It's all perfect for a totally relaxing evening enjoying Japanese cuisine recommended by an extremely knowledgeable and professional staff. It is certainly a place that I highly recommend to anyone who loves true Japanese cuisine and wants to spend a different evening.

Al di sopra delle nostre aspettative (basate su recensioni e pagina Instagram), a partire dal personale discreto, puntuale e attento, passando da un menu alla carta ricco e non scontato, con portate curate che strizzano l'occhio al Sol Levante attraverso accostamenti umami tutt'altro che banali. Il ramen ci ha scaldato stomaco e cuore (il mio compagno l'ha provato per la prima volta, con sommo godimento!). Prezzo assolutamente in linea con la qualità offerta. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Apprezzata anche la possibilità di prenotare un tavolo via WhatsApp.

22/12/2024: I am proud of my city which hosts such particular realities. Moi is an experience, it is not a simple dinner. I didn't think it would affect me so much. You sit down and then the magic opens. Chef Francesco transports you into his world, you see the love with which he talks about his creations and at the same time it is as if you were with a friend who wants to share his passion with you. At the end of the evening, which flies by, you find yourself talking to everyone as if you've known each other forever. I believe those who reviewed negatively did not understand the spirit of the experience nor the chef. Thanks Francesco, you gave me important emotions.

The chef is friendly and creates a pleasant and convivial dinner atmosphere. An experience that we warmly recommend to everyone.

I ate a miso ramen in which I appreciated the flavor of every single ingredient. The dishes my friends tasted were also excellent in terms of tenderness and flavour. Excellent prices

16/12/2024: Nice place with very good quality of raw materials; ordered at 8.10pm with delivery to the table at 8.15pm. Alas, even though it says closing time 10pm on the door, suddenly the lights go out (8.25pm); therefore, feeling evicted, we had to hastily "gobble" the meal. The digestive is not included in the service.

15/12/2024: We took a large bowl with rice, edamame, cooked onion, marinated ginger, chopped pistachios and other vegetables. Very good and tasty, friendly and helpful owners, nice place with a nice and pleasant atmosphere.

06/01/2025: Very nice place with walls covered with images taken from onepeice. Very good food and thanks to the booking system via tablet you can see all the ingredients quickly and easily. Reserving the desired dish is equally simple. Here ramen reigns supreme and you will find it in every possible variant (even for vegetarians)

27/12/2024: I went to Mumu Ramen and I really enjoyed it! The ramen I got was fantastic: rich, flavorful broth, with fresh ingredients and really tender pork. Even the chocolate cake I tried for dessert was delicious, soft and delicious. The place is welcoming and the staff very friendly. The atmosphere is perfect for a quiet evening and the prices are fair for the quality they offer. I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for good ramen and a pleasant experience!

16/12/2024: Cozy restaurant, not the typical massive all you can eat restaurant. Product quality was impressive, and the rice was cooked perfectly. We were stuck in a nearby hotel due to a flight cancellation, but this was an amazing surprise that sparked the night. Thanks!

16/12/2024: Kaizen Florence is an all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant that convinces with its lively atmosphere, fast service and variety of dishes. I'm not a real connoisseur of restaurants that offer sushi, my experience is limited, but I can say that this restaurant was a real discovery, it's among the best I've ever been to. The lights are soft, music and modern furnishings with oriental touches, for an informal and convivial atmosphere. The staff is young, kind and ready to recommend the best dishes. The owner works with a smile, which is rare nowadays. There is a wide choice of sushi, sashimi, rolls, tempura, soups and hot dishes, including vegetarian and vegan ones. Fresh ingredients, carefully prepared and tasty dishes, good quality for an all you can eat. The restaurant is perfect for those who love sushi and Japanese cuisine in a fun and informal atmosphere and for those who want to try many different dishes without spending too much. The sushi is fresh and of high quality, the owners' children are wonderful. I'll be back for sure. I rate it 5 stars because I can't give more. See you soon!

05/01/2025: We returned as always, after the days of closure during the Christmas holidays, for lunch and as usual we had a great time with both the food and the waitress who served us. Everything was up to expectations and as it always has been. The only flaw I would have preferred was a little more light in the room, given the sunless day, there was a lack of visual boost. Overall: 10 with honors 🌹

18/10/2024: The service was very good, but I felt like I was eating Chinese food at a Japanese restaurant owned by Italians. But this restaurant specializes in sushi, so maybe their sushi is more like Japanese food. I will try it next time.

06/01/2025: In terms of food it's not bad at all, not excellent quality but still good, with different choices, perhaps too many. As for the service, it was quite poor, the waiting times were often really long, even for the collection of empty plates, but in general the staff wasn't the best. Nice location, even if all those completely fake plastic plants ruin the environment a bit. Sore point is the bathrooms, very dirty and mostly not working.

04/01/2025: I have also eaten here with large groups and the service has always been very fast and impeccable. Nice and clean environment, the formula allows you to choose many different courses at an affordable price and therefore leave satisfied. The staff is very friendly and efficient and the overall experience is pleasant.

31/12/2024: The entrance is a bit particular, not very pretty but just enter and everything changes, beautiful place, friendly and helpful staff. Less you can eat dinner €25.90 per person plus €2 CP. We will happily return
