24/03/2025: I chose this restaurant to celebrate my daughter's birthday on the recommendation of friends who are great connoisseurs of Japanese gastronomy. From the moment you enter, it's like diving into Japan, without having to fly for 15 hours! It feels like you're in a suspended time machine that projects you far back into a Japanese inn where deference, refinement and attention to detail are the masters of the place. Both the welcoming smile and the dishes contribute to making this experience at Cuore a true culinary and cultural journey. I highly recommend it!

10/03/2025: Great experience! High quality food with attentive and attentive service. Each dish is well explained in detail and particular attention is given to customers with any allergies/intolerances. Possibility of choosing some vegetarian dishes as well. The staff were super friendly, polite and professional. Advised .

20/02/2025: A disappointment. We were expecting to have a great time in this restaurant, but that was not the case. We were placed in a remote corner of the winter garden, where it was cold. Although there were free tables, and the waiters saw that I was cold, they did not offer to move us to another table. There was an error on the dish I ordered. When I reported it, I had to wait between 20 and 30 minutes (while other tables were served) to receive my meal. My friend had already almost finished hers. We were not treated to the beautiful plates presented on their site. When we arrived to pay, the receptionist was too busy chatting with his friends to cash us. We still had to wait. They didn't ask us how the meal went. Considering all these elements, I do not recommend this restaurant.

24/01/2025: Truly delicious sushiburrito with shrimp tempura. The tiger rolls and salmon hosomaki are also excellent.

12/01/2025: Yesterday I ordered some pieces of sushi delivered to my home from Glovo and I must say the quality is quite high, and the value for money is excellent. I encountered some issues with the delivery app as the order was delayed quite a bit, but otherwise I recommend it. The sushi itself is very simple, which I appreciate!

17/02/2025: Mi sono presa del tempo per scrivere questa recensione. L’esperienza al Moi Omakase è stata fantastica, ben al di sopra delle aspettative. Consigliare questo posto solo per la qualità delle materie prime utilizzate è estremamente riduttivo. Oltre ad aver mangiato dei piatti di una qualità estrema, la differenza la fa proprio lo Chef Francesco. Durante la serata si è creata una atmosfera conviviale e magica sia con gli altri ospiti, sia con Francesco. Infatti, abbiamo iniziato la cena alle 21 e siamo usciti dal ristorante alle 01 solo perché dovevamo fare un’ora di strada per rientrare a casa, altrimenti saremmo rimasti ancora di più. Onestamente penso che chi lo critica non ha proprio capito il suo lavoro. Penso proprio che ritorneremo a fare un bis!

Very elegant and welcoming restaurant in the center of Prato, Japanese cuisine in the Omasake formula, therefore in the hands of chef Francesco who, during his journey, prepares his excellent dishes and enchants you with his descriptions, both on the origin of the dish and the ingredients used, and the preparation, how to best savor it and maybe even some anecdotes. The wine and sake list is also excellent with very particular choices, if you don't know what to choose ask Francesco who will be able to recommend the best thing for your tastes and his path. Well-kept environment, 10 seats around the counter with sufficient space and privacy from the other diners. Very professional and high level service. Reservation required and quite long waiting lists, so make sure to do it in time.

18/02/2025: A restaurant that offers good value for money for those who want to eat sushi. The "All you can eat" is affordable and the dishes are good. The service is sometimes a little overloaded... so times take longer. The environment, when full, is lively. Therefore, for those who want to eat quickly or are thinking of having an elegant and romantic evening, it is not the ideal place. Excellent for a dinner with friends, colleagues or family without too many pretensions but with good food and reasonable prices.

13/02/2025: Kaizen restaurant is an astonishing place to go: the food is delicate and fresh, people are very friendly and the service is quite unique, courtesy and kindness are two of their distinctive policies, which is very rare now (on my perspective) many thanks to all of you

01/03/2025: I have already been to this restaurant several times, but the best thing I have tried there is absolutely the Sushi. It must be booked the day before or in the morning, but I assure you that it is worth it. The sushi we got is a mix of 45 pieces (which is enough for 2 people) Everything is delicious: - the salmon is very soft - the rolls are really good - the omelette is WONDERFUL! For dessert we opted for the sakura mochi (that was also delicious) The service is great and the blonde girl who served us is super nice. We spent €87 for sushi box of 45 pcs Sake 250 ml bottle Waterfall 2 sakura mochi I post photos of the menu to also see what they offer in addition to sushi money well spent 🫰🏻♥️

16/12/2024: Nice place with very good quality of raw materials; ordered at 8.10pm with delivery to the table at 8.15pm. Alas, even though it says closing time 10pm on the door, suddenly the lights go out (8.25pm); therefore, feeling evicted, we had to hastily "gobble" the meal. The digestive is not included in the service.

The rolls are also very varied and well-balanced in flavors, with interesting combinations that satisfy all tastes. A perfect place for those who want to combine good food and a fun atmosphere!

09/03/2025: We ordered yesterday for three, take away, very affordable prices, nice staff. the sushi seemed to have been prepared many hours before, we had to throw away an Osaka rice with prawns, you will surely have tried to make a Chinese-style sautéed rice and, overcooked, it turned out to be an inedible mess. well, that's what I had, frankly it's not acceptable for an Asian restaurant.
