12/01/2025: Yesterday I ordered some pieces of sushi delivered to my home from Glovo and I must say the quality is quite high, and the value for money is excellent. I encountered some issues with the delivery app as the order was delayed quite a bit, but otherwise I recommend it. The sushi itself is very simple, which I appreciate!

31/12/2024: Non è il ristorante che fa per voi: se vi aspettate un ristorante dove mangiare "sushi", non fa per voi; dove andare a mangiare del buon "pesce" non fa per voi; dove il cliente ha sempre ragione, non fa per voi; dove "con tutto quello che pago, voglio essere coccolato" non fa per voi. Lo dico davvero, fate perdere solo tempo, a tutti: a voi, a lui e a noi che vogliamo trovare posto per tornarci, perché Francesco è come la cucina che propone: schietta, nuda e cruda. O la ami follemente o non fa per te. È estremamente complesso nella sua semplicità, consapevole, autentico, elegante, esattamente come l'esperienza che propone e se non sei pronto per accogliere tutto questo, fai altro, scegli altro. La nomea lo precede e non sempre in positivo ma proprio spinta dalle mille voci sono voluta andare a vedere coi miei occhi: la spocchiositá di cui viene additato altro non è che concentrazione e rispetto estremo che ha nei confronti delle ottime materie prime che lavora, l'arroganza che gli viene attribuita è in realtà l'intelligente consapevolezza di sapere chi è, ma soprattutto di ricordare da dove si è partiti e il silenzio, luci soffuse e musica lenta di sottofondo che a tanti crea "disagio" non è altro che la forma massima di rispetto che ha nei confronti dei commensali per creare intorno a loro l'ambiente ideale per esaltare al massimo le emozioni che si proveranno durante il viaggio. Gaia poi, valore aggiunto al ristorante, ha saputo accompagnarci con eleganza, professionalità e pacatezza durante tutta la degustazione. Sono venuta qui per fare un regalo al mio compagno e sono finita in realtà col sentirmi io la fortunata, di aver avuto una scusa per poter conoscere tutto questo. Grazie di tutto, a presto.

22/12/2024: Il Moi mi ha regalato un’esperienza unica. Non solo per il cibo, e comunque le ostriche sono state uno dei piatti più buoni che abbia mai mangiato in vita mia. Ma è tutto il percorso che rimane nel cuore. Lo chef ti trasporta nel suo mondo e ti trasmette tutta la sua passione. Il cibo non è solo tecnica ma anche amore e il suo l’ho sentito in ogni boccone. Grazie Francesco, una serata indimenticabile.

16/12/2024: Nice place with very good quality of raw materials; ordered at 8.10pm with delivery to the table at 8.15pm. Alas, even though it says closing time 10pm on the door, suddenly the lights go out (8.25pm); therefore, feeling evicted, we had to hastily "gobble" the meal. The digestive is not included in the service.

05/01/2025: We returned as always, after the days of closure during the Christmas holidays, for lunch and as usual we had a great time with both the food and the waitress who served us. Everything was up to expectations and as it always has been. The only flaw I would have preferred was a little more light in the room, given the sunless day, there was a lack of visual boost. Overall: 10 with honors 🌹

10/02/2025: The best "all you can eat" sushi in the province. Very good sushi, the fish is fresh and they don't overdo it with the rice. I have tried almost the entire menu having been there many times and they have never disappointed me, just as they have not disappointed any of the people I have recommended to eat at their place. The spicy uramaki are particularly delicious, but the more traditional nighiri and hossomaki are also very well made. The grill part has calamari and prawn skewers as its main dish. They are extremely attentive to cleanliness and order and this is a very important point for me. Clean toilets, every time someone gets up from the table they clean thoroughly with disinfectant. The place, which might not seem like it from the outside due to the surrounding area, is very well looked after inside, with paintings, plants and characteristic tables, truly evocative. Traditional crockery, very beautiful, even the soy sauce is found in typical and really nice containers. The owners and waiters are very kind and helpful, also very nice, they often stop to have a chat and as I am a lover of anime, we often stay to talk about the latest releases. Every now and then they put on the Naruto playlist, with the Akatsuki theme song, I'd say perfect. Frankly, I have no significant flaws to tell you, I recommend it.
