23/03/2026: We went to Avigliano to eat cod at Osteria Gagliardi. It was truly delicious. The dishes, from appetizers to first and second courses, paired beautifully and delicately with this fish. Excellent value for money. The place is small, but very elegant and not crowded. The service was impeccable, fast, and attentive. It's best to book well in advance because it's very popular. We were coming from Bari, so we drove a bit, but it was worth it.

Generous portions, a welcoming atmosphere, and a genuine feel that makes you feel right at home. A place you'll always want to return to.
04/03/2026: Excellent food, a place worth visiting for its decades-old tradition.
We enjoyed the excellent strascinat with broccoli, cod, and kraut peppers, and we couldn't miss the traditional chicken frish-tak.
Recommended.

10/11/2024: Oggi siamo stati nel paesino della mia cara mamma che non c'è più...la nostra famiglia ha prenotato in questo meraviglioso posto che ci ha riportati indietro nel tempo, abbiamo mangiato dei primi eccellenti come li faceva la mia mamma, un ottima carne davvero eccellente. Siamo stati coccolati dal personale molto attento a ogni nostra esigenza ma, la prova che sia stato tutto molto molto eccellente è stata l'espressione di mio marito a ogni pietanza servita ( eh si lui è uno chef riconosciuto a livello mondiale) Torneremo e ogni volta torneremo da voi. GRAZIE 💕
