13/04/2024: Ambiente pulito e raffinato ma non pesante, con personale educato e all'altezza delle aspettative. Buine distanze tra i tavoli. Il direttore di sala ottimo esperto di vini. Antipasti gustosi e ben presentati, soprattutto i tortelli ripieni al salmone. Primi eccezionali e frittura di calamari croccante come poche se ne vedono. Ottimi anche i dolci fatti in casa. Entering the ancient door of the Iron Crown and walking through the entrance you immediately begin with the special experience that the place offers you. But the strong point is Mirko, a thoughtful and precise chef in the small details that make the difference.

Surrounded by an elegant and relaxing environment, we were pampered for the entire duration of the dinner. A very pleasant experience to live.

04/09/2024: We ate in this place, an environment between the spartan and the old cellars of the past. The managers are helpful and tell you about the place and the reason for this very original place, inside a village with an important history. I recommend it, because the dishes they served us were delicious. Truly old-fashioned delights.

23/07/2024: We went for dinner, the fixed menu is not a problem except for the fact that we had to give up the roast because we were already full with the numerous appetizers and the first course Genuine and tasty products. Definitely recommended.

01/09/2024: We spent 5 nights in this beautiful property on the hills near Lanciano and San Vito Chietino. We were very happy with the beautiful spacious room with the covered patio equipped with a table and chairs. We also appreciated the small shared kitchen and personal fridge. Equipped with everything, including drying rack and spare towels. The added value is given by the genuine local cuisine and the abundant and delicious breakfast, but above all by the friendliness and helpfulness of Nadia and Lorenzo and their children. Thanks again for making us feel at home!

09/08/2024: The place is a little difficult to find, but inside it looks very good. The service and the dishes were excellent, in particular the grilled meat, tasty and cooked just right, the desserts were also excellent. Excellent price/quality ratio!

All dishes are excellent, well seasoned and tasty. Nice atmosphere in the center. Prices are the real surprise, below average

29/08/2024: We ate many different things which were quite good, the sheep were all good, I didn't like the classic kebabs but the hand cut and liver ones were super good. But today I'm suffering for a moment with my stomach and acidity and I usually eat stones. I strongly advise against tiramisu, the cream had a jelly effect and was strangely spongy. The kind girl the tall guy also very friendly unlike the older lady. We divided the bill by how many we were and it came to 39.60 instead of rounding down as expected from a slightly more serious restaurant it was 40 each and jokingly I said I'll take 2 bottles of water to prepare but they were the bottles that they forgot to bring requests 15 Min before. After this little scene we expected bitterness (I don't drink) and not even that, as we expect from any restaurant in central southern Italy but it doesn't matter. The location is familiar. I'm giving it 3 stars because we'll be back to see how it goes, otherwise it would have been 2.

26/08/2024: Easy-going restaurant offering typical Abruzzo cuisine and pizza. We were a large table, I think that's why we had to wait half an hour for the main dishes to arrive, plus some had taken meat and others had pizza. As an appetizer we tried their bruschetta, courgette flowers stuffed with gorgonzola and french fries, all excellent. The pizza looked really yummy. The grilled lamb was too dry for my taste, the kebabs were delicious! Grilled vegetables are also worth it. We ended the evening with dessert, which was truly excellent! Excellent restaurant to try!!!
