15/04/2026: Having only visited Japan and Florence, I can’t say if this is the best Japanese restaurant in Florence, but I would be surprised to learn of a more authentic one in Florence. The food was very good, and the service was excellent (far more attentive than most restaurants I’ve patronized in Japan). The food seemed pricey given the portion sizes; though I have no real basis for price comparison in Florence. Most importantly, the rice was well cooked. I appreciate the served rice being grown in Italy. Serving additional rice varieties from Japan could elevate the experience.

16/12/2025: Eating real Japanese food is a rare experience in Florence, and if you want to stop and learn a little Japanese or the tea ceremony, you can do that too.
04/12/2025: Typical home-style Japanese street food, the menu isn't overly extensive, but it offers the right selection to suit everyone's tastes and dietary preferences (vegetarian and allergen options are carefully noted). The karē are very good, and the ramen broth is exceptional, at least for me. For dinner, you can also order sushi when you book or by 1:00 PM that day. This is also highly recommended, with incredible quality and flavor. The desserts are also delicious, taking you back to the world of anime!
A wonderful experience in a homey, family-friendly atmosphere.

07/04/2026: Delicious food, excellent service, and the guys and girls were so sweet and friendly. The atmosphere was nice, but it was too hot. I'd happily go back and recommend it if you want to try authentic Asian cuisine. It was a perfect evening.

The chef's dishes are interesting and delicious. The service is courteous and efficient. The location is welcoming, with relaxing furnishings and music. Reservations are recommended. It seems they also sell things like cold noodles in the summer.
Still, it is delicious.

22/11/2025: While I was out of the country on vacation I found out that my dog passed away. We decided to stop in here for hookah and a drink. It was exactly what I needed. The service was perfect. They were so nice and helpful. The hookah was great. The drinks were great. We had nice conversation. It was perfect! I would definitely come here again. I hope that I get to. Thank you so much for a nice evening 😊
04/09/2025: The bar is interesting. I only went for the hookah. There's another hookah bar next door, but it was very crowded. I prefer a quiet place, so this was perfect. A good place to relax and enjoy the moment.

21/01/2026: Best poké in Arezzo. Very intimate and minimalist place with poké preparation in full view. Top-quality ingredients; my favorites for poké are wakame, panko-fried shrimp, and housemade amberjack. Try them!
