27/08/2025: We ordered two kinds of sushi, which were fine. While there was still food left on our plates, the owner took my empty plate. I pointed it out, but nothing changed. disrespectful, I didn’t like the attitude.

The takoyaki were the best I've ever eaten, good to die for 😍🤤
The location was small but cozy and characteristic, the chairs were a bit uncomfortable though.
Very kind staff.
The meat was very good and tasty, and also the Japanese beer.

27/07/2025: The ramen is excellent, as at all their stores. But I particularly want to compliment the service here, as we came in soaking wet on a Thursday, and the girl immediately put us at ease, joking around and providing excellent service.

09/08/2025: Shabu is a restaurant where the welcome is exceptional.
The staff is very welcoming. They tolerated my attempts to speak Italian and made the effort to speak to us in French.
The food is simply exceptional, and the organization seems perfect. I think even Philippe Etchebest would be impressed. 🙂
I can only recommend this restaurant. It's worth the detour.
Remember to make a reservation.

The service is top-notch, prompt, and helpful.
The dishes are carefully prepared and of excellent quality.

04/06/2025: Precise, punctual and friendly! We have taken the takeaway menu of 6 dishes for about €30 several times and I must say that it is very good! Good variety, generous portions and good quantity of fish inside. The girl at the entrance is very nice and kind. Recommended!

16/07/2025: Since I'm vegetarian, there aren't many vegetarian options, but the few vegetarian dishes are very good. If you make a reservation, you'll be assigned a table at the entrance, and service is extremely fast.

From the intimate setting with the option of dining on the tatami mat, to the service—true Japanese people are super friendly and accommodating, kneeling in their traditional attire—to the food, an explosion of authentic tastes and flavors. All accompanied by an excellent bottle of sake.
We had the wasabi menu, featuring the freshest sashimi, meat dumplings you could throw on the floor, and a selection of nigiri, each one better than the last.
Superlative!!!
