18/05/2026: Here I had an experience I no longer hoped to find outside of Japan.
The staff is all Japanese, and the service is professional.
The menu doesn't just feature the usual fare, but Japanese specialties with exquisite, authentic flavors, not adapted to Western tastes.
Cuore was the only Japanese restaurant where I was reluctant to leave, wanting to prolong the experience.
27/04/2026: I have been there several times, high quality but sometimes a shortage of products, even the last time I was there many raw materials were missing from the menu and for a restaurant of a certain level I find it hard to accept

07/04/2026: Delicious food, excellent service, and the guys and girls were so sweet and friendly. The atmosphere was nice, but it was too hot. I'd happily go back and recommend it if you want to try authentic Asian cuisine. It was a perfect evening.

The ingredients are beyond excellent, the atmosphere inside the restaurant is special, and the waitress is incredibly attentive and kind. You'll feel pampered from start to finish and can't wait to return. 16/05/2026: A high-class restaurant at an affordable price: it offers original and traditional dishes, all meticulously presented; it's frequented by nice, polite people; it has a very efficient ordering system, allowing you to enjoy your food at your leisure; and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The tempura is crispy, light, and plentiful, the best I've ever had after years of frequenting so many other AYCE restaurants. The ambiance is extremely elegant, with a stunning view of the river. Unmissable (if you can find a seat!)

22/11/2025: While I was out of the country on vacation I found out that my dog passed away. We decided to stop in here for hookah and a drink. It was exactly what I needed. The service was perfect. They were so nice and helpful. The hookah was great. The drinks were great. We had nice conversation. It was perfect! I would definitely come here again. I hope that I get to. Thank you so much for a nice evening 😊
04/09/2025: The bar is interesting. I only went for the hookah. There's another hookah bar next door, but it was very crowded. I prefer a quiet place, so this was perfect. A good place to relax and enjoy the moment.

05/05/2026: Dinner for 9 people at three tables for two. Having booked well in advance, I expected adequate seating.
The waitress was very kind and knowledgeable, explaining our order well.
The food was excellent, but they forgot three courses, plus the coffee, which never arrived.
Having paid a bill of €513, I would have expected at least a sake or liqueur to be offered.
28/03/2026: The sushi quality is high, with fresh ingredients and meticulous preparation. Prices are quite high, but in line with the quality of the food.
Overall, the experience is positive. The only thing that could be improved is the atmosphere, which is a bit cold and a bit noisy.
