19/01/2026: The restaurant boasts among its strengths the excellent quality of the ingredients used in the kitchen and the kindness and Japanese flair of the staff. However, the cuisine is, in my opinion, overly basic. There are some inaccuracies in the service, which is sometimes too slow and neglects to clear dishes from the table. Above all, there is a clear imbalance between the quantity served and the price paid. Overall, the experience is adequate but not exciting.

14/01/2026: The food is very good, different from the "mainstream sushi" I was used to, given my limited knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture. But above all, I found it a place of the soul: slow but precise ceremonies and attention to detail transport you to a timeless dimension.

16/12/2025: Eating real Japanese food is a rare experience in Florence, and if you want to stop and learn a little Japanese or the tea ceremony, you can do that too.

04/12/2025: Typical home-style Japanese street food, the menu isn't overly extensive, but it offers the right selection to suit everyone's tastes and dietary preferences (vegetarian and allergen options are carefully noted). The karē are very good, and the ramen broth is exceptional, at least for me. For dinner, you can also order sushi when you book or by 1:00 PM that day. This is also highly recommended, with incredible quality and flavor. The desserts are also delicious, taking you back to the world of anime! A wonderful experience in a homey, family-friendly atmosphere.

18/01/2026: Arriving on time with our reserved table, they told us to wait outside—not five minutes, but half an hour. Without an apology or even a complimentary drink... At the table, almost everything was fine, although the waiters, instead of looking you over to see if you were calling them, turned away completely, and it took us ages to order some dishes. They offered us chestnut mochi (delicious) because after a 30-minute wait, the regular ones still hadn't arrived. After all these discordant comments, we finally get to pay, and you don't even offer me a coffee? We're not there yet.

09/01/2026: We saw one price on the IG website, but when we arrived, the price was different. We asked for an explanation, and the explanation was that the IG website was under the old management and hadn't been changed. I'm leaving such a low review not because of this mistake, which is understandable, but because of how everything was handled. I asked to pay the "old" price, which is why I chose that restaurant, but the response was that it wasn't possible... I want to clarify that my rating isn't based on the food, but on how the customer was treated.

08/01/2026: New Year's Eve dinner The best sushi I've ever had. Unique dishes and not too expensive for the quality. Unfortunately, we waited 35 minutes for the last dish we ordered, after the second-to-last, despite being told every five minutes that it was almost ready.

04/01/2026: First time and it won't be the only one Small restaurant in the historic center, the decor is a bit dated, but the flavor is Asian. It's always been an oriental restaurant. This management offers a few dishes, but the main course is good, and the ramen is excellent. We ordered the Japanese and beef ramen. Be careful to ask for the right level of spiciness, the mildness was just right. The ravioli were delicious, as were the shrimp skewers. We had dinner with tea. Everything was good, the ramen was excellent, the noodles were good, a little thick, and the price was fair.

11/01/2026: I was here yesterday for lunch with my family. While there was nothing to complain about from a culinary standpoint—the sushi was good quality and we ate well—everything else was a disaster that absolutely doesn't justify the steep bill. • Service and hospitality: We were treated with condescension and coldness. The worst thing was the table management: a chair was missing, and, without much ado, I was given a low stool usually used for bags. Eating in that position for the entire meal, in a restaurant that charges handsomely, shows a total lack of respect for the customer. • Details and attention to detail: Despite the high prices, our dishes were served on visibly chipped tableware. This detail conveys carelessness and poor hygiene, unacceptable in a restaurant of this kind. • Value for money: Although the quality was good, the portions were truly small compared to the cost. We all left feeling almost starving despite the very high bill. Conclusion: It's a real shame that good cuisine is marred by such poor service and such a lack of attention to detail (and politeness).

30/12/2025: Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The sushi was mediocre, and the prices and fees on the menu are not clearly displayed. The service charge is hidden under "drinks." In addition, I was charged the wrong price and no apology was offered. Caution—possible tourist trap.

15/01/2026: BEST SUSHI IN ALL OF MONTECATINI!!! VERY KIND STAFF AND SUPER FRESH FISH. I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO EAT HERE AT LEAST ONCE BECAUSE AFTER THAT, YOU'LL ALWAYS COME BACK TO EAT HERE AGAIN.
