The pizza is extraordinary: light and easy to digest, top-quality ingredients, and always perfect pairings. The arrosticini are spectacular, tender and flavorful, cooked to perfection. The service is impeccable: Nino, Anna, Francesca, and the entire staff are wonderful people, always smiling, attentive, and ready to recommend the best pizzas based on the customer's tastes. A place that never disappoints, a must-try for anyone who loves good food. Definitely worth a try!

15/01/2026: An exceptional dining experience. We shared the imperial seafood appetizer, which was remarkably abundant and beautifully varied — generous enough for two and far beyond our expectations. Each bite showcased fresh flavors and would delight any seafood enthusiast. The main courses were equally impressive: perfectly cooked fish and delicately crisp fried calamari, both expertly prepared and full of flavor.

A popular place, almost always packed in the late morning, but with only a short wait to be seated. The atmosphere is consistently kept clean, welcoming, and bright. Restrooms need to be expanded and improved due to the high traffic.

19/11/2025: A (somewhat hidden) restaurant, tastefully decorated, simple yet homey. The food is excellent, including the saffron risotto and the meat (very tender fillet). The menu is simple yet offers a good variety of authentic ingredients, an experience I'd repeat with a vending machine. The service is quick and impeccable. Highly recommended!

20/03/2025: A wonderful surprise, I was transported back in time when I tasted the pizza at Le Dodici Torri! The pizza is good and tasty, just like it used to be... crispy crust (not Neapolitan), with quality, fresh ingredients! The atmosphere is very quiet, well-kept, and clean. Prices are very, very fair (not to mention cheap). The kindness of the staff is the icing on the cake; they're truly lovely. I highly recommend it; in my opinion, it's the best pizza in the center of Francavilla.

25/01/2026: I returned to this restaurant after a couple of years, bringing a group of friends. Well, I made a really bad impression on them. It was a truly disappointing evening. There was no welcome or customer service whatsoever. There were eight of us, including a small child in a stroller. When we booked, we'd requested a comfortable table with enough space for a stroller. We were seated in a room with wooden tables and benches where we could barely get around. Really absurd. Too many tables. We had to politely ask to move to a table with even a little space for a stroller... and let me start by saying there were steps to access this room!! The food quality wasn't what I remembered...poor quality arrosticini...the worst I've ever had. I'm so sorry, restaurateurs...but the competition is really fierce and you can't rely solely on numbers...you have to focus on the quality of the food, the service, and the hospitality.
