24/03/2026: Simple, affordable and surprisingly good... We had lunch at Bar Paprika under Salinello and had a really good time. We had sausage with fries and bread, plus a pasta dish and a portion of lasagna: everything simple but done properly. The sausage was well-cooked and flavorful, the fries were crispy, and the homemade bread drizzled with olive oil was a much-appreciated touch. The entrees also surprised me: creamy and flavorful pasta, and a lasagna with a nice crust, just as it should be. A small, authentic kitchen... Fast service and friendly staff, a quiet and unpretentious atmosphere, perfect for a stress-free lunch break. Very fair prices for the quality and portions. Recommended for those looking for a simple place to eat well and budget-friendly. I would go back without a second thought.

Their professional customer service and unpretentious approach made me feel at home and reassured. This will definitely remain my go-to pastry shop in the historic center. Special and carefully prepared dishes; for the first time, we tried radicchio in a version we weren't expecting, and it truly won us over. We were immediately welcomed with love by Maria Laura, who pampered us from start to finish, explaining each dish, offering advice, and guiding us on this excellent culinary journey. This restaurant has nothing to envy of Michelin-starred restaurants; in fact, I'm surprised it hasn't already earned its first Michelin star. Compliments to the chef, who with his pairings has truly enhanced the pleasure of high-quality cuisine. We will definitely be back. Compliments for everything, it was perfect.
