14/11/2025: Everything was delicious, from the appetizers (Indian cheese and potato croquettes) to the chicken curries. I would have happily given the service ten stars. Definitely worth a try, and I'll be back to try the mango pudding and coconut cake.
09/11/2025: We've recently moved to the neighborhood, and last night we decided to try this Indian restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. Unlike other Indian restaurants in Turin, the food here is freshly prepared and not reheated. The waitress explained this to us when we asked if vegetarian options were available. The food is truly excellent; the samosas are out of this world. The final bill is affordable and fair. The service is fast, and the waiters are truly kind and friendly. This will definitely become one of our go-to places in Borgo Filadelfia!

05/12/2025: They were so sweet...we called in for a quick dinner and they welcomed us, despite the tight schedule. There were just a few tables, but the food was delicious. The service was friendly, and everything was superb. We enjoyed everything, from spicy to mild, even for the kids. Thank you for your kindness.
04/12/2025: To date, this is the best Indian restaurant in Turin for value. It's a small and welcoming place, and I think it's family-run. Typical Indian dishes are prepared with care and attention. Reasonably priced for what you get. The chicken curry is obviously recommended, but I must say the appetizers are excellent as well. The staff are helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Especially for the quiet atmosphere, not as noisy as other restaurants. The dishes are aligned with typical traditional Indian specialties and, given the wide selection, cater to all tastes; I even found a couple of recipes I hadn't yet discovered.
I'll definitely be back, even though it's a bit out of the way, to share it with friends.
23/09/2025: A refined and intimate atmosphere, excellent service. Among the sauces served at the table, I didn't like the spicy one, even though I really enjoy those types of sauces. The portions are small, but the food is good. About €35 per person, not a huge meal. Prices are perhaps a bit high. Still, it's a good restaurant for a different kind of ethnic cuisine. The semini after the meal and the aged rum are good.

Wide selection of vegan and vegetarian options, both à la carte and from the house menu. Naturally, you have to like seasoned and/or spicy flavors. Definitely worth repeating.
07/12/2025: Excellent authentic Indian food! The best butter chicken I’ve had in Turin. Very kind, friendly service and a varied menu with all of your favorite Indian dishes. I also recommend the refreshing mango lassi after your meal (if you still have space after dinner). Just be careful going there on a Saturday night as it is usually completely packed with people!

17/11/2025: I've been coming to Gandhi for over 20 years. The food has always been good and carefully prepared. It hasn't changed over the years; in fact, they've added set menus for vegans, in addition to the existing vegetarian options. The atmosphere is charming, and the service is prompt. 01/12/2025: Let me start by saying that I love Indian cuisine and
I know it very well; I've tried it all over the world and have always eaten well.
Last night I had the misfortune of trying this restaurant for the first time. The chicken curry was super runny and nauseating, like spoiled baby food. The chicken tikka was also very strange; the texture of the chicken was slimy and the spices were washed out.
The food overall tasted like nothing, but the worst thing was that my daughter vomited, my husband was very close and felt sick all night, and I had to take anti-nausea medication. The flavors may be questionable, but the quality MUST be there. This is bordering on a complaint.

The quality of the food and the courtesy and friendliness of the staff have remained unchanged.
However, they have increased the price of the weekly lunch menu (€13) and, as I recall, reduced the portions, especially the main courses.

27/11/2025: Very fast in taking our order and very attentive to all my food restrictions, the waiter did an excellent job suggesting the dishes we could enjoy.
The food takes a long time to be prepared but it only means that it's made fresh, and I felt light after having had 3 dishes.
Will definitely go back to get more of Kandari Goshat!
