19/04/2025: Once inside you forget about the environment surrounding the building. An intimate and discreet place, the service and welcome are of a high standard, as are the tables. During the week or on Saturdays and Sundays we have found the food is always fresh and of good quality. Info: I've always been here for lunch. P.s. I will return often. 😉

09/03/2025: Ayce place in the center of Varese. Easy to get to and not difficult to find parking. Fast and very kind service. I liked the location a lot, really bright. Food chapter: we didn't eat badly, on the contrary. But I found little originality. Maybe we made a mistake in choosing the dishes. Still good and nice presentation

27/05/2025: For goodness sake!! I really never thought I would have to review a Chinese restaurant so negatively!!! "All you can eat" formula, cost 15 euros LUNCH MENU. Excluding the dessert and drink pages, there were 3 in total ... obviously with limitations (only one piece per person) very little choice. Everything without salt and without flavor, the food was floating in a tasteless and odorless liquid ... it was difficult to distinguish a second course from a first course, only a mix of vegetables was evident (I must say that I love vegetables) without art and without part. I counted two shrimps in both the first and second course!!!! Raw fish that seemed dead twice, the staff were very pissed off and always around the corner, ready to point out everything. I left that place nauseated, I don't want to argue but I really found a strong worsening from a few years ago, a shame because I have always found take-away food good. Be careful about being smart to save money, because there is a lot of competition and what competition!!!!

08/05/2025: Japanese restaurant with All You Can Eat formula, not very large room, tables a little close together, but the exposed plate is very nice. Quite a rich menu, not too elaborate but which features some really interesting gems, such as jellyfish or prawn meatballs. The ravioli (made by them), the maki with raw prawn and the sashimi are very good. I wasn't very convinced by the futomaki with colored seaweed and the cuttlefish skewers were still a little hard (therefore frozen). Good quantity of vegetarian products and excellent first courses, especially the sautéed rice. Really on point service, excellent also the fact that you can modify the first courses by requesting them without meat/fish. Too bad we forgot about the dishes, we had to request them several times. Overall, however, it is super approved, especially for the quality/price ratio.

01/06/2025: Ristorante di cucina giapponese con formula all you can eat. Il servizio è buono e il personale molto cordiale, sempre disponibile e attento alle richieste. La qualità del cibo è nella media per questa tipologia di locale: non ci si può aspettare l’eccellenza, ma nel complesso l’esperienza è soddisfacente, soprattutto per chi cerca una cena abbondante a un prezzo contenuto. Ideale per una serata informale con amici o famiglia.

09/05/2025: What can I say, let's say it's a nice place, good waiters... for the rest, let's forget about the pan-fried shrimp that arrived fried and dry. The shushi looked like the rice was gone. The portions are tiny, really small, I had to order 14 dishes to eat decently. One dish that's fine, the rice is quite standard.

22/04/2025: We went here to try somewhere new, and we had a great time. The food is good, well cooked and prepared. The order now starts with the tablet and can only be placed again after about 10 minutes from the previous one. The service was therefore normal. Parking is large, free and easily accessible. There are a nice variety of dishes to choose from.

I often receive a discount when I come and order at home, plus they often give you something free, and while you wait they offer you prosecco. 5 stars, try it!

10/05/2025: good food, even during the wait, excellent times, the only problem is the bill. I should have spent 35 because: 26 for menu + 6 for coke and 3 for water, they made me pay 40, I recommend being a little more organised.

23/03/2025: I had lunch with my family at this place, chosen simply via the internet, and I found the most spectacular sushi ever. Generous and tasty portions. Very fresh fish and exquisitely kind staff. I'm not from the area but if I were to go back I would definitely go back. Excellent.

