08/07/2025: My wife and I had dinner at this restaurant and the food was truly delicious. The appetizer was delicious and very generous, and for the main course we had a mixed roast with a side of potatoes. The dessert was delicious and fresh, and the house-made bitters were kindly provided. The only flaw was the house red wine, which wasn't excellent for my taste. Reasonable price, friendly staff, and an experience I'll definitely repeat.

29/06/2025: We stayed at the BnB centro storico which offered breakfast (1 coffee or cappuccino and a cake or croissant) in this bar. Very courteous service and attentive to the needs of the customer (the girl with brown hair was very nice and courteous) good coffee and cakes 😁

07/07/2025: Recommended by friends, we went to dinner at this restaurant as a couple, we had two appetizers and two seafood risottos. Very poor appetizer as you can see from the photo, 3 marinated anchovies, 5 shrimp and some pieces of octopus (also quite hard) €16.00, decent risotto, 1/2 liter of low quality house wine €6.00, 1 natural water 0.75, 1 portion of fruit, all for the modest price of €81.50. As far as I'm concerned, an experience not to be repeated.

12/05/2025: I was with my family on Saturday, it is a beautiful location accompanied by perfectly cooked dishes and with high quality ingredients cooked to perfection, completed by the professionalism and extreme friendliness of the owners and staff. Top experience.

02/05/2025: Struttura un po' datata. Personale accogliente. Menù abbastanza soddisfacente. Materia prima abbastanza buona. Buoni gli antipasti e la fritturina di pesce. Per i primi un NI: è difficile saper cucinare un primo piatto di pesce senza troppi fronzoli, esaltando i sapori dei molluschi senza mortificarli con altro. Prezzi nella norma.

25/05/2025: I had lunch in this restaurant, everything was good, from the appetizer Tre nodo to the paccheri with lobster, the staff were very good and kind, Giacomo, Agustina and Santiago are two Argentine boys like me, the dessert was Amalfi freshness, the wine was also very good, Preliminare cellars of the notary, excellent advice... I went back again to try the pizza, and it was spectacular! The primo amore pizza was an explosion of flavors! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Maratea! I have nothing bad to say!

03/07/2025: Quiet place, with a nice outdoor area where it is very pleasant to dine on summer evenings.
The menu offers a good choice of both fish and meat dishes.
The tagliolini alla Peppe are highly recommended, with seafood, shrimp and octopus in a sauce of red and yellow cherry tomatoes: impossible to resist mopping up the bread, also thanks to the good Cilento bread!
The pizzas, excellent, are the classic Neapolitan "cartwheel" ones, with a good variety of toppings. The "sausage and broccoli" are fantastic.
Generous portions and affordable prices, for all budgets.

05/07/2025: It's true that in life you also need luck... We ended up there by chance and spent a great evening in front of a platter of delicious products, accompanied by a nice bottle of wine... Thanks guys!!!
03/07/2025: A truly delightful place, in every sense. The little square where it is located is picturesque and welcoming. The host, Michele, is very accommodating and knowledgeable about all the products he offers. He listed each delicacy with passion and precision, also explaining the different ways to use them. I came here for lunch with my two children, aged 7 and 9, and I must say that they also enjoyed everything, especially the human warmth of this place.

22/06/2025: Eee yes, since the place is a bit dated, in fact I think it is one of the most historic in Maratea, initially it does not inspire confidence. Instead, we found a nice welcome from the owners and the excellent ice cream! We also tried the drink and the citron sprizz and for our tastes they are not bad at all! A bit expensive? Not too much, but simply in line with the prices of the places in the historic center. Worth a try.
04/05/2025: The best croissants in the area! excellent artisan pastry shop, with many Lucanian specialities. The cedar granita is a must try

03/08/2024: Bel Borgo, camere comode, pulite e spaziose, personale cordiale e simpatico, posizione comoda x visitare le spiagge più belle di questa splendida costa, punto di forza il ristorante, piatti ben presentati, quantità adeguate, sapori e profumi eccellenti. Ottima focaccia fatta in casa, 10 e lode!

16/09/2024: Proprietaria gentilissima. Cibo buono e in porzioni normali. Ma ciò non giustifica il prezzo delle singole portate. La”location” senz’altro influirà ma, personalmente, non lo ritengo economico.
27/08/2024: Consiglio vivamente di pranzare o cenare in questo ristorante con una vista spettacolare la proprietaria è gentilissima e ti consiglia ottimamente hanno pasta fatta in casa prodotti del luogo le portate sono abbondanti e in questi giorni di caldo si sta divinamente io ho pranzato fuori e sinceramente non volevo più andare via quando sarò in zona tornerò sicuramente
