19/08/2026: Based on my first and for sure last experience in here, I dont recommend here at all. Tikka masala was concentrated tomotto with chicken and hot.no other taste, as if it was another food completely. The chicken beryani was not fresh at all. It was clearly brought out of freezer. Overall i really has bad experience. Dont do my mistake. I judged the photos and questionable rating.

19/08/2026: Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing and completely different from what we expected based on the Google rating. We were a group of four and ordered four main courses as well as appetizers. The atmosphere seemed interesting at first, but as soon as we entered, there was a noticeable sewage smell, which was already quite unpleasant. The biggest issue, however, was the food. Almost every dish containing chicken had the same problem: the chicken was brownish in color, had a very unpleasant smell, and clearly did not seem fresh. It was so off-putting that we couldn’t finish the chicken in our dishes. At the end of the meal, we politely mentioned this to the cashier, but instead of taking our concern seriously, they simply disagreed with us. I am a cook myself and I know the difference between fresh food and food that has been sitting for too long. What disappointed us even more was the attitude: there was no apology or even acknowledgment of our concern. Considering both the quality of the food and the way our complaint was handled, I unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant.

03/06/2026: A welcoming and colorful place. Colorful and unique, like the spices used in its dishes. Salam, the restaurateur, is truly kind, helpful, welcoming, and polite. Eating here was a sublime experience! I will definitely be back ♡

05/08/2026: As we were short on time, we called ahead and placed our order about an hour before arriving. By the time we reached the restaurant, everything was freshly prepared and served immediately, which we really appreciated. If you're looking for authentic Indian food that truly tastes like home, this is the place to visit. Every dish was fresh, flavourful, and comforting. The Dal Makhani was the highlight of our meal—rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we walked in. The excellent food, warm hospitality, and efficient service made for a wonderful dining experience. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone craving authentic Indian cuisine, whether you're dining in or short on time.

08/08/2026: The food is decent but nothing special, not much choice for vegetarians, very expensive.

26/07/2026: Quiet and easy to get to. The food was truly amazing! The lamb melted in your mouth, and even though I can't stand spicy food, the chicken and vegetable appetizer (I don't remember the exact name) was so good it was worth the "suffering" a little. The prices were absolutely fair. We'll definitely be back!

02/06/2026: The food was delicious. We ordered the chicken karai and tika masala, as well as a few appetizers. Highly recommended!

14/04/2026: The restaurant is signposted "Nur Jahan - Ristorante Indiano". At 7 pm we were the only guests, and the plastic tablecloths weren't very inviting. But thanks to the friendly service and delicious food, we can recommend the restaurant. By 8:30 pm every table was occupied.

31/07/2026: Kebab, we're not there yet. Their dishes are better, but drowned in some kind of oil and hygiene is left to chance. It's not the first time I've seen cockroaches roaming around the place.

10/07/2026: A simple restaurant with excellent Indian cuisine, tasty and plentiful, truly surprising. Even more so considering the absolutely affordable and below-average prices. We've been back several times, trying different dishes, and always thoroughly enjoyed them. They also offer a wide selection of Indian desserts, including takeaway. And the staff is always friendly.

04/07/2026: I went for lunch. The food was really good, so good that I decided to order more to take home for dinner. The staff were helpful and friendly.

28/06/2026: Excellent Indian restaurant in the center of Bologna. Nice atmosphere, delicious food, good service, friendly staff, moderate prices, everything plentiful and tasty. I recommend it.

22/06/2026: I ate so much and I'm bursting with how good it was, everyone was so kind and respectful and the setting was amazing!! (Thanks for welcoming our little dog Gerry <3) and we will be back.

14/08/2026: I ordered a kebab with meat and chips, they put very few chips which are a raw material that costs little so it's just a disservice, a shame because the rider is a very kind and polite person.

01/07/2026: Vegetable samosas with vegetables (peas...) still half-frozen. Instead of using fresh vegetables in the summer, they use a frozen mix. Chicken kebab with a large amount of kebab meat and very low-quality chicken sausage. I felt sick the whole next day. There were even pieces of bone in it. Avoid, indigestible. The place is hot and dirty.