16/03/2025: Sono cliente abituale di Wen Gallarate, ma non sembrano neanche lontanamente lo stesso ristorante! Ramen mediocre con carne fredda e banale uovo sodo, sempre freddo, e non marinato come si fa nel ramen…insomma niente di speciale, anzi normale. Abbiamo poi preso i rolls, Unagi plus: pessimi! Riso molle, anguilla non cotta bene…per me livello supermercato! Vorrei anche aggiungere che non mi é piaciuto neanche il locale, vecchiotto e non ben arredato come quello di Gallarate che, al contrario, ti accoglie in un ambiente magnifico. Sconsiglio vivamente.

11/05/2025: We have been coming here for many years, we often do take away, the food is always excellent and cooked with care. The restaurant is very clean and modern, also suitable for couples, the service is very attentive and friendly. The only Japanese restaurant in the area I'm on the safe side!

14/04/2025: Decayed over the years! I've been coming here since it opened, over a decade ago, finding quality food, generous portions and honest prices (more than an all you can eat, but rightly so). Lately the quantities had been reduced, a bit like everywhere else. But my last visit was sensational. I order my usual dishes to take away, spending €45 so as not to feed myself. Very small nigiri, but above all a salmon and seaweed salad which is a quarter of the one I remember (at the same price). I believe in dialogue so I wrote an email on February 2nd, it's April and they never replied... too bad, you lost a loyal customer.

12/04/2025: Exclusive venue on Lake Maggiore, it directly overlooks the lake, you can enjoy a wonderful view, excellent exposure, good food, tasty and plentiful, the aperitif designed for 2 people and up, for example an order of 1 Coca-Cola drink or tea or fruit juice, with a plate of mixed salami with cheese, olives and chips, pizza or crostini, for only €4.00. I recommend trying it immediately.

06/04/2025: Like other reviewers said, the location is good. We also liked the food, the sushi was decent, so were the linguini alle vongole. The prices are a bit on the high side compared to other restaurants in the area but not too much, I think everyone can afford to have lunch or dinner there once in a while. I confirm that there is separation between the tables available for dinner and for aperitivo. I 've had aperitivo there too and the food served to accompany the drinks wasn't something special. In fact it was the worst I ever had, just some prosciutto with cheese. The worst problem of this place however is the attitude of the employees, who are impolite I would say even rude. Saturday evening we went to book a table for 3 for next day to have a birthday lunch. The boy who worked there that time told my wife it is fine, but we should arrive a bit earlier. Next day, we followed the advice and we went 15 mins earlier. This time, a lady told us that they do not reserve tables close to the lake for 'logistic' purposes. No idea what that means. In any case, we got very annoyed and we left. I don't think they'll be seeing us again.

10/01/2025: Nice environment, but I was disappointed compared to how I remembered it years ago... Since my child appreciated the rolls as appetizers offered to us at the beginning, I asked what they were called to order a portion. The girl responded in a rude, almost annoyed way - as if I were stupid (maybe because having an Asian appearance she expected me to know what they were called. Of course they were rolls, but for what?!!). When I started to say thank you for every dish he took away from us - as I always do - he started to soften. Even the boy seemed a little annoyed at times, in any case unmotivated - perhaps because he had to serve New Year's Eve and would have preferred to be elsewhere?! Anyway... Food: Fried eggplant with prawns and good sushi. Poor miso soup and wakame seaweed. It's also a shame about the use of monosodium glutamate, which can still be felt on the palate the following morning. Positive note: the owners were very friendly and you can see that they tried to "pamper" the customers. E.g. the lady, seeing my disoriented look, immediately understood that I was looking for the bathroom and immediately directed me with a smile like a traffic policeman towards the bathroom. Overall I would have given a 3.5 but there wasn't the option and I didn't feel like giving a 4...

25/04/2025: Excellent welcome! Tasty and very well prepared dishes. Excellent presentation. Excellent choice also for our friends Vegans. We felt pampered! We will definitely be back!

29/03/2025: The place is not very welcoming, located on the main road, without parking and a bit old. But as soon as you enter the courtesy of the staff envelops you and makes you feel immediately at ease. The menu, very varied and tempting, has some truly unique gems, and makes you want to try everything. The quality of the food is very high (in proportion to the all you can eat place). Absolutely to return. Well done!
