14/06/2024: A la carte Japanese restaurant, refined and elegant in the center of Varese. Menu full of dishes, all well described and presented; there is also a good choice of vegetarian dishes, not at all banal. The quality of the fish can be seen and tasted, especially the tuna, which is truly delicious. I had the opportunity to try a few dishes, I highly recommend the eel and tuna hossomaki, the rainbow maki and the dragon rolls and the tuna sashimi. The ravioli and seaweed are average, the pasta is good. The proposal for a welcome entrée is also nice, we ended up with slices of breaded cutlet. Not counting the bottle of wine, I would say that the bill is in line with what we ate and with the quality of the products used.

Ambiente curato con una cucina impeccabile in ogni singola portata. C'è stata qualche incertezza su un'ordinazione ma niente di significativo. Ottima esperienza,torneremo sicuramente.

09/06/2024: Finally a restaurant that offers TAMAGO nighiri! 🙏🏻 The four of us enjoyed a nice dinner in the Yama Fusion restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful, the best in the country! Very nice presentation of the food and quick to arrive. The fried tofu, nighiri tamago and unaghi are super good. The quality of the fish is good, corresponding to the level of other restaurants in the region.
