23/01/2025: Dinner with friends. We were placed on a table for 4/6 people (there were 3 of us) in the center of the room. After asking the waiter to be moved to a corner he told us that the table was booked. We sat at the next table. The "booked" table was occupied by 2 people in a row. At the end of the dinner we asked the 2 people if they had previously booked this table and they replied that they had never made a reservation on this table. Unfriendly waiter, I don't know if we will return.

10/01/2025: Il posto in per se è molto elegante e molto buono, il personale gentile, do 1 stella perche il locale viene consigliato come all you can eat ma non lo è, fuori dal ristorante nessun cartello indica il contrario.

30/12/2024: First, I want to explain the restaurant's method. This is not a traditional all you can eat, as you are only allowed to order eight portions IN ALL. However, the generosity of the portions is such that, despite my large appetite, I only managed to consume six and cancel the remaining ones (a gunkam is three times the size of the normal one, and not because there is an abundance of rice! Even the sushi is triple the size , in proportion to understand). In this sense, the experience is comparable to an all you can eat. Furthermore, if you wish to expand the available options, simply order one or two additional boats, thus eliminating the limitation of choice. Having tried all the sushi and now being a true expert, a sushi sommelier, I affirm that this restaurant is the best in the entire Trentino-Alto Adige. The quality of the sushi is exceptional, characterized by very fresh fish without fat and rice with a rich flavour. In particular, I appreciated the care taken in seasoning the philadelphia, positively differentiating it from other culinary experiences, such as those offered by Sushiamo (rovereto). In conclusion, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants to enjoy high quality sushi in a welcoming environment and with impeccable service!

11/01/2025: Excellent variety of dishes. Unfortunately the kitchen is open and in the middle of the room, you come out with the smell of cooking....

06/07/2024: Drinks were only brought when requested, after the first part of the meal had already been eaten. The miso soup was also only brought at the end of the meal when requested. Unfortunately it wasn't edible at all. This was sour in taste. Completely over-seasoned and there was no tofu in it. When asked they said they didn't have any tofu today. The sushi itself was very tasty. It's a shame, it could have been really great. So, unfortunately not recommended.
