01/12/2024: Ho cenato allo Zen Sushi di Pisa durante una vacanza in famiglia. Ci hanno fatto accomodare in un "salottino" di quelli con le panche, molto comodi. Abbiamo optato per il menu alla carta ma c'era anche la possibilità di scegliere la formula all-you-can-eat (con le bimbe non conviene molto...). Il menu è molto ricco e la qualità del cibo buona. Porzioni abbondanti e personale molto cortese. Provata sia la cucina giapponese che quella più "fusion", con qualcosa di cinese: tutto buono, a partire dai ravioli alla piastra. Prezzi ragionevoli. Consigliato.

08/08/2024: I returned to this sushi restaurant after a long time and was extremely disappointed. Everything has changed for the worse. First, there are too many restrictions in ordering: the portions are very small and after ordering 15 items, you have to wait 7 minutes. Unfortunately, it wasn't 7 minutes at all; I had to get up and look for the waitress after 20 minutes of waiting because we couldn't order anything anymore. Many dishes were poorly cooked and the fish tasted as if it had expired. Also, they no longer offer black rice, another big disappointment. With all the other sushi restaurants available, one would expect this one to update and offer the same opportunities and promotions, but that is not the case. The wasabi was fake, in a tube, and not spicy at all; It felt like eating plastic. I could go on all day describing all the flaws. It's a shame, because the environment is nice, but the rest is one star, including the service. Not recommended.

20/06/2024: Very good all-you-can-eat restaurant, value for money in line with other restaurants offering the same commercial offer, perhaps slightly lower. Quick and friendly staff and service. The only flaw is that you update the menu that you download to avoid unpleasant situations of justifications for both you and the customer. For the rest ok.

18/10/2024: The service was very good, but I felt like I was eating Chinese food at a Japanese restaurant owned by Italians. But this restaurant specializes in sushi, so maybe their sushi is more like Japanese food. I will try it next time.

13/12/2024: Excellent sushi. Ordering much faster with the supplied tablet or simply by connecting with your phone to the internal network and to the internal menu page. In the place holder with the table number there are 2 QRs to be scanned, one for connection and the other for navigating the menu and placing the order.

08/12/2024: Negative experience. After ordering, the menu was taken away from us and within 5 minutes all the dishes ordered were "thrown" on the table where there wasn't even room left for glasses. The quality wasn't the best either: the miso soup was practically a bowl of water, greasy ravioli with an unpleasant taste. The sushi was also nothing special: little variety and closed very badly, the flavor was nothing special but acceptable.
