15/05/2025: Let's start with the food, truly EXCELLENT. Both the crudités and the other dishes, all strictly Japanese, are truly noteworthy. Excellent service with very kind staff in the Japanese manner and intent on explaining all the dishes served. The environment is all well-kept, in my opinion it lacks an extra aerator for the extraction of odors, just to be picky. Overall it is truly excellent. Prices worthy of the dish.

25/04/2025: Absolutely outstanding traditional Japanese cuisine. Not your typical sushi restaurant. Also the waiting staff was incredibly accommodating, making our stay feel like we were in Japan.

19/05/2025: Chinese-Japanese restaurant just outside the historic center of Florence, easily accessible from Porta al Prato. Well-furnished and comfortable interior, with good taste. The best thing about the evening was the environment and the service, friendly and relaxed. We had fried prawns (three in number) and vegetables (three in number) well made but in a laughable quantity compared to the price paid. As "first courses" rice with eel and vegetables and noodles with shrimp and tuna. The noodles (soft wheat) were good, despite the small quantity and the little presence of shrimp and vegetables: the flavor was given entirely by the dried tuna. The flavor of the rice was unbalanced (abundant portion), too fatty and sweetish, without a sour/acidic note to break it all up. The eel is served with an excessively sweet sauce and the vegetables are not enough to "degrease". The presence of surimi is INEXPLICABLE, for a restaurant that wants to distinguish itself from the classic Chinese all you can eat. And beware: all the dishes are overloaded with salt. We ended with some mochi, given the scarcity of typical sweets available: particular consistency, pleasant while they are hot, too sticky when they become lukewarm or, worse, cold. Rather poor filling. Friendly service although slow, with the dishes that were brought ten minutes apart from each other, forcing us to share the dishes. Large and clean toilets. Prices clearly above average (drinks first and foremost), in relation to the quality of the food.

22/04/2025: It wasn't just the most delicious sushi I've ever had, it was the most delicious food I've ever eaten. I was especially impressed by the interior. Everything is very authentic, and the owner is very welcoming. I recommend it 1000% P.S. I personally recommend trying the plum wine, it's delicious here

16/04/2025: A memorable lunch with an essential menu. All tasty and particular, but also fresh and enveloping with desserts. Service directly from the chef in a room all to ourselves. Miso ramen: simply perfect. Tonkotsu ramen: white fluid scent, reminiscent of a refined broth of innards. Gyoza: Extremely tasty mix of meat, almost too potent for some of us. The red bean-based desserts are interesting and beautiful. Excellent green tea. Account proportionate to quality. A space stripped of frills with authentic touches. Welcoming staff.

01/05/2025: My fiance and I were walking around to find a quick late night dinner, and we are so happy we found this place! Delicious sushi, great vibe, and the staff were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

15/05/2025: Really welcoming place, they were really kind and professional. It was a unique experience, not the classic dinner but a journey where you trust the chef and say what he proposes to you. An experience, obviously not suitable for everyone but for those who understand the sacrifice and passion behind their work. The chef was very polite even with people who were disrespectful during the experience, also because having booked 5 months ago and seeing another customer complaining the whole time because he wanted to smoke and was politely told not to do so out of respect for the other customers since it is not a classic dinner ruined the atmosphere a bit. But evidently this was not understood. The chef remained patient and was polite until the end.

21/05/2025: Sono stato più di una volta in questo ristorante sia in coppia che con amici. I prodotti sono di qualità e il sushi è il migliore nella zona, più buono di quello che si trova in molti ristoranti di Firenze. Ambiente tranquillo e proprietari molto gentili.

11/03/2025: Special sushi place. The owners are kind and super helpful, the quality of the products and the flavor of the dishes are excellent. What distinguishes this sushi from all other oriental restaurants is the craftsmanship and originality of their dishes! (Don't miss the eel nigiri and the mango roll!)

05/05/2025: Definitely the most original and pleasant sushi where I have been, from the outside it does not give the right value, but as soon as you enter the room you immediately understand that it has something more, traditional taste furniture but more placed on a modern design, then the belt is a continuous show with dishes to choose from a multitude of excellent flavors and superior quality, the guys who accompany you to the tables are really good and a welcome surprise for our table the Ferris wheel. Super evening, I will return with other friends!!

30/04/2025: Local located in the IKEA area with on-site parking. From the outside it doesn't look like there could be a restaurant, then you go up a flight of stairs and find yourself inside with a small roller. The restaurant has internal tables and an external terrace, it offers an all you can eat menu also for gluten intolerants where you can serve yourself from the roll in addition to the dishes on the menu. The reservation can also be made from their website and some evenings they hold karaoke singing evenings as we found, which is really nice and innovative I would say. There were two of us, we went for dinner on a Saturday and had a 66cl beer, a glass of white wine and a fairly expensive still water compared to other places. The uramaki are really excellent, they melt in your mouth but a little larger than other places, the meat ravioli really excellent and super full, the salt and pepper prawns good, the salmon carpaccio and the grilled prawns in short, the sour-spicy soup excellent, the crostini with salmon really good, the mini maki super and the nigiri good. It was a pleasant evening, top roller even if the dishes ran out quickly because people who weren't near the roller got up to take more than one at a time, good food, price in line with others, recommended even if some dishes didn't arrive! ps. I'm not so sure if it is accessible to disabled people because there is a disabled bathroom but I didn't see an elevator.

24/05/2025: I called them to avoid leaving a negative review but in the end I'll leave one. I'll start by saying that I had eaten well there before (take-out orders) but with the third take-out order, in addition to the fact that I was disappointed by the variety of dishes (the fried chicken is 5 nuggets for 5 euros), the most striking thing was the clearly reheated soy spaghetti and I say this with knowledge of the dish. The other times it was presented in one way, this time it seemed like a mix of ingredients put together (for example, I had never found egg in the seafood) almost cold and with the smell of old, it stank a lot ... with the addition of 3-4 fresh shrimp which was the only thing that reminded me of seafood spaghetti. I ordered at the end of the shift ... maybe they couldn't prepare a new dish. After grumbling they offered me the same dish next time without paying but I don't care, I threw everything away and threw away €17. Thank you. Ps: two stars because in the two previous orders everything had gone well
