must and want to sincerely thank Susanna and Sebastiano for their professionalism, availability, kindness, friendliness, and humility. You managed to make my day a dream come true. I recommend all Calabrians and Italians who pass by the Orchidea to stop by and create your own unforgettable moment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart... 17/08/2025: What can I say... The place that saved our evening. Arriving well after 10 pm, we were greeted with kindness and friendliness by the owner and were served very quickly with the dishes from the kitchen, especially since we had been told we would have a long wait for the pizza. Generous portions, like true Calabrians 😉, and delicious. The house antipasto was delicious and typical, and the rasping pizza was also very tasty. The kindness and helpfulness of everyone truly impressed and captivated us. We will definitely be back for the pizza, which we learned is also made for celiacs by the pizza chef. 15/07/2025: We've been there twice with work colleagues. The beer selection is excellent (not overwhelming), as are the appetizers to accompany them. The staff is friendly, and the location is lovely. The sandwiches also lived up to expectations. I highly recommend it.

07/09/2025: The pizza was good, and the terrace was beautiful for outdoor dining. The staff was friendly and attentive to customer requests. My only complaint was that the place was packed, so service wasn't the fastest, but that's okay. It was understandable and didn't cause any inconvenience. They're great, and I highly recommend them.

17/09/2025: The Silano Market is a must-try! Fresh, authentic produce, flavor, kindness, professionalism, good food, and culture. The market is all of this. We were inside, five of us, and we tried the cured meats and cheeses, requesting a platter for five, and we were well-pleased. We tried the mpacchiuse potatoes with two different flavors, and words can't describe them; they're a must-try. We added a portion of fried meatballs, different from what I'm used to, but still very tasty. To finish, there was a sandwich with a choice of meat for everyone, and here too, with fresh mushrooms, sausage, sauces, and everything else, the 5 stars are well-deserved. We'll definitely be returning. The prices aren't low, but they're not outrageous either; you pay for quality and professionalism. Oh, and I forgot, the craft beer is fantastic.

08/09/2025: The Silano Market is a truly unique place in Camigliatello. Here you can taste the authentic flavors of the Sila: cured meats, cheeses, porcini mushrooms, truffles, and perfectly cooked local meats. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, exuding tradition and passion for local products. An authentic experience definitely worth trying.

10/09/2025: We just stayed (September 2025) at this property for ten days on a half-board basis. It was very convenient, especially because we could choose whether to have lunch or dinner in addition to breakfast. It's 150 meters from the sea, and the special agreement with the beach is also very convenient. The rooms are clean and the location is quiet. The menus are excellently prepared. The atmosphere is homely, thanks in part to the very helpful and engaging owner. We recommend it.

29/08/2025: Superb and plentiful food, friendly staff, and a location that's perfectly suited to today's times. I highly recommend trying it. Unfortunately, the photos don't do it justice because I was too busy eating and not focused on being a photographer.

08/09/2025: We arrived late, but the staff's courtesy and prompt attention allowed us to eat anyway. Excellent food, excellent preparation, a wide selection, and a rich tradition. We'll be back, so go too!

24/08/2025: Good, authentic food, just like home! Charming location opposite the castle, slightly pricey.

20/09/2025: We had dinner this evening and, unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to expectations. The food was average, nothing to justify the prices, which were truly excessive for what was offered. But what most impacted the overall rating was the service: in particular, a waiter with a goatee was arrogant and presumptuous, with an unprofessional and unwelcoming attitude. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but between the unmemorable food quality, the exorbitant prices, and such unpleasant service, I don't think we'll be back.

18/09/2025: With a breathtaking view, friendly and helpful staff, and excellent food, it rightly has its prices. But when you eat well and feel good, it's money well spent.
