08/07/2025: La Piana del Sole is one of the most renowned restaurants in the Lanciano area, a must-visit for parties and events since I was a teenager. The service is impeccable and the food is excellent, especially their specialty pizza. The panoramic location offers beautiful views, and the staff even provides mosquito repellent, so you can dine in peace. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back.
01/07/2025: Even though we booked and accepted a late time we had to wait more than an hour, if there are a lot of people you can't pass the problem on to the customers, let them know first and then I decide whether to accept the wait or not.
The desire to eat goes away

Excellent food, quality products well assembled by the chef. Nothing to envy to a starred place. I highly recommend it

Cibo di ottima qualità: pregiato, verace e cucinato egregiamente con un tocco classe! Locale molto accogliente e ben organizzato. Esperienza sicuramente da fare e da ripetere! Ed io l'ho fatto, perché non è la prima volta che, con altri amici intenditori, scelgo di esserne ospite. Maria

13/05/2025: Dinner, with the family, everything was perfect, even though it opened at 8pm, we showed up well in advance, in fact at 7.40pm we already ordered, and ate immediately after, arrosticini il Top di Lanciano, the service was excellent, the bill was perfect, nothing to say, in fact only to compliment you all... well done... see you next time...

08/06/2025: Farmhouse and typical cuisine of the Abruzzo home and peasant traditions. The goodness of the dishes is equal to the friendliness and ability of the owner to tell them. Respected tradition, as "tradĕre", handed down from grandparents to future generations.
11/05/2025: Small family-run restaurant surrounded by nature among olive groves and vineyards. I spent a wonderful day with a large group of people which ended with a wonderful, super tasty home-made lunch based on typical local dishes. Worthy are the "pizz e foje" and the "rintrocili al ragù" accompanied by delicious local wines. Very kind and helpful staff. Special thanks go to Mr. Lorenzo who enlivened our lunch with the description of the recipes and the stories of local anecdotes. Super recommended farm!👏

07/05/2025: La sensazione che ho avuto entrando qui è che il tempo non sia mai passato. I profumi, gli odori, ogni minimo dettaglio riporta a quella cucina sana , quella dei contadini, la cucina 'della nonna'. I piatti gustosi e tutto coltivato e fatto da loro. Solo con gli antipasti e il vino eravamo sazi. Ho apprezzato anche l'olio di loro produzione da assaggiare con il pane. Staff educato e solare. Il prezzo una fesseria per tutto ciò che abbiamo assaggiato. Gli animali fanno da cornice a questo mondo naturale. Ritornerò sicuramente e sto già sponsorizzando .. un abbraccio dal vicino molise
03/03/2025: Una piacevole serata presso questo agriturismo per noi la prima volta.
Devo dire siamo stati soddisfatti tutto buono e piacevole ecco se devo trovare una piccola critica i primi , rintrocili e tacconetti in bianca un po slegati come sapori ma la pasta fatta in cassa era ottima.
Vino e antipasti e carne arrosto eccellenti.
Ripasseremo sicuramente.

03/05/2025: Uscendo dal centro e dai radar dei posti turistici, su suggerimento di un local raggiungiamo gli amici della forchetta.
Dall’esterno non si presenta benissimo ma appena entri comincia un viaggio onirico nella cucina di Nando. Tutto fresco molto buono, prezzo giusto (bruschette miste, maltagliati salsiccia e pomodorini e coniglio alla cacciatora…..cannoli scomposti). Alla prossima!
26/04/2025: Siamo stati con amici in questa trattoria, piccola ma accogliente, Nando ottimo cuoco che insieme a sua moglie ti fanno subito sentire a casa. Piatti ricchi della tradizione, ottimo gli antipasti con olio nostrano, squisito il tacchino e il CIP e
CIAP uno spezzatino di costolette di maiale … top !

19/04/2025: Evening in Lanciano for the Easter Good Friday procession, you don't know where to go to eat and you come across the Il Chiostro restaurant. Truly a great discovery! Excellent and good quality food! The girl's service, always with a smile, to be rewarded! The prices are very honest, with 2 courses each, house wine and water we didn't reach 85 Eur. The only flaw was that since the place was full and we had so many paellas that evening, we waited a little longer to eat. But it was worth it! Compliments!!

03/07/2025: Not exactly what I expected. Non ability to welcome new clients and put them at ease.
No presentation of the place the menu and all the possible choices. No listings.
On a hot evening a few raindrops caused them to move the seatings indoors. The best and coolest air conditioned room was left empty to await a large party expected to arrive at 22.30.
We were left in a hallway area with NO windows or ventilation although we arrived at 20.00 sharp and could have been accomodated in the main room. A probably English family with four very small screamingly tired children was put in the small, comfortable room connected to the hallway we sat in, with a large opened, glass door, left alone to throw bang on anything, yell out loud and cry for three hours!
The food was not special at all and with a fixed menu
24/06/2025: It looked like grandma's house, welcoming and simple. Good food, abundant and products of their own production.
