04/05/2025: Pleasant experience during the May 1st long weekend. Abundant and delicious dishes (and it's something difficult to find around these days), super friendly and helpful staff, as well as a very suggestive location. Found it by accident but I recommend it.
I will definitely return.

20/03/2025: We went with a group of friends, spectacular location and very clean environment. The seafood dishes are simply exquisite, I recommend trying this restaurant and you certainly won't regret it!
14/10/2024: Excellent cuisine, fresh and well-made fish. Courteous staff and panoramic view. Prices are adequate for what you eat, perhaps the desserts cost more than I would have expected but it's still worth it. The only downside is the service which is slightly slow but we will definitely return for the quality we found

The food is not bad, especially in relation to the price, and the dishes are of the right quantity and taste good, also quite well-prepared and of good raw materials. Nothing starred, eh, but you eat well and you eat a bit of everything, not just fresh fish.
The service, even if you are served quickly, is not the best because it often happens that the waiters forget the table, the orders and that they do not understand the orders. They are not very attentive to the customer and in addition the bathrooms are indecent for how narrow and small they are.
Here we are to the environment, which is the real reason to eat here. And, yes, it is worth it because the tables are on a terrace that overlooks the sea with rocks below and this makes you eat in an atmosphere of relaxation, pleasure and harmony, while admiring the port, the sea, the seagulls, the town and also the mountains behind with Christ on top.
24/04/2025: Nice place, purely tourist with a beautiful view of the port of Maratea but not of the sea; the cuisine is nothing exceptional, the service is good, the prices are slightly high but appropriate for the location.

Everything perfect!!!!
As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by a beautiful and talented girl, Jessica... who advised us and treated us very well.
We had dinner in the grace of God, with a panoramic view of the sea and with silence and tranquility!
Abundant and quality dishes.
Fair prices for the service offered!
I repeat!!!!
Highly recommended!!!!!!!

08/05/2025: We went there twice during our stay, and both times it was perfect. Well-topped Neapolitan pizzas with light yeast dough. The pasta was al dente and well-served. Homemade tiramisu. Generous spritz. In addition, the owner who runs the restaurant was very welcoming and gave excellent advice. Expect to pay just over €100 for four people (two adults + two teenagers). We will definitely return if we return to the region (which is superb, by the way).
06/05/2025: Very nice atmosphere, the service is very nice, the owner and the chef are very nice, beautiful view of the sea with sunset, the food is very good with different varieties of pizza but not only there is pasta... I highly recommend.

03/05/2025: Ho scoperto questo locale nel 2023 grazie al prezioso passaparola di una mia alunna che lavorandoci mi invitava caldamente ad andarla a trovare.
Da allora sono tornata ben cinque volte e non sono mai stata delusa.
Lanterna rossa si trova nel suggestivo porto di Maratea e gode di una meravigliosa terrazza sul molo.
Le cucina dello chef Dario Amaro è un mare che non ti aspetti, sapiente connubio di tradizione e innovazione, di ricerca attenta e scelta di prodotti del territorio di altissima qualità.
Il suo menu accontenta tutti: dai meno temerari con i suoi classici, a chi invece ha voglia di lasciarsi stupire con preparazioni e accostamenti più audaci.
La carta dei vini è tanto ricca e varia quanto la professionalità della sommelière Nausicaa Stoppelli che saprà consigliarvi al meglio.
Un plauso va quindi a tutto lo staff di cucina e di sala che con attenzione, cordialità e competenza sa trasformare un pranzo o una cena in un momento di relax e di puro godimento dei sensi.

16/09/2024: Proprietaria gentilissima. Cibo buono e in porzioni normali. Ma ciò non giustifica il prezzo delle singole portate. La”location” senz’altro influirà ma, personalmente, non lo ritengo economico.
27/08/2024: Consiglio vivamente di pranzare o cenare in questo ristorante con una vista spettacolare la proprietaria è gentilissima e ti consiglia ottimamente hanno pasta fatta in casa prodotti del luogo le portate sono abbondanti e in questi giorni di caldo si sta divinamente io ho pranzato fuori e sinceramente non volevo più andare via quando sarò in zona tornerò sicuramente
